I had to wait 30 minutes for it to download and then another 15 going through the tutorial to find out that I can’t access my old account so if you delete your account, you can’t get it back?

This game is SO unbalanced. It have been playing for so long and if you don’t have Merlin escanor then you just can’t do anything. This character is so unbalanced they don’t even care or look at the stats. I have a full team of Level 100’s losing to a level 65 Merlin escanor. Absolutely terrible game.
Censorship
Choosing shorts for the new Spring Diane is what made me delete 7DS. I can’t believe there starting to censor their characters now.
Problems with the game
You need to fix your pvp problem because Their is alot of people useing the worst teams and keeps running without a lost and did a lot of damage with the lowest damage

They’ve ruined the artwork and some of the characters it’s nothing like it used to be😢I don’t even like to play it no more they should just make where some people can have it one way and other the way they like it😭

equipment storage rework
they need to do a rework of the equipment storage because it fills very fast and for the average person it’s very bother comes to the game and not be able to play because equipment is all the time full and you don’t want to sell because you are not sure if the equipment is good and you don’t have materials for improve the equipment,it needs rework because literally I can’t play until sell equipment

To inconsistent when playing against people to many unites there’s no point in spending your money or time you’ll grind for 1/2 months for one character by the time your done maxing it out it’s pointless another callab unit comes and now you gotta waste more money if you want to even play PvP trash mechanic 🗑️🗑️🗑️🗑️
PvP is awful
Honestly have one problem with this game and it’s that pvp sucks I can play the normal game whatever but when it comes to pvp my phone turns into a literally oven and dies every single time. I’ll even win a match and it will tell me I will win since that’s what it does when you beat your opponent but right before it lets you click the okay or replay mode it’ll freeze since my phone is 100° and well when I finally get back to the game I lost the match? How? How can I lose if I already beat all of them? And i know that you could say that it’s just my phone but the thing about that is, that the rest of the game and I mean literally everything else on this game, aside maybe the demon king fight which also burns my phone up, runs smooth and perfectly. Please fix PvP and demon king fight and I’d rate this 5 star for now 1 star

Funny how I have the same stuff as everyone else but their doing millions of damage and I’m doing barley 50k! A lot of this game is garbage especially the amount of material to evolve and upgrade. Like if you don’t spend 100 dollars irl you can’t even do it without playing for 2 years??

The constant festival drops that bring the next best hero is super annoying right after one hero drops the next banner is an instant counter to the new hero that dropped, this game went to bearable as a f2p to crossing my fingers I get the newest festival in under 100 gems so I can immediately start saving for the next banner to do it again, all my new festival hero’s are 1/6 and most of them have ult level based passives that make them actually useable, pvp is impossible after every new hero drops I can’t even do pve because I’ve beat everything and the devs focus to much on the next festival so they can milk their wales wallets instead of releasing more content for the game. You have to summon for the newest festival which is basically every banner btw and if it’s not it’s a collab banner that drops 3 new hero’s that you also have to summon just to keep up with pvp and pve, you literally HAVE TO summon for every banner just to play the game, and no you can’t just use older festivals or base hero’s because the devs don’t buff older hero’s (and LRing a hero is not buffing them most LRs are useless after the next hero drops anyway)

What's going on with the banner? I've bought 1400 diamonds, and I haven't gotten any of the characters I wanted, and then they only give me one measly guaranteed Escanor? It's garbage, honestly, and don't even get me started on the PvP with that Escanor.

Took the game I love away
My game account was restricted by the developer after Apple automatically canceled/refunded a purchase due to a payment processing issue.
I did not request a refund, did not commit fraud, and did not violate the game’s terms.
The developer is now demanding over $200 to restore my account instead of removing the mistakenly delivered items or correcting the billing error.
I am being penalized and pressured to pay for a transaction that was canceled through no fault of my own.
I am reporting this as an unfair billing practice related to digital content.
I’ve dedicated 2 years and a lot of money to this game for it to be taken away

Event problem.
This game is very fun and better looking than the show. The major problem with the game is that it will give you event battles you need to win in order to continue. The problem with this? They give you actual garbage people to fight someone you shouldn’t be fighting. I’m currently just starting the 4 knights story. I currently stuck because I’m fighting someone with 400k+ health I have only 100k with the unit I’m give that’s a healer and can be 1 tapped by a standard attack. I have to spend actual important gems to continue a fight that’s ended by one combo and I can’t use my other u it’s to help. It’s a 1v1 where I have trash and can’t defeat the person in fighting because the game keeps grabbing line and looking at me like a child in front of diddy. Fix this now it’s ridiculous I’m fighting an event battle at a disadvantage and you still expect me to win. I’m not spending real life money or the gems I’m grinding for current banners just to actually be bullied am have my money stolen from me. Fix your game with this problem. I shouldn’t be able to be 1 hit ko by a unit I have to fight in an event battle. There’s no reason you should actually be making quest battles harder than events. I beat the demon king (event for getting final awakenings done) easier than I did the actual story for the demon king. I beat someone who’s 500k Combat power with my group but for some reason you buff main story enemies beyond actual late game challenges. Demonic beasts are easier to fight than cath at the end of the story. You keep pushing the difficulty up with no actual improvement point for us. Pls stop making bosses powerful from a ton of stupid (actually stupid) ideas. Cath dodges 1 attack no matter the type his first fight. If he kill your team and you have 1 person who surviving the fight doesn’t matter he has grantee dodge from first attack no matter what. Stop with the stupidness pls

