I tried to give this app a fair chance. I really did. But it’s absolutely unacceptable how frequently songs buffer. Don’t waste your time.
Downloads
Why did you remove the ability to download an individual song? The songs at the top of my tracks aren't even included in my download queue. $13 a month for the most unintuitive bs
Charged
Why was I just charged 6/16 and on 6/28 I was suddenly only able to hear 30 second snippets of songs and told to pick a plan. I’ve been with this company since Jay-Z but Apple Music here I come.

Having already left 2 5-star reviews, I am CONSTANTLY prompted for more ratings, every couple of minutes while using the app on my phone. Come on guys! Enough already, seriously considering going back to Spotify if it persists for much longer. I will keep on giving 1-star reviews till it either stops or I leave.

Extremely Annoying Review Prompt
Every single time I open this app they try to coerce me into reviewing it. I’ve reviewed it 3 stars multiple times. So now it’s getting 1 star and a comment. The prices are crazy too especially for a niche service that doesn’t even have a bunch artist catalogs

Recommendations stink and it literally won’t stop sending my push notifications to write this review when I open up the app. So here it is, one star

1 star for constant pop ups for rating the app even if i already did.
Tidal SUCKS
Music stops for no reason, I can’t play certain songs, I even tried downloading and it still stops for NO REASON.
Would be higher

Every day, I see the spinning wheel of death. It doesn’t matter where I am - in my house, on WiFi, on the go, inevitably it always pauses right in the middle of a song. I got this app because it was the most ethical of the streaming services… but y’all are making me want to rage against the machine. And what’s up with this error code “cannot play this song in your area” ?? Figure it out, Tidal.

Bad offline functionality
I broke up with Spotify and had a rebound with Tidal. I had high hopes, and have tried to stick with it, but the offline/download functionality just sucks. I have a long commute without cell service and need to reliably download music. Goodbye Tidal
