I use my iPad and gaming laptop and even their own on PC is in beta and frame drops horribly compared to my iPad Pro M1 even my iPhone 12 Pro Max? My laptop is the latest hardwares (quick to the point) and FRAME DROPS!? My iPhone is way order than both and yet none of that. End-Game talk: it is boring and repetitive and none of it really worth your time unless you spend money, this is a cash grab like Division 2 still after Warlords of New York and it still has bugs issues like no tomorrow

Fun while it lasted
The game is fun but the tech support is terrible. Went to link my guest account to my Ubisoft Connect account and the game locked up. Now I can’t play cause something broke my account on their end and instead of fixing it, tech support keeps saying “they’re aware of the issue”. I’m sure they are, I just want someone to fix my account. Never had a problem ever anywhere before having a problem resolved by tech support. EVER!

Too many missed details
Want to love this but the controller implementation is terrible, the way the game loads is slow and you end up running into the middle of a ton of enemies before they even spawn (good luck finding cover!), and there’s TOO MANY CUT SCENES!!! I counted 4-7 cut scenes between actual gameplay which lasted 30 seconds ish.
Also what’s the point of such an advanced cover system if enemies just ignore everything and casually walk behind you like you’re not covering them with hundreds of bullets? Why does a REGULAR enemy just brush off a full mag of assault rifle rounds? YEESH I guess I just forgot how horribly balanced The Division has always been.
Make a good game, please. I’ll play the heck out of it. Love that iPad is turning into a gaming platform but that’s clearly in its infancy.

I love the game but let’s be honest, it truly seems like there’s a skeleton crew working on the game post launch. The game is riddled with bugs, unobtainable items, broken mechanics, and so on. Every fix that gets rolled out drastically breaks something completely different and wasn’t a problem to begin with.
The game is worth playing until the end game as it’s one of the most grindhouse dry content games out right now and the rolls for gear will keep you frustrated at best. The RNG for good stats are beyond horrible as each piece of high end gear has 2 attributes, 1 talent with a lvl 1 and lvl 2 version (2 talents for pew pews) 1 of 3 primary stats, and a gear set effect. God rolls just don’t exist in this game and forget about crafting as it’s 24 hours for 1 pew pew and 1 gear item for open world crafting station and 12 hours for 2 of each at the clan crafting station if your clan is max level. Crafting only gives you a 25% chance for yellow gear not including all the RNG for the stats as nothing has targeted loot besides skill mods in the dark zone.
Overall it’s worth a play but not worth the stay. If only they would contact me to rework some of the biggest annoyances that’s causing massive player dropouts even entire clans going ghost. We could make this the number one game on market of this genre. Right now even destiny rising has more and better content even for being a gatcha kind of game.

Game could be great but every single week I go to log in and all of it has to be redownloaded over and over.. not just part of it the whole freaking game.. not to mention it try’s to delete my account at the same time.. been playing since drop yet again and again I have to redownload once a week.. the issue is that when I do this it keeps doubling the file sizes on my phone and is starting to cause a lot of issues

It’s a mobile shooter yes but with jpeg bullet holes, I played mobile games 10 years ago with at least a little world destruction

network failure bug
I have been getting the network failure bug which has prevented me from playing this game for over a month now. What a piece of waste.
So many bugs and devs are unbelievably lazy
Rng in this game requires you to be unemployed, bug after bug after bug with every update, ubislop can’t make a mobile game without pay2win be prepared to drop over a grand if you want anything worth a damn in this game.

For the first time, I see a game in which the developers degrade the game instead of making updates by far 1.3 is better than 1.4. Fix the outpost annihilation mission with SHD cargo in south of the map and controller layout.
Awkward. Broken.
Movement is extremely awkward and unnatural. Game is already broken at the 3rd mission-can’t load, kicks out. This was rushed and is still in beta (to be generous). Embarrassing, to say the least.
UPDATE: Check the Reddit for this game. You will quickly realize how horrific this game has been developed. PvP is extremely unbalanced. Tasks are unable to be completed. Permanent notification dots that cannot be completed. Overload by PC/controller players that dominate PvP. Extremely long and boring grinding to get gear and materials.
In short, the game is designed to quickly frustrate the user to entice (trick) the user into spending (a lot) of $$$ to make the game playable.
You have been warned.

Devs respond, suggesting that I contact customer service in-game after leaving a review stating that customer service is useless. Can’t make this up!
And, devs just released an update that has constant crashes and network disconnects. smh

No one is online. The few that are online are whales. Matchmaking doesn’t work. PvP is extremely imbalanced-but absolutely required to get certain rewards to build your character. Customer Support is only AI/bot responses. Programming is AI drivel (apparently, Ubisoft is getting hammered for this game and other games, due to very poor AI programming of the games).
Great potential. Sadly, this is just more slop. Apple does nothing but promote garbage companies and games. Nothing is worthwhile anymore.

