Why Can’t You Improve This One Area?
I’ve been using TickTick since long before Habits was part of it. I’m a Level 12 Diamond and I’ve persuaded tons and tons of my friends and coworkers to use TickTick. And for the life of me I can’t figure out why in the Habit Section, it does monthly stats based on the whole month of days even if it’s the 3rd day of the month. If I’ve completed a habit 3 out of 3 days, it should say 100% of the time, not 9% of the time. You’ve created too amazing of an app to still have this issue years after adding the Habit portion. Please dedicate some effort to this so I can go back to sing your praises.
Not doing what I had hoped it could
Not using the app and now stuck with it and not happy with it.
Poor
Don’t use this for Mac
Frustrating and Time-Wasting
First I had trouble with was the pomodoro timer. I soon learned that the user guide has lots of outdated information that doesn't match the current app.
Also, many of the advertised features are buried throughout the app. You have to hunt around to find them and add them, making the whole experience feel unintuitive and clunky.
And then today suddenly the calendar started showing double events for the same calendars. ANNOYING!
I gave it a fair shot, but ironically this turned out to be more of a time suck than a productivity app. But by the time I realized that, the trial period was over. So now I’m out $36 bucks plus the time spent that I’ll never get back.
Honestly you’re better off just using your built-in apps for calendars, reminders, and notes. Plus a cheap analog kitchen timer for pomodoro timing, which is all you need.

pass
Wants $35 before I can even see if/how calendars are able to be imported from other apps. Is this better than Google/Apple calendars? I have no idea, because I'm not paying for a year's subscription to find out.
Nightmare support
Customer support almost non-existent, took me about 10 days to solve a pretty simple login / password issue
Clunky and bad integration
For the third time im trying to set this up without any luck. Their support system is also weird and I have no idea whether or not somebody will ever reply to the tickets I submitted. What you do on the app in the computer doesn’t reflect on your phone app (I filtered my calendars, changed the appearance, spent lots of time on my computer) but the app on my phone doesn’t take any of those changes despite of been on the same log-in. iIntegration with notion is a disaster, 504 gateway error message all day it doesn’t matter if I do it on my phone or my computer, unless (probably the main reason why I really wanted to try this app). Very disappointing. I just want my money back at this point.
Good but Needs to be Better
1. Quick Entry shortcut does not work if TickTick is not launched.
2. When showing Calendar and Tasks panes side-by-side, Calendar events are mixed in with Tasks pane and Tasks are mixed in with Calendar events pane.
3. There are some interface issues inconsistencies as I have to search for buttons or fields to enter information to.

Extremely Compicated
Then app is not organized well. I like the idea of having a detailed to do list/calendar that can sync across platforms and devices, but the implementation is so jumbled.
Great for lists, bad for calendar
While the list functionalities and matrices execute flawlessly, the calendar refuses to update google events once initially ingested. It’s rather frustrating to cancel an event on a google calendar and have TickTick remind you about it ad nauseam.
Was great til it wasn't
I love TickTick - its flexibility and options are exactly what I was looking for, without being overlay complicated.
However, last week, when I logged into the app on a new device, a bunch of my tasks were missing, old ones had reappeared, and the due date on the majority of my tasks were from over a year ago. It was like it had loaded up an ancient version of my task list.
I reached out to support, with frustrating results. They only reply to my messages once a day, so after a week of slowly going through various questions and requests from them, they are only just now escalating my issue. So it's been 7 days without having an accurate, up-to-date task list, and I am stuck, trying to recreate it from memory in a text list elsewhere.
The support I've gotten has been friendly, and it's clear they are doing their best, but that's cold comfort after a week with no access to info I need for my job.
