I Gotta issue

I purchased the Boar Hat Total Subscription (Premium), which includes all three subscriptions: Hawk Pass, Meliodas Pass, and Elizabeth Pass.
Apple successfully charged me for the purchase, and my subscription is still active. However, after the new Hawk Pass season started, the Hawk Pass remains locked, and I cannot claim any of the premium rewards.
The Meliodas and Elizabeth subscriptions appear to be active, but the Hawk Pass is not recognizing my Total Subscription.
I have already restarted the game, but the problem is still there. I have attached screenshots showing my active subscription and the locked Hawk Pass.
I did try to contacting the support team but I couldn’t reach them so I can here.
Could you please check my account and restore the Hawk Pass benefits included with my Boar Hat Total Subscription?

I have already purchased the Premium Hawk Pass subscription (the one that includes all three passes), and I still need help with that issue, but I cannot communicate through the correct support account.

Same Problems 7 Years Later
They have made many steps forward to reduce the amount of NK labor camp grind, but took many steps back by maintaining and adding an insane amount of grind in other areas. Fix your game when you do the free pulls with ads it freezes the app and you can’t get back to the game without closing out the app.

Fun but failure
This game is very pay to play overwhelmingly. Also game crashes constantly for me when I play pvp. So. Deleting and looking for a new game that doesn’t rely on micro transactions.

I had to wait 30 minutes for it to download and then another 15 going through the tutorial to find out that I can’t access my old account so if you delete your account, you can’t get it back?

This game is SO unbalanced. It have been playing for so long and if you don’t have Merlin escanor then you just can’t do anything. This character is so unbalanced they don’t even care or look at the stats. I have a full team of Level 100’s losing to a level 65 Merlin escanor. Absolutely terrible game.
Censorship
Choosing shorts for the new Spring Diane is what made me delete 7DS. I can’t believe there starting to censor their characters now.

PvP is awful
Honestly have one problem with this game and it’s that pvp sucks I can play the normal game whatever but when it comes to pvp my phone turns into a literally oven and dies every single time. I’ll even win a match and it will tell me I will win since that’s what it does when you beat your opponent but right before it lets you click the okay or replay mode it’ll freeze since my phone is 100° and well when I finally get back to the game I lost the match? How? How can I lose if I already beat all of them? And i know that you could say that it’s just my phone but the thing about that is, that the rest of the game and I mean literally everything else on this game, aside maybe the demon king fight which also burns my phone up, runs smooth and perfectly. Please fix PvP and demon king fight and I’d rate this 5 star for now 1 star

Funny how I have the same stuff as everyone else but their doing millions of damage and I’m doing barley 50k! A lot of this game is garbage especially the amount of material to evolve and upgrade. Like if you don’t spend 100 dollars irl you can’t even do it without playing for 2 years??

Feeling of being rigged
Could just be my luck… or something behind the scenes are pulling strings to lower pull chances: spent 1290 diamonds on the new Merlin and escanor draw to only pity the character at 900 + no pulls with 390 extra diamonds worth… don’t know if I should recommend the game to new players (or maybe it’s better to be a new player because after years in this game I have seen my pull rates decline significantly for named banners). Then again, could just be my luck.

The constant festival drops that bring the next best hero is super annoying right after one hero drops the next banner is an instant counter to the new hero that dropped, this game went to bearable as a f2p to crossing my fingers I get the newest festival in under 100 gems so I can immediately start saving for the next banner to do it again, all my new festival hero’s are 1/6 and most of them have ult level based passives that make them actually useable, pvp is impossible after every new hero drops I can’t even do pve because I’ve beat everything and the devs focus to much on the next festival so they can milk their wales wallets instead of releasing more content for the game. You have to summon for the newest festival which is basically every banner btw and if it’s not it’s a collab banner that drops 3 new hero’s that you also have to summon just to keep up with pvp and pve, you literally HAVE TO summon for every banner just to play the game, and no you can’t just use older festivals or base hero’s because the devs don’t buff older hero’s (and LRing a hero is not buffing them most LRs are useless after the next hero drops anyway)

What's going on with the banner? I've bought 1400 diamonds, and I haven't gotten any of the characters I wanted, and then they only give me one measly guaranteed Escanor? It's garbage, honestly, and don't even get me started on the PvP with that Escanor.

Event problem.
This game is very fun and better looking than the show. The major problem with the game is that it will give you event battles you need to win in order to continue. The problem with this? They give you actual garbage people to fight someone you shouldn’t be fighting. I’m currently just starting the 4 knights story. I currently stuck because I’m fighting someone with 400k+ health I have only 100k with the unit I’m give that’s a healer and can be 1 tapped by a standard attack. I have to spend actual important gems to continue a fight that’s ended by one combo and I can’t use my other u it’s to help. It’s a 1v1 where I have trash and can’t defeat the person in fighting because the game keeps grabbing line and looking at me like a child in front of diddy. Fix this now it’s ridiculous I’m fighting an event battle at a disadvantage and you still expect me to win. I’m not spending real life money or the gems I’m grinding for current banners just to actually be bullied am have my money stolen from me. Fix your game with this problem. I shouldn’t be able to be 1 hit ko by a unit I have to fight in an event battle. There’s no reason you should actually be making quest battles harder than events. I beat the demon king (event for getting final awakenings done) easier than I did the actual story for the demon king. I beat someone who’s 500k Combat power with my group but for some reason you buff main story enemies beyond actual late game challenges. Demonic beasts are easier to fight than cath at the end of the story. You keep pushing the difficulty up with no actual improvement point for us. Pls stop making bosses powerful from a ton of stupid (actually stupid) ideas. Cath dodges 1 attack no matter the type his first fight. If he kill your team and you have 1 person who surviving the fight doesn’t matter he has grantee dodge from first attack no matter what. Stop with the stupidness pls

Trashy new banner getting way too much hype for no reason, end game leaves you unable to grind gems for new characters. You’re forced to sit and watch the characters you wasted your gems on to immediately become obsolete. I hate this game and I am a vet player, I truly despise this game and its devs.

I’ve been playing this game for a few years now I don’t have any problems with this game besides the draw rates and how hard it is to get gems I have basically completed everything so I struggle so much on getting gems but when I do manage to even get some I can never get anything good the game is starting to get very unplayable and very boring because so much op characters are getting added and I can’t get anything which is making it hard in PvP I know for facts I’m not the only one dealing with this if you guys are going to keep releasing op characters at least give players that have completed everything a chance to even get something I’m actually so tired of not being able to play if you guys can’t do that at least put the loyalty reward down by 300 or something because again it’s starting to get unplayable

The pvp in this game is so unbalanced like you literally have characters that can cheat death for 3-4 turns while also giving that buff to their teammates and it’s this one busted character in pvp that counter your dmg while also not letting her hp fall below 1 for 4 turns while