I’m not speaking for myself but Ubisoft as the Developers y’all should have known we were going to have expectations. It’s okay but you dropped the ball, Latest update keeps me from playing the game at all and I’m not the only one. Fix the Vendor issues to where we can sell unwanted items, yall don’t play it because yall got money. If you did play then you would know what it needs to thrive but you are killing it, less pay to play as well we aren’t made of gold. Listen to the veterans of the ones who played the series, we know what the game needs compared to what it wants. Terrible game! Do better!

The state of this game is currently unstable at best, or broken at worst, so it’s hard to give this a proper review.
Black screen
Ever since the new update I can’t play. Everytime I open the app it goes to an infinite black screen. Doesn’t crash just black screen. Fix your game. There’s more bugs than rewards.

UI Bug
Downloaded last night, controller connected but touch UI is still showing. Woke up this morning to see if there was a fix. Turns out it’s been a bug for two months. “Fix” is to turn the UI opacity all the way down. Two months and no fix feels odd that the community is fine with this. The actual game seemed fun and like it might have potential but what happens when the next bug happens but it’s game breaking and two months later no fix?

You can get a good hundred hours out of the basic game but you’re gonna be very tempted to pay money in order to get ahead. Also, if you want any cosmetics, the cool outfits cost about $100 each. They make it seem like you’re going to roll a slot machine and have a chance to get one of the cosmetics first but no matter what you do. The cosmetic outfit will always be the last thing you get and the price increase is with each roll. By the time you get to the last item, it cost about 2300 premium credits and you will have spent $100 or more. End game is just playing the same missions but on legendary difficulty. The only way to play at that difficulty is to get gear that is tier 2, and the only way you can get gear that is tier 2 is by beating a legendary mission. So it’s kind of a catch 22. You have to help people will be willing to let you into that type of match with gear that isn’t strong enough so basically they would be doing you a favor and carrying you. I recommend you get the game for free. Don’t ever spend any money and as soon as you start getting bored just move on, it’s not worth it. It’s full of bugs. It’s full of cosmetics and micro transactions that are overpriced and mostly broken.

Game is not optimized for any platform that’s not touch based.
I was positive going into the early access, but the game is not optimized for anything other than a tablet or a smartphone. Ubisoft claims that we can report issues in game during early access. But in reality there is no way to report issues in game or on the games website. You select report and it send you to a generic q&a page. The UI for this game is broken for anything other than touch devices. If you back out of menus the box stays on the screen. There is not way to close it via keyboard mouse or controller. You have to constantly reload the game in order to get the boxes to disappear. There is not way to mute invites for groups. If you don’t decline the invite you will automatically be joined to group. I was in game trying to clean my inventory and some person decided to keep inviting me for ten minutes. I could not even attempt to do anything. Visual Settings options are bare minimum like most Ubi games. It seems as though they don’t want controllers or M&k associated with the game. The sad thing is it’s been like this since we have been given access and Ubisoft has not fixed this issue Damn near two months later. And it’s a copy and paste the game it’s just a division 1 on mobile. This game should not be released in this condition especially for anyone who is using a mouse and keyboard or a game controller.

With each update, the game gets worse, the necessary functions are broken and new bugs appear. At the time of the game’s release, everything was much better :/

Needs fixing
I have great to good wifi wherever I go. But when I try to play this game; it keeps telling me in mid mission that my network connection isn't working properly. This is irritating! I love this game cause I played 1 & 2 on console. And i was excited for this to be mobile. But please fix the bug(s) so I can get back to saving NYC....🤙🏾

This is a pretty fun looter shooter game, but once you’ve gotten to max level (40), there just isn’t a lot to do besides grinding for better loot so you can grind for better loot faster. The story and missions abruptly end at around the mid 30s.
There are still a lot of game breaking and time wasting bugs, even though this game has been in alpha and beta test phases for over 3 years. I’ve lost maxed out exotic and tier 2 weapons that I’ve put in hundreds of hours into obtaining and leveling, due to a known bug that still hasn’t been fixed in weeks. Ubisoft support doesn’t care and they won’t do anything help to get any items you lose to bugs back for you.
I recommend playing this game for free, but don’t waste any money because it’s obvious this is just Division 1 redux and a cash grab, with minimal development behind it. The developers essentially gave up and/or got fired, so the future of Division Resurgence is very bleak.
