Awful Ads
Why would you show blatant abuse for your ads? It’s a horrible way to get people’s attention.

I had to remove the game because the ads are so long and drained all my iPad’s resources.
The problem
The problem the that keeps me from downloading your game is the promotional ad that shows a woman neglecting her children exposing them to cold and untreated sickness obviously and then it shows the three of them getting hit on the head by boulders that doesn’t appear to harm them… I’m not stupid so I’m not downloading anything

Why did you take away individual helps, co leaders & leader under names, took away the team leader who made the game, the abilities to make co leaders, demote co leaders, and delete inactive players?????

Lots of glitches where wins don’t add to extras. I have finished all levels and you only get an update every 2weeks! Extras are impossible to complete you don’t even get 8 extra hard levels in time allotted to complete bird challenge.
False advertising
Just downloaded it started playing and partway into it when one line got full wanted money don’t believe the ad

Level 5 and the ads start! Great way to treat your game players. But is has become obvious you are more interested in $$$ the ads bring than you are your players. We can see that and we will leave, then what will you find important?? Maybe that’s why your good reviews are over a year old.. long before you partnered with Unity Ads.

The payment was processed, but I continue to receive ads-not just the optional ads used to obtain bonuses, which are understandable, but also mandatory ads at the end of every game.
I have written to both email addresses provided for support and have received no response. Unfortunately, the lack of response is consistent with my past experiences seeking support from this company.

Waiting for lives is dumb
Having to wait 25 minutes for lives to refresh is a bit much. If you want people to keep playing your game, you might want to try something else. It gets very boring having to wait for the lives to refresh
Too many event pop ups
Ugh I just want to play the main game yet there are so many pop ups for event side quest type puzzles and games that I have to click on before I can get to where I left off.

I love this game, but app crashes constantly And terrible customer service
I’ve been playing this game for over a year now and the app crashes all the time and also if I try to make a purchase sometimes it won’t let me do that so kind of silly feature if you can’t purchase. Most recently I tried to sync my iPhone and iPad together so I can play the game on both devices and the game synced up but I lost all of my levels as I was on level 27 on my iPhone but I was on level 2085 on my iPad. I have submitted several requests to fix this and not only have they not fixed it but they did finally take the time to send me an email to let me know they were working on it…but issue has not been resolved
