Worst App
Makes me verify I’m a human THREE times every time I open the app, doesn’t save my location; I click “start order” and then have to hit “begin order” AGAIN just to get to the menu. Truly difficult for no reason.

Then if I try to change the password I enter my email which is correct for the account and I press the button to change it and it just changes shades and does nothing. No changes on screen to a new screen and no email. Impossible then to use the app to do much of anything

Annoyed
Tried sign up it wouldn’t let me I did everything for all of that push sign up. It doesn’t let me it doesn’t go through your app stink.
Frustrating to no end
Tried to join but told my phone is already linked to an account. Tried to log in with email and successfully requested a new password. Created new password and submitted. Immediately upon submitting new password I was advised that there is no account exists. Worst app ever.
Poor Log In
No matter how many times I try to log into my account, it will not allow me to do so. I can log into the website with no problems, but not so with the app.
Prices don’t show
Prices don’t show until I click dish and choose restaurant I’m going to. I want to see prices while in browsing what I want.

As the title implies, verification doesn’t work, so I can’t place any online orders. The captcha fails every time.

Can’t log in
Very frustrating experience. The system keeps saying I need a rewards account, but I already have one. When I enter my information, it sends me a verification code, but then it still will not let me log in. It recognizes my information enough to send the code, but I still can’t access my account. This has been a frustrating and unnecessary process, and I hope the login issue can be fixed soon.
Not letting me log in
1 star because I really can't say if I like the app or not. I downloaded it yesterday I tried logging in, it keeps giving me an error message - even tried changing my password, that doesn't seem to be the issue. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon

No way to get app support
I signed up for rewards in early 2020. Today I logged into my account on Google Chrome (reset password) just fine. However, it doesn’t show any; prior online orders (last order summer 2024), no payment methods and says rewards date invalid. When the new app released, did this trigger a reset of peoples’ accounts? Will I need to resign up? The Cheesecake app on my iPhone won’t let me log in at all and prompts me to create an account. But I can log in fine on Google Chrome. Why is this??
Bag charge
There is no option to opt out of the bag charge. I do not need a bag. Why would I want to pay for one? Such a waste of money and waste of plastic

I downloaded the app during their free slice promo. But every time I open the app it’s just a blank white screen. Nothing else seems to load.

I literally downloaded the app because I heard they were giving away free cheesecake and when you finish registering and login in they tell you it’s with a purchase of 30 $ , literally wasted space on my phone and gave my information away to another corporation for no reason , I’ll be deleting the app and my account very soon

I downloaded it I’ve try to sing up over and over. And still nothing the lies join and get a free cheesecake lies. Very disappointing and will be I downloading the app.

They spread campaign saying there is free cheese cake slice but when logging in they say get a slice with purchase. Spreading misinformation as marketing strategy

Flaws
Two flaws with the design of this app.
First: when I add food to my cart, my cart shouldn’t be emptied just because I closed the app. There should be no “session ended” when the user is idle for more than an extended period of time. My items should remain in the cart for however long I keep them there.
Real world example: I put 3 out of 5 meal selections in the cart. I was waiting for the last two people to get back to me with their order, which took approximately 20 minutes. When I went back into the app to place the last two items, the entire cart was empty. I had to start over which was frustrating.
Secondly: all the items in any given section (appetizers, sandwiches, etc.) should be on the page without the user having to click a button to collapse the rest of the items in that section. The user should be able to scroll and see all the items on the menu as one continuous scroll, divided by the section headers (appetizers, sandwiches, etc.)
Other than that it’s a perfectly serviceable app.

Could be better
Just got this since I had no idea but I can’t get a hold of anyone to reset my password my phone number changed and it still says I have a reward account which I don’t have access to anymore since my old email and phone locked me out and I can’t get access to my old email anymore I like the desserts and brunch items but id rather save money instead of spending over 200.00 worth for 3 people since it doesn’t cost that much please help thank you I’ll change the ratings when I get help
