Game server issues
To whom it may concern may concern, this game is very nice shooter game however, I cannot get onto the server at all…It is extremely annoying. I will delete this game if this is not rectified. I thought it was my WiFi, however, I tried others WiFi, made them download the game and still did the same thing to them.not good enough

This game will take you down the memory lane with a decent looter shooter and a co-op however, be aware it’s an Ubisoft title… meaning it’s riddled with bugs, horrible balancing, abysmal connection. Recent patch made it even worse. Basically unfinished slop. Do not recommend.

I’m so annoyed I could laugh. My iPhone 13 Pro doesn’t even support 60fps in games, and the optimization and graphics are total garbage.
BUG: UI Interface does NOT recognize my PS5 DualSense Controller
I downloaded this game a week or so ago. Leveled up a hero to 27. Now today, an update was required. Now the UI touch Interface stays on the screen instead of going away once my controller is recognized. I can use the joystick and X button to “tap on a server” as well as selecting my hero…but once the game launches, the all the non-controller UI buttons stay active. My controller works, but screen is cluttered with UI stuff I don’t need. I have ‘forgotten device’ in General Settings multiple times and reconnected but nothing makes the ‘Touch’ UI go away. THIS really makes it difficult. PLEASE FIX ASAP.

Release for MacOS
Please release this on MacOS. You’ve released it on PC, the iOS/iPadOS version should work on MacOS if you enable it. Will update my review if MacOS support comes.
Broken Trash
I’ve re-installed twice and it just won’t load anything after the initial training simulator at the beginning right when u pick your spec. Garbage.
Weapon prof level stuck
Games cool but with the weapon proficiency levels getting stuck randomly on weapons that you’ve potentially spent money on leaves it with a bad taste
Controller support
I like playing the game on my phone but it would be better if I could play it on/with my backbone.

Horrible customer service
I placed a ticket due to me playing as a guest. Then signing in and losing my character name and progress on April 8th 2026. I got one response saying they are looking into it a few days later and then radio silence since then. No updates nothing. Literally swept me under the rug. Horrible way to treat potential long term players. Good luck to anyone with glitches or bugs needing a ticket. Most likely you’ll be ignored

First off, the login experience is frustrating. Every single time I open the game, I have to re-enter my email and password. There’s no option to save login info, which makes it feel outdated and unnecessarily tedious for a mobile game in 2026.
The bigger issue is the friend system. I already have my brother added on Ubisoft Connect, yet we can’t find or add each other in-game. It constantly says “player not found,” which makes no sense when we’re already friends on the same platform. For a game that’s supposed to be cooperative, this is a major problem.
Connecting with friends should be simple and seamless, especially for a game built around teamwork. Right now, it feels buggy, confusing, and overly complicated. Ubisoft really needs to overhaul how players connect, invite, and play together.
The core gameplay has potential, but these issues make it hard to enjoy the experience with others - which is kind of the whole point.

Pre-beta global release?
Bullet sponges aside, this game can be a lot of fun but the connection issues/ lag and multitude of bugs in the game absolutely kill it. Think of division 1 with a lot of the good features taken out of it. No stash box to put extra inventory in, no save slots for your gear sets or weapons. While you can change specializations, it’s then a nightmare to have to change all your gear over. Missions you can’t complete because they never load properly, weapon proficiency challenges that don’t track properly if they get tracked at all. UI issues. Not even sure how this could ever be deemed worthy of a global release with it being so problematic. You don’t expect a game to be in development for 4 years and to have a big name like Ubisoft put out what feels like a very unfinished product. Bought the season pass and a few other things but not sure I want to continue with so many frustrating aspects in the game.
CAUTION
Newest update requires you download every game file again. The update has made the game unplayable. The lag and stuttering is game breaking. The bugs that existed before have somehow amplified. Doors and chests won’t open, enemies spawn and get trapped in buildings you can’t enter. Trying to match up with other players makes everyone spawn outside of the instance entrance, and the only way in is through solo play. It’s a chore to play the game at this point.

I like this game a lot, it’s better then COD mobile tbh. But my only thing is my game keeps crashing every 5-10 mins
