Shameful
Apple TV app is a disgrace.

Garbage
I had this app for a day watched a movie. Got back on the next day to finish up the movie and it stopped working. It spins around wouldn’t load and gives me an error.I have uninstalled the app rebooted my iPad cleared the cache and it still just spins around and wouldn’t work or load. I have also turned off WiFi and turned it back on still wouldn’t load. I have checked for an update on app no update. I have signed out of the app and signed back in still wouldn’t work. I even tried to watch from website online that didn’t work either. Complete garbage.
Only Works On IPhone
The app locks the movies when trying to use it on a different streaming devices. Ask for a renewal of purchase when I already have an account.
Great movie collection, but
Horrible customer service + movies are on vimeo the world's worst dtreaming platform. God help you if you have a problem because their business model is to ignore you until you go away.
Download function doesn’t work
Great movie selections but I could never get a download to play when it actually matters. Needs to be fixed.

No easy way to change PW so I canceled
This is for the app only, not the content!
I use the app and stream via Apple player. Can’t delete already watched or half watched films even if I fast forward and watch last minute to the end. Even if I remove the film from my watch list, it’s still there. This has been going on for YEARS! Never a solution just the same old. Too bad because Criterion Channel is the best and only serious stream service around. I’m an Original streaming subscriber. Please fix.
