Worst onboarding process ever
I can’t figure out how to set up a username and password to use the app. Tries to force users to setup as a vendor of tickets, when I just want to create an account to buy
Sync is slow
App is slow to sync. Is there a trick to get it to update faster? I haven’t used it to check in yet, but as I’m monitoring ticket sales it sometimes takes multiple “click-arounds” before it will refresh the sync. Even after a hard close on the app. Hoping it isn’t as slow when we use to do check out
