The developer fails to fix problems across many consecutive updates and ignores user feedback. Purchase restoration works only partially - the app itself functions, but the widgets still require a subscription. When restoring purchases, everything is restored except the widgets. Do not buy this extremely buggy app or waste your time on it, because the developer clearly does not care about users.

Are you taking me for a fool? Do you really think that before writing this comment I hadn’t tried the most basic and obvious solutions? None of them work. My feedback was ignored many times over the course of several months, until I finally wrote a public comment here. And now it suddenly looks like you care, but only for appearances.
Don’t be hypocritical.
Apple designed the subscription system so that apps with an active premium subscription remember it and continue providing services even without an internet connection. However, the developers of this app have distorted the subscription mechanism, causing the app to stop recognizing your subscription when you are on a flight or in any other place without internet access.
This is unacceptable.
Do not purchase a subscription in this app, as the developers ignore user feedback and show no real concern for their users.
Avoid all products from this developer.

Constantly crashes with no help from support
This app has been crashing for weeks. I have emailed support multiple times to get help or at least report the bug. I have gotten no response and the developers seem to have no interest in fixing the app. Time to cancel my subscription.
Can't get my local tide station
Trying to get the tidal info for Sevenfoot Knoll Light in Baltimore, MD and can't find it. Not happy!!

Watch app stopped working after 2 days
The Watch App stopped displaying anything after just 2 days. Just a black rectangle. Nothing. It’s completely useless.

Wrong data
Watch app doesn't display the same data as the phone app. Also watch complications are displaying wrong data. For example water temperature is displaying wrong values in watch face complications. All this is true for both stations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Bugs
Been a user for 1 year. Lots of bugs with the Apple watch app. Seems like I have to uninstall the app and re-install often. The complications often do not load. When you enter the app from the complication the app often gets stuck and will not load my locations.
Bait and switch
Purchased this for its features and enjoyed using it as needed to plan trips to our coast. Now the information is limited to a few days and I would have to buy a subscription to see more. I get the subscription thing, but changing the terms on existing owners is absolute trash. Buying a different app now and regret to see another good thing ruined by scammy rate changes while taking away features or purchased goods.
Problems with watch and slow
I love this app when it works. I use it mostly on my watch It works 75% of the time on my Apple Watch. It complications don’t show and don’t update. When you click on the complication, it takes at least a minute to load the tide chart.
Not accurate, buggy
The simplicity of the design is great, but since the data doesn’t match other vetted and trusted sources, and because it crashes during a simple routine I won’t be using this app. Too bad, would have been cool to have a widget displaying tides and swells at a glance!! But can’t trust it…

This app doesn’t provide accurate data for SWELL HEIGHT and DIRECTION. It’s simply wrong be at least a foot and the swell direction is wrong.
Also: it crashes when trying to add a new location: tap the area to type in a new location and the keyboard doesn’t pop up. Tap to cancel gets no response, then tapping more causes app to unexpectedly close.
Why would anyone pay a premium price for an app with data you can’t trust and that crashes during a simple, essential routine?
Makes me wonder how apps and developers get added to the spotlight in the App Store…
