I enjoyed playing this game and invested a lot of time into my account. Unfortunately, my account was banned and when I contacted support, I received very limited information about the reason for the action.
I reached out through multiple support channels seeking clarification and a review of my case, but the responses were generic and did not fully address my concerns. As a player, I would appreciate more transparency regarding account actions and a clearer appeals process.The game itself is enjoyable, but my experience with customer support has been disappointing.

Why doesn’t customer service respond
There are multiple charges on my account that are in error and didn’t receive the pack. Custtomer service responded up until I told them I was charged multiple times for items that I never purchased - then they stopped responding… I’m trying to get my money back that it looks like you intentionally have charged me for, since you are not responding.

Same old thing
No protection for troops, except short term. No protection for your diamonds. You get farmed for your diamonds. Get attacked once and all troops are in the hospital. This cost more resources than you have to heal. Pay to win 100%
Lame
It’s an ok game until a random person comes and just yanks a boss you’ve been working on for months. I’m not wasting time for some rando to just take my stuff and camp on for weeks

I played this game for four years. It is fun at first, lots to do, lots of action to grow. Really a pay to play game. I spent a year building my account, got pretty high in rankings 760 million in influence, almost 15 million troops, spread out with a nice meat cushion against attacks. I missed the start of a massacre day and all my troops and growth for a year were wiped out in less than 15 minutes. Made a lot of good friends playing. Not worth all the time and effort.

You have to pay thousands in real money to grow in this game , dont waste your money here , useless if you spend 10 dollars , you have to pay your life savings in order to grow , its a game to have on your phone and play , i have played it for 5 years and it has gotten hard for me to increase my power since i havent spent real money into the game , they have events but only once in a life time , if you miss it for a day you wont see it again , it would be nice if the developers would bring some events back for players who didnt finish on time

Crashed after meeting Olivia
My WiFi is fine as is my vpn on my iPhone. I’m running the latest version of the game and my iOS is on the latest version and I have enough memory on my phone to run this game, yet for some reason the game crashes as soon as I meet Olivia and I can’t build the private club. Like, at all!
