Why doesn’t customer service respond
There are multiple charges on my account that are in error and didn’t receive the pack. Custtomer service responded up until I told them I was charged multiple times for items that I never purchased - then they stopped responding… I’m trying to get my money back that it looks like you intentionally have charged me for, since you are not responding.
Grotesque
It is highly offensive that you force a heterosexual narrative on the characters. Go to Hell.
Review
If I could give 0 stars i would give zero stars as they like to bleep you so my review stands til they make it right with me the customer
Same old thing
No protection for troops, except short term. No protection for your diamonds. You get farmed for your diamonds. Get attacked once and all troops are in the hospital. This cost more resources than you have to heal. Pay to win 100%

How do I cancel subscriptions!? I’m still being charged after deleting game
It’s a good game but must stop charging after deleting game
Just silly
Can’t keep up with people who have money to waste
Not what you hope for.
I played this game for four years. It is fun at first, lots to do, lots of action to grow. Really a pay to play game. I spent a year building my account, got pretty high in rankings 760 million in influence, almost 15 million troops, spread out with a nice meat cushion against attacks. I missed the start of a massacre day and all my troops and growth for a year were wiped out in less than 15 minutes. Made a lot of good friends playing. Not worth all the time and effort.
Sacmmy game
You have to pay thousands in real money to grow in this game , dont waste your money here , useless if you spend 10 dollars , you have to pay your life savings in order to grow , its a game to have on your phone and play , i have played it for 5 years and it has gotten hard for me to increase my power since i havent spent real money into the game , they have events but only once in a life time , if you miss it for a day you wont see it again , it would be nice if the developers would bring some events back for players who didnt finish on time
Buggy
I can not make it beyond the intro the pointing finger will not move. This makes the game unplayable.
Awful
Too much drama. I deleted this in ten minutes
ThePrincesses1
They are trying to scam me and my account has been suspended and they are trying to say I owe them over $400 and I would not put that much money into a game
Cash grab
I’ve played this game almost since inception. Logged in every day for the last 5 years, spent hundreds of dollars. Yet I’m constantly getting smashed by players that have 50+X more influence that me if I fail to constantly bubble. I understand wanting to make money, but seriously.. shame on your greed
It’s only a money grabber game
Horrible drop rates make you spend more game play is dragged out with meaningless events to make you waste what you save for the week long events that actually give you good rewards. They can’t even give you a break down of drop rates because they are that bad. Event rewards aren’t even worth the time. Soooooo sloooowwww. Then one event is about a month long just building towers to fight someone. Kill all your troops so you have to spend more money to rebuild them up. There’s a lot of work that still needs done . I’m Coming from last war which I have a feeling I’m going back to.
Scam
Low to no payout and I didn’t get my bonus for stake or referrals
Not even like the Ads
Not even like the Ads this game is the most stupid game I have ever played on my phone this game was nothing even close to what the ads were like do not download this dumb game
Wow
If someone set out to simulate the experience of being hopelessly trapped in a never-ending casino advertisement that occasionally lets you push a button, congratulations: this is their magnum opus.
The game opens by hurling you directly into a whirlwind of pop-ups, gift packs, limited-time offers, special deals, and an unskippable tutorial that feels like being lectured by a mafioso whose most dangerous weapon is boredom. Before you’ve even figured out what the UI is, you’ve somehow purchased three bundles, started a gang, and adopted an in-game girlfriend who communicates exclusively in over-filtered glamour shots and generic text messages written by someone who thinks human emotion is a myth.
Gameplay
The core gameplay loop consists of tapping, tapping harder, tapping again, and wondering if the game has accidentally soft-launched itself into becoming a finger endurance test. Missions complete themselves. Battles resolve themselves. Buildings build themselves.
At some point you realize you are not playing the game; the game is playing itself while you sit there like a confused chaperone at a middle-school dance.
Graphics
The visuals range wildly from “not bad for mobile” to “is this NPC legally allowed to look like that?” Half the art looks like it escaped from a completely different game genre. The other half looks like a stock photo that wandered in by mistake but was too embarrassed to leave.
“Story.”
Calling it a story implies structure, characters, and consequences-none of which dared approach this app. Plot points arrive out of nowhere, vanish instantly, and leave behind the faint smell of unfinished PDFs.
Monetization
If monetization were a person, in this game it would be a trench-coat-wearing gremlin tapping your shoulder every seven seconds asking if you want to “buy a special offer-VERY LIMITED-SUPER RARE-BEST VALUE!!!”
The Grand Mafia doesn’t want you to play it.
It wants your wallet.
It wants your wallet’s wallet.
It would microtransaction your houseplants if it could.
Final Verdict
The Grand Mafia is less a game and more a hyperactive billboard that occasionally lets you supervise its idle animations. It’s the kind of experience that makes you question not just your life choices, but the life choices of everyone involved in human civilization up until this point.

