Ive been trying on every device i have trying to get into my account for my tickets and the server crashes every time. It wont let me log into my account it just says something went wrong. I just now downloaded it on my ipad typed in my email now it wont even let me go into the app. I would like a full refund an those tickets because this is not fair for me or the person who sold me the tickets. I have tried everything customer service they are no help.

Other people were getting ticket notifications when I was not.
Beware: Pathetic service
Can’t log into my account in the app or on the web. Nothing happens on inputting the email and codes on login screen. Gave all details to AI bot who said it’ll pass them to customer service but after this no response from anyone for 24 hours. Searches in app gives “Maximum number of retries (1) was hit…” error all the time, even after deleting and reinstalling the app.
Fake tickets
I purchased 1 ticket for the Berlin Tennis Open 2025 | German Open WTA 500 (SUNDAY | 22/06 | Finals), but I received the wrong ticket - it was not for the tennis match. After I requested customer service intervention, the ticket disappeared from “My Tickets.” There is NO human customer service from this app .

frustrating waste of time
i used this app with no problems before - i opened it to upload and sell a ticket as I did in the past - but all of my information was wiped and I had to re-enter it . Also, every time I enter my phone number they say that they’re going to send a code and then a code never arrives to my phone. I’ve been trying to update my phone number for over 24 hours now. When I go to the website and try to call somebody, of course there’s nobody online to take my call - furthermore they don’t have an option in their bots messages that say what to do if we don’t send you a code to put into your phone to verify your number. The problem is not with me. The problem is with ticket swap so I don’t want to be told by one of their employees that I entered my phone number incorrectly or whatever. As I said, I’ve used the app before I’ve sold tickets without a problem but now I have a lot of problems.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I purchased a second hand ticket to the sagrada familia in Barcelona for $50. The original holder for the ticket then cancelled and refunded the original purchase, leaving me without a valid ticket. After appealing the purchase, I was unable to get my money back and was stuck with an invalid ticket.
Raffles seem like scam
For popular concerts, they use a raffle system and often times the same people always win the raffle. After first noticing this, I began taking screenshots of raffle winners and confirmed it. Same name and photo for winners over multiple days.

Last night I purchased a ticket on this app for Romeo & Juliet at the Duke of York's theatre. I went to the box office today to confirm that the ticket would work for tonight's showing of the play since there wasn't a date listed on the ticket, and they said the ticket was not valid. I spent 140 pounds on this ticket only to find out it was expired and used on July 2nd when I purchased it on July 4th. If this issue cannot be resolved, I want to be reimbursed in full for the price of my ticket. I'm only in London for one more night and can't exchange my ticket for another date. I had reservations about using this service before my purchase but was assured from other customers that TicketSwap was legitimate and protects the purchases of each ticket buyer. However, I have tried calling their customer service number multiple times and cannot contact the seller of my ticket or any representative each time I try to open a case on the app or website. Avoid this app at all costs as it’s just another scam for third party ticket vendors. I just want a resolution to this issue and am incredibly frustrated and disappointed that I have yet to make contact with anyone from TicketSwap about my case so I have no choice but to leave a review here.
False Advertisement
They market themselves as a face value + a small % above ticket prices but they let people charge 2x and sometimes 3x the face value price of the ticket.

Don’t use!! Got scammed and ticketswap won’t assist
The venue informed us they don’t sell or allow ticket transfers through ticketswap. I’ve attempted to go through the follow-up process with this service to work out a remedy, but I keep receiving error messages and can’t proceed past clicking a button letting them know that the tickets didn’t work.

Cant accept my payment
It won’t let me pay with my credit card or debit, I even tried the web version. Just kept saying that “something went wrong”. I have a credit card from the USA and it’s been working fine at local restaurants and stores.
No buyer protection
The company is all about making money from both sides without any buyer protection. The sold ticket did not work for me, no compensation or whatsoever.

Fake notifications
Those are fake notifications that say, you are late. I got more than 20 notifications, I open them immediately but it say, I am late.. which looks fake to get app engagement:(

Disappointed I couldn’t sell my tickets

Couldn’t reach any support several times over a 2 week period. Couldn’t sell my ticket because I registered it to my husband, he couldn’t sell or transfer it to me. Ticket sales closed a week before event with no warning. Be very careful using this app. We lost hundreds…… 💔

I purchased 2 tickets to an event via this app, and upon arriving at the event, security told me that the tickets had been used already, and I was not able to enter the venue.
I reached out to the original seller and TicketSwap and received nothing but generic responses from TicketSwap.
They have zero customer service and it seems that the only way for me to get any kind of attention on the matter or refund is to have my credit card dispute this charge.

Filled with bots
Don’t expect to be able to purchase tickets. There are bots moving ticket prices around constantly. This is a sham site.

I have been trying to contact customer service for a week without luck. I bought tickets on their platform which I can no longer use. Tried to verify my identity to be able to sell but can’t do it because of a bug in their system. Have received zero help and now I will probably lose 400 euros because of them. Won’t be able to sell my tickets before the event.

My partner and I are trying to get a ticket and we got it multiple times but it never let us pay by our credit card. I really hope that no one will use this system ever so that we won’t waste our day just sitting in front of computer for nothing.

I brought a tix to go time warp and I made a long line in the rain and I end up paying 150 on top of what i spend in this carp app to get in .. everything was a scam .. do not trust this app !! Scam scam scam
To many bots buying up all the tickets
It is impossible to buy tickets on this app. I will literally sit with the app open, staring at it and as soon as abticket becomes available click and its already gone. So one of two things are happening. Bots have overrun the app or Tickeswap sends bogus notifications to make their app seem more popular then it is.
Bad experience
I wasn’t able to purchase any tickets through this app. I’ve used many apps to buy tickets and never had a problem. I was blocked and given the run around with back and forth in emails with no valid reason. I don’t really know why to this day . Unfortunately this was the only chance I had at buying a ticket to a sold out event .
Location is wrong!
Upon opening the app the location was preset to Chicago as the “nearby”. I clicked to allow the app to use my current location to show what is nearby and it keeps saying I’m in New York! I’m in North Carolina and want to view tickets for events in Charlotte at Belk Theatre/Blumenthal Performing Arts Center. My location is correct in all of my other apps including my maps and weather, so it is only this app that isn’t using my correct location. It’s very frustrating that I can’t search by venues and that the app can not recognize my exact location or just allow me to type in a location instead. I’m using an iPhone 7 that’s updated to the latest software and the latest version of the app! Fix this bug!
Be careful
When the tickets work for events it is a good experience, however, if it doesn’t, customer support is useless. This is what I received from ticket swap.

Not optimal for US users
I’m extremely frustrated with this app for making American users who do not have access to IBan such a hoop and hurdle. I wasn’t able to sell my tickets because of this and lost money because it doesn’t connect to PayPal/literally anything other than a direct routing #.
New Raffles feature makes it worse
The new feature where you enter into a raffle as opposed to trying to be the first to buy a ticket makes what was slightly annoying into a total mess. Now one has to wait 100x longer to ‘maybe’ get a ticket for the sake of fairness. What a huge waste of time this is and massive headache.

Really frustrating to sell a ticket. The app will not accept you to input your information and then you are stuck with a ticket. They also take forever to respond. It’s fine to buy a ticket, but to sell one is quite difficult in my experience.
