They condone bullying and harassment when a victim tries to get help, protection from players on the game they are pushed aside, they get ignored and the perpetrator gets a little mute 1 to 7 days just for them to come back and do it again no matter how many mutes they get they are never fully punished and the victims are not protected! Beware because the game protects the creeps and ignores the victims!

Mismanaged servers, will screw you out of full value of any purchases
The game seemed fun at first, but they don’t manage the servers and active users well and it creates dead servers, and massively mismatched opponents in events which kills the fun that was had on a brand new server originally. They’ll give you chances to relocate, but won’t tell you that it’ll kill your event standings you dumped all your paid for resources into until after you’ve already locked in your application - at which point you forfeit everything invested in your event standings or remain stuck in a desolate server. Then they’ll remove daily events that are needed to earn the full benefit of monthly passes, shortchanging you on those investments. It’s basically fraud/theft, and Apple did nothing when it was reported.
Deletion process is dumb and feels invasive
Asking for sever ID and Town Hall coordinates is fine, but why the hell does the customer service need to grant you that permission, why not just have an email sending a code. Asking for Country and City (IP address) is very odd and never have I ever seen a game ask for that. Even bind an email or an account from Apple doesn’t work with deletion. And then asking for Original Sever number and date registration. How are we supposed to remember when we registered if it’s not even told in the account of the game, and I just found out my screen time on my iPad wasn’t on so that’s even more inconvenient. This was a very stressful process and I’m not even sure if I’ll ever get my account deleted

Not what is advertised
The game is a basic base clicker builder . The videos for advertisement are not what there selling and the game reminds me of another similar game with Twd s name slapped on it. Don’t let it fool you.
The wore Customer Service
I have been a loyal player of this game for several years and have spent a significant amount of real money on it by choice. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing and has completely changed how I view this game and the company behind it.
When an event description misled me into spending money under incorrect assumptions, customer service refused to take responsibility for the outcome. Instead of addressing the issue fairly, they repeatedly denied accountability, relied on scripted responses, and offered a token in-game compensation that did not come close to reflecting the real financial loss caused by their misleading information.
What makes this worse is not just the loss itself, but how the situation was handled. Customer support acknowledged that the rules and descriptions needed improvement for future events, which confirms that the information was not clear. Yet they still refused to correct the harm already done. The same response was repeated over and over, requests for escalation were ignored, and no meaningful resolution was ever offered.
This shows a serious problem with how this company treats its paying players. They are willing to take your money, but when something goes wrong due to their own design or wording, they avoid responsibility instead of standing behind their product and their players.
I strongly advise anyone considering spending money in this game to be cautious. If you encounter a problem, do not expect fair treatment or accountability from customer service.

Pay to play
The game is fun at first, but then you can’t keep up, without spending money. We’re not taking just some money! If you want to stay relevant, we’re talking thousands of $. The adds are misleading and the videos and pictures in the game info have nothing to do with the real game. Do not waste your time to try this.
Sooooo much subleveling
Not even that high up and leveling Town Hall just from 13 to 14 takes som many other things to be leveled up 1st with the last level of most things taking about 12 hours on their last level. And so many resources to work on. Whereas a game like Township feels organic in evolving, this just feels like convoluted and a lot put in unnecessarily.
Pay Attention to the bad reviews
I was a player for about 3 years. I took a break and came back to reconnect with old friends and I was reminded why I initially left. At the beginning, the game is engaging and very fun. They’ve got the strategy down. Before I had played three servers until I stayed with one due to a great group of people.
But this game is very PTW. You can have servers or people who spend a down payment for a house on this game to get ahead. I’m not being dramatic. I’ve known friends spend close to 6 figures on this game. Just to be ahead. It’s insane that you could put that much and still have the capacity to spend more so you can get further ahead. Sure the game has fun mechanics but you’ll soon feel the overwhelming shadow of those who overspend. Creating a big mismatch.
Play at your own risk. There’s better games with the same MO that don’t give way to this issue. Sad to come back and see the change hasn’t changed. Just new ways spend
