Cards Not Random
I'd give this game a 3 or 4 out of 5 (losing stars for terrible server lag) but ALL stars are taken away for the non-random nature of the card draws. Is that cheating or just a lame way of tipping the scales for a crummy AI model? Either way, it's deceitful and unlike the board game.
I'll never consider buying a game from Marmalade Game Studios again and will reconsider buying anything from Asmodee or Days of Wonder, in general.

India map is not vertical DO NOT BUY!
I expected the India map to be vertical like the previous version of this app. It’s horizontal and it is TERRIBLE! It’s so tiny it’s ridiculous. DO NOT BUY!

Hi, I’m really frustrated trying to access my account. I’ve invested a lot of money into this app for various features and characters, but I’m unable to log in using my email address. Each time I try, it keeps prompting me to create a new account instead of letting me sign in.

Wonderful game, terrible app & service
The board game is my all time favorite. It’s a great game, easy to learn and fun to play forever. The first app was good, was a great iteration of the game. This new version is just terrible. It looks fancy, but doesn’t work 70% of the time. Always seems to be down and some features just don’t work. It sucks to say but I would not recommend purchasing, even now, years after release, when you think the issues would have been ironed out.

Rarely Works Correctly
I used to love this game/app. Sure, there were “bugs” a couple times a month, but they were far and few in between and fixed in a timely manner. It has now been WEEKS since I’ve been able to make it through a full game without the game closing due to an “error”. I really wish they would figure this out. Seems like the same problem repeatedly occurring.

Virtually Unusable Now
Loved three game for years, but at this point it is disconnecting constantly. Marmalade took over a great product and added new and enjoyable maps, but game play is now impossible as you have to unload the game and reconnect constantly, at least on iOS.
APP NOT WORKING
This game is fun and the app would have great potential if it worked. The game disconnects completely every few minutes which is horrible in the middle of a game. They keep saying it’ll be fixed soon but it’s been like this ever since I got the app months ago. They charge money for other countries but the damn app doesn’t even work? Makes no sense. I’ve requested a refund from Apple.

When you pay 30 dollars for an expansion pack, you expect to be able to play the game! Server issues plaguing online play for weeks now, absolutely ridiculous. The “thanks for your patience” messages are laughable. Issue refunds if you can’t get it fixed.

The bugs have been getting worse and worse over the past 6 months, to the point where it’s unplayable. These last two weeks, if you even manage to load into a game, you will be kicked out 20-30 times during the game. They have “down time” every month, but never fix anything. They add new maps consistently, but the game is so broken you can’t even play them. Every single player should be refunded all of their money they spent. Do not buy this game!

I love the board game, but it’s ridiculous when you have to pay for a game that doesn’t work. Any online game leads to disconnection. I can put up with some bugs, but not letting online play be possible is a different story…

I have been playing ticket to ride mobile with my family for a decade. Since the ticket to ride pocket edition app. This new app is absolute garbage. It doesn’t allow you to play via Bluetooth so you have to play online and the servers crash repeatedly. Even when you’re playing pass and play it freezes. It doesn’t just stink technically, it also lost all its charm. The art style is soulless and bland. If this company had any sense, they would re-release the old app. I paid for it, they took it away and I had to buy the new one which doesn’t work! So upsetting.

Don’t waste your money it crashes all the time
This game has always been bug prone, but in the past month, it’s gotten to the point where you can barely get through a single game without it crashing on you. I don’t know anything about the developers, and I know even less about the company itself, but either they’re having money problems and can’t get good developers, are they’re running out of money and can’t maintain the servers necessary to keep it up and running, but whatever it is, if you haven’t bought this game, I wouldn’t spend your money on it right now because you’ll be sorely disappointed in the experience.

Absolutely love that game but sometimes it is extremely laggy. Ever since that new update I can’t play anything. Every time it’s my turn, the game crashes and I have to go back to the game.

Bug Central
I was a huge fan of the original app and have tried to transition over to this one but online play is trash. Finally got a game launched today with a friend and two other rando online people. One person who had appeared to have been replaced by a bot ONLY drew cards the entire game quickly eating up the inventory. Then before the last few turns both my friend and I were disconnected and couldn't get back in even after killing the app etc. Extremely disappointed as it appears to be useless from the online play stand point now which was always the best feature of the app.

It just sucks. If you played the old app then you already know that all the changes were unwelcome and unnecessary. Now the app doesn’t even function at its basic level. Every online game craps out before you can finish it. Lame! Awful! Made by crooks! They should all burn in hell! Long live the old app and all that we lost post covid! And bring Conan back!

Been almost a month since these bugs and glitches have been prevalent in this game. Why haven’t you guys done anything about it? My dad who loves this game once got kicked out of a game 30+ times in a single game! These glitches are incredibly annoying and take away from such a wonderful game and app!
Multiple unexpected errors!
The app kept crashing when I was trying to start playing games with friends! This happened on 4 occasions today! I an absolutely disappointed because you have to pay to play this game and it's full of bugs!

up until about a week ago, this app was fantastic. My kids and I loved playing the interface was pretty great but starting about a week ago massive connectivity issues constant crashing. Any given game would have us each get disconnected on the order for 1000 times.

This is awful. The colors are hard to distinguish. The routes are not easily visible. The board game version was much better. You have to align the cards with the routes several times before it will accept them. So disappointed. Played the old version everyday. I won't be playing this one at all
Liked the old app better
This app crashes out more than Kayne West. It never shows my invites in the invite tab and stops working during a game and then it’s lost. I liked the old app much better!

Unexpected Errors Have Become Very Expected
Attempts to play this game are usually interrupted by getting kicked out of whatever lobby you’re in. Trying to play this with my long distance relationship is absolutely maddening. Fix your app, Marmalade.
Distruption of service
Bought this game to play during our cabin weekend- has had a message about "disruption of service" for several days now (if not longer).
I understand that tech issues happen, but beware! you can't rely on this developer to fix them quickly if you're hoping to actually use what you bought.

Love the game but the app isn’t working well
This game was working amazingly you know I was happy to spend money on it, but then it stopped working correctly. I keep getting unexpected error message and there’s an app wide thing saying certain things aren’t working right. I think it should be going better especially since we paid for this app.
