Even though the online price for an item is listed as a set price, and the item is in store on the shelf, the local store will not honor the online price. No, the price was not an online only price. It was apart of the holiday sale. Beware and don’t fall in their traps causing you to pay more than needed.

I have spent three hours trying to place an order on my iPhone. After trying last week to place the order which failed because I could not get final security code without having a second device with which to receive it! Tonight I made a second attempt to make the $700+ order for a lift chair, and used a laptop to get security code! Entered my Home Depot credit Card Number, but the order would not go through! I called the help line, but got no help no help, as helper could not see my order! She directed me to sign in by backing out of order, and I had to put all information again! That got me back to same place I was when I called for help! She told me to call the store next day, since it was now after midnight!
After she hung up, I deleted Home Depot card and used a different card, which also sent a security code to my email, but the order went through!!! At least that is what my message was on my iPhone. Time will tell!?

Developer feedback
Could you please make it easier to switch stores while viewing an item? Currently, I have to select "Change Location," enter a ZIP code, choose the new store, and add the item to my cart. However, when I go back to the item description page, the app reverts to my default store instead of keeping the store I selected.
This is really frustrating because it makes it difficult to find items in-store. The aisle and bay information shown is for the default store rather than the store I selected, which defeats the purpose of changing locations in the first place. It would be much more user-friendly if the app remembered the selected store while browsing items.

This app is good and all but honestly it just mad me mad ash today how are yall gonna have a app and then when I try to use it in store you get 0 service had to walk outside the store got service but then the app didn’t want to load up

Free delivery is a scam
Because Home Depot decided to make one order into 2 separate deliveries the Free Delivery was changed to a $35 fee.

You have to find the item you want, with the delivery date, separate from the installation date. And then it doesn’t always stay when you checkout. Some parts ship, some parts are installed, just too dang many steps. Spent hours trying to just find a toilet with today or tomorrow installation, with positive reviews and the specifications I wanted.

If you have contractor account with a linked card this app is almost a nightmare to use for quick administrative tasks like paying balances and such. Only recommend for noncommercial use

Terrible time trying to order toilet as the site on my computer and iPhone kept messaging with error try again and refresh. It took me 45 minutes to get through and place order!