Sound?
Where’s the sound in this game? Did I lose my hearing?
Gross if you’re a girl
I wasn’t expecting to have to role play through ridiculous sexual scenes with an escort. Skip this if you don’t want to see naked animated girls. I deleted it instead of having to play through it.
Rip off
They will rip you off by not giving you rewards that you have earned hoping that you won't notice. I contacted them about this and they haven't reached back out to me. Disappointed with this game. Been playing it for about 3 or 4 years now. Might be time for me to move on from this game.
Scammers
Why do you ban accounts without proper investigation first? We buy packs and spend 3 years trying to grow an account. Then you swindlers just go and ban the accounts. I bet you get a hold of them and sell it for your own. You developers and your mods have no honor. Be wary of this game. They are big cheats. We will expose of your scams.

What title says
Games trash and fake advertisements
This game trash don’t even bother downloading I hope it get banned off of iOS store
Boring
Stupid storyline and absolutely horrible gameplay
This is wrong
The Grand Mafia has to be one of the biggest letdowns I’ve ever downloaded. The ads make it look like this intense crime story with shootouts, betrayals, and drama - but once you open it, it’s a completely different, boring game. There’s no action at all, just endless tapping and waiting for upgrades to finish. The graphics look nothing like the ads, and the gameplay feels like a cheap copy of every other mobile strategy game out there. You don’t even get to play as the cool characters they show - it’s just menus, timers, and pay-to-win nonsense. Honestly, it’s false advertising at its finest - they make it look exciting, but it’s a total waste of time once you see what it really is.

I tried tk play this game but change my mine after i reed reviews (.
Deleted game
I should have checked the reviews before I downloaded and put my card number in. I really hope I didn’t just screw up, and end up getting notices that someone used my card.

Scammy Vibes
Absolutely NOTHING like the ads. But the lack of morality in their false advertising doesn’t end there. Do not send them money of any kind they will continuously charge you without your knowledge or authorization and then give you bot responses to repay it after they restrict your game access. They literally take your account hostage unless you pay them more money which is beyond cringe. Say goodbye to all the time and money spent as your account is no longer yours. No way to fix as there is ZERO customer service and if you do get a response it’s a simple demand to pay or some nonsense bot response that doesn’t make sense or resolve your issue. They are really banking on their addiction algorithm making you a fool and willing to pay any price for the toxic, drama-filled use of their game. Nothing is yours. Doesn’t matter what you spend or build. They have you by the balls. Beware.
Terrible game
The quality and graphics are terrible. From the ad I thought it would be top tier, but I expected worse than it is, its just pure garbage 👎
Automatic payments
I used to play the grand mafia. I requested to stop the automatic payment because I couldn’t afford it anymore. The person that I talked to refused to stop the automatic payments. So I deleted the the game and had a box come up asking if I wanted to stop the automatic payments which I clicked yes. I just found out that the makers of the grand mafia still took $37.75 out of my checking account which caused my account to be overdraft Ed which costed me another $30.00 for it. I will never play the game again and I would like the full amount ($67.75) returned. This is the $37.75from the automatic payment plus the $30.00 that it cost me because these guys are crooks
Suspicious app
No in game support and there are a million bots.
FROZEN
Bummer! Just started and game froze at cemetery!🤦🏼♀️
Crashed after meeting Olivia
My WiFi is fine as is my vpn on my iPhone. I’m running the latest version of the game and my iOS is on the latest version and I have enough memory on my phone to run this game, yet for some reason the game crashes as soon as I meet Olivia and I can’t build the private club. Like, at all!
Fun game expect to pay real money to grow
Update now been playing for 5 yrs. Is most pay to win at this point if ur not spending money ur not able to move up in the game. Even events are getting to where u have to pay for packs to completely finish the event. Then if u are a few minutes late shielding back up they will wipe 3 yrs of progress and it will take months to recover, unless of course u buy a pack. Not to mention u have gold just come up gone by next log in and the help bot gives u a run around for several attempts then says we don’t se where u purchased gold in the last few days. Really because that wasn’t the reason for complaining, it because the gold i saved up just disappear. Then a couple days go by and it says did this help and u select no then it started the conversation all over again.
Have been on this game for 3 yrs. It’s become pay pay and more pay to play. Events are now where u have to pay to even complete the basic events. Pretty much making it pointless to try the event. Good luck trying to grow to the strongest attackers without paying, but don’t worry not even the $99 pack will get u there.

DON’T BELIEVE THE ADS
I’ve been playing this game for 2 1/2 years. Honestly the only reason I still play it is because of the friends I’ve made in my faction. The game is absolutely nothing like you see in the ads. Not even close. I understand that the developers need to make money but after you’ve purchased a certain amount of packs they always charge you $100 for packs that you need. The cheaper packs are useless to you. They do events called “Governor’s War” and “Glory of Oakvale” that are COMPLETELY and TOTALLY favored to the larger factions. Why would you put a faction that has an influence level of ~4 billion against one with an influence level of +40 billion?!?!?! Makes absolutely no sense and causes sooooo many people to quit the game. Every single city in the game has literally hundreds of mansions that are abandoned because the people got fed up and quit the game. I cannot stress this enough - if you don’t have literally hundreds of dollars to spare every month without fail you should not bother downloading and playing this game. You will become aggravated beyond belief and quit the game like so many other people have.