Rates
Trashy new banner getting way too much hype for no reason, end game leaves you unable to grind gems for new characters. You’re forced to sit and watch the characters you wasted your gems on to immediately become obsolete. I hate this game and I am a vet player, I truly despise this game and its devs.

i played sm and got rlly good at the game like all pink star lvl like a lot and changed phone but kept all my data for every game i had but this game did save nothing and made me restart

I started, and have been checking in for about a month, and saved up a whole lot of gems. I summoned on the Konosuba collaberation banner. Lo and behold, I get all three characters, along with 3 duplicates! I decide to make them stronger.
So I opened the awakening system. Like most gacha games, you'd have a normal supply stage and awakening, right?
No. You use character DUPES to awaken. So the only way to get stronger is to use the dupes of characters you pull.

So, me being the starter I am, awaken Megumin to 6 star, and press register all. It registered all the dupe coins.
I thought it would automatically filter out my valuable dupe coins.
NOPE. I awaken Megumin to red 6 stars, later discovering I have not a single duplicate of the pickups. Yes, I opened the character menu, expecting to be able to use my extra Megumin characters to level up her ultimate move. It would have said 1/1 coins, at least, right?
NO. 0/1, AND BY THE WAY YOU NEED 6 DUPLICATES TO MAX IT, SO I THINK IT WAS MORE LIKE 0/6.
(6 duplicates being fine by me.)

Asking customer support just leaves you with them saying that "the player's actions are absolute," and then they told me to be careful in the future. As if they didn't design it to trick new players so they would spend money to get it back.
I'm not continuing a game that scams me.
TLDR- game didn't give me a warning before I used $40 worth to do a pretty much FREE upgrade.

Help there is a glitch
My training grotto tickets is at its max and I am stuck in episode 29 because I can’t claim the grotto tickets and I have no access to the training dungeon.
Bad Game
I’ve been playing this game for 4 years and it kicked me out of the game for no reason. I’ve lost all of my characters and progress of the game. I try to contact the developers about this issue and nobody seems to care about this issue. So I wouldn’t recommend playing this game for too long. Thumbs down.

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now I don’t have any problems with this game besides the draw rates and how hard it is to get gems I have basically completed everything so I struggle so much on getting gems but when I do manage to even get some I can never get anything good the game is starting to get very unplayable and very boring because so much op characters are getting added and I can’t get anything which is making it hard in PvP I know for facts I’m not the only one dealing with this if you guys are going to keep releasing op characters at least give players that have completed everything a chance to even get something I’m actually so tired of not being able to play if you guys can’t do that at least put the loyalty reward down by 300 or something because again it’s starting to get unplayable

The pvp in this game is so unbalanced like you literally have characters that can cheat death for 3-4 turns while also giving that buff to their teammates and it’s this one busted character in pvp that counter your dmg while also not letting her hp fall below 1 for 4 turns while
Not fun anymore
Now this game is fun. I’ve been playing since the day it released globally and have stayed as a faithful player. But now this is where I’m at my limit. I can’t keep up with the meta and the new teams. I’m stuck desperately grinding diamonds to summon for the newest character and the “rates” for them aren’t helping. I never get the showcased character til the very end of the milestone as the reward or when they are no longer relevant.
Ex. New Skuld banner. I’m in 750 diamonds in and haven’t pulled a single copy and yet I pulled Chaos Arthur for the first time TWICE and he’s not even relevant anymore. And he came out like a year or two ago.
This isn’t the first time. I’ve been pulling the newest character ONLY at the milestone reward nowadays and it’s not even worth it anymore at that point because a new character comes in even better and more relevant than the last. I can’t even buy outfits cuz I don’t HAVE diamonds left anymore. I’m stuck playing with last year characters basically when I play this game everyday. It’s become a chore for me just to login.
For now, I’ll keep playing since I’ve invested too much time and money on this game and yes it’s a gacha game so I know about the rates but still, it’s become too sketchy when I’ve played for too long just to not be able to pull for the newest unit and left digging for scraps.
