Why is the swiping sideways so glitchy? I give slight swipe and the cards dont move. Hire better engineers who know how to build apps.

I’ve missed numerous events because I didn’t know they were happening. Need a search by date range option.

This service should be sued and shut down. What a joke.

Downloaded the app so I can receive tickets that were sent to me. Have tried multiple times to set up an account, but it said already. I would try to then login with my email address, but since I never set up the account I didn’t have a password and when I would try to go in and request a password reset wouldn’t receive an email. So I have tickets to a concert in three days sitting out there and I cannot access them. Beyond frustrating.

Terrible when you need it most.
Great app, unless you actually want to view your tickets while in line to get into the stadium, then it just shows a blank page with no way to refresh. Garbage.

I received an email that my concert tickets are ready, leading me to claim them on the Ticketek app. I downloaded the app but it doesn’t work at all. The screen pulls up but nothing is clickable - it’s completely frozen. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, refreshed my phone, and it still doesn’t work. I tried claiming my tickets on the Ticketek website on my computer, but everything leads back to the app that’s useless. Really hope they get this resolved very soon - the concert I’m going to is only in a few days!

Couldn’t access my Taylor Swift tickets due to the app not loading at all for days. Ultimately deleted the app from my settings. Settings>general>iPhone storage> ticketek>delete app

Unresponsive
Worst iPhone app I have EVER used. I can’t even get it to prompt for a login / registration. And I retried over several days. Still don’t have my paid for tickets!!!!!
Utterly useless app
It flat out won’t load. It pulls up a blank white screen 95% of the time, and when you actually see something, it’s just the logo and 3 buttons at the bottom that you can’t click
Ticketek App no longer working
I live in the US but had tickets for 2 concerts in Australia. The app worked fine on Feb 10 for my ticket. However when I tried to access my second ticket a few days later, and then multiple other days, the app no longer works. I deleted, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Restarted the phone, etc. I made sure I was updated to the most recent iOS. I even had a friend with a newer iphone try and they also couldn’t access the app to even try to login.
However when I download the Ticketek UK app, the app works just fine for me! Of course that’s no help because I can’t login to my AU account through that app.
I can’t interact with anything in the app and I have an app-only ticket to use on Feb 26 but there is no way for me to access the tickets when the app is not working for me.
I then emailed Ticketek support about the problem and they told me to do what I’d already done and that I should just go to the box office. Well, I can’t, I’m in the US, I can’t just go over to the box office and clearly their support has nothing to do with their app support, just a big black hole. 🤦🏼♀️

Can’t accept ticket transfer
Trying to accept a ticket that was transferred to me and it never showed up in my account. Tried on the app and on the website. Completely broken system and no way to contact a real human.

Terrible Experience
My personal experience is not exactly with the app but the company in general, I joined the queue three hours early and sat there for four hours while being told it should just be one moment for your tickets. I never even got a chance to buy any tickets. If I could rate 0 stars I would, simply a waste of time.
One star is well earned.

Trying to buy tickets and my card is blocked. Called my bank and they said there was no problems. App and website are faulty.
Mobile wallet doesn't work
If the developers are reading this, the mobile wallet doesn't work. First, it wouldn't sign me in. Tried multiple tonnes. Hmmm. I worked around the mobile wallet sign in by going thru a dummy booking. Then went to mobile wallet and it gave me an error. Went back to my laptop to sign in and that's fine. I can see my tickets there. Hmmm. App is useless to me unless I can access my tickets like Ticketmaster app. Please fix the mobile wallet and I'll download it again, but until then I'd give this 0 stars if I could.
