Fun game BUT…
I like the game, I enjoy playing it but the ADS…THEY ARE OUT OF CONTROL. Out of every iPhone game I have ever played, this game is the worst.

Annoying Ads
These ads are playing during a couple of my games.
They’re horrible content, extremely loud and you can’t turn the sound off!!!
The app has asked 3 times if I was interested in that game I checked no each time, at least make an option to mute the sound!!!

You will want to pass on this one
I played this game for two days. As the game progresses, it is nearly impossible to do the puzzle in order to fix the picture. They want you to pay for the little things that will allow you to complete the puzzle but the problem is this game is not nearly interesting enough. This is the fourth one that I’ve tried that is similar and I’ve deleted them all. It’s just not interesting enough for me to bother with.
Lava Quest screen
After the update (4/13/26) the Lava Quest screen comes up when you load the game and there is no way to get the screen to close. Cannot play the game.
They lied about no ads
In their advertisements, they say the game has no ads. But when you download it and play, after level 50 there are ads. Why lie? I don’t mind ads, but I do mind being lied to.
No timely updates
Around level 5,000, Game generator issues new “chapters” about every 3rd week. You can play to acquire points but it’s not really game play. Very boring. No response from customer service.

Kelly Clarkson DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE GELATIN TRICK. THE VIDEO WAS AI! Why don’t you check these things before you put them on your app?!?! This was my favorite..now NOT SO! I really like this game; and finally you have stopped using SCAM ADS FOR NICCO ROBOTIC This is all done in AI! Shame on this developer! TAKE DOWN ADS LIKE THIS. Somebody should report you for this. That’s why I only gave it one star.
Disgusting advertisement
I really enjoyed the matching game but I think the developer should screen the ads, some of which make me want to throw up. I end up putting my phone down and I don't look at it. For a while, they were all nice ads, some were actually fun until that one popped up again.

Update is horrible
Only undoing 2 tiles when stuck makes the game unpleasant and difficult to play. Don’t get this game unless you like being frustrated

I’ve been playing this game for several months now and I run into problems with parts of the game and when I reached out in hopes they would fix the problem, absolutely NO REPONSE !! Giving heads up to anyone that plays this game that they are ripping everyone who plays this game!!
Expensively Addictive
I am addicted to to this game. It is challenging and fun. However, when you reach the upper levels, the developers have designed it to be impossible to win on first attempt without purchase perks to get you to the winner's circle. True, you can exit out but you loose your placement and the level of earning rewards if you do. I'm so competitive, I paid. My bad. When I realized I had spent over $100 in total of "small packages", I said WHOA! Even a few times, I found a glitch that changes the tile before I could click on it. Wonder why? Someone is getting rich and it isn't me. 😳. Deleted!
Ads are ridiculous and annoying
Ads, ads, ads! Totally ruin this interesting and challenging game. Every time you do something there’s another ad to disrupt the game flow. Getting so frustrated and annoyed! Will find another game that is more fun and relaxing than watching all those ads!

A lot of our players pay alot of money into this game, as well! The player’s name is Catherine. Any way for you to reverse this and get her back playing?? Also our group was closed and we had someone join this morning. This person runs in & out of our game constantly. Another glitch! We corrected that one but would appreciate you reversing Catherine to put her back on the team!!

I absolutely fell in love with game, that I even created a Team. We are a great Team and take 1st, 2nd, & 3rd in events often. I have been having problems seeing the info of my Team and all the leaderboards. They freeze up and I can’t see any information. That is a huge problem for me. I had reached out to app support 3 to 4 weeks ago and I have not got a response nor is it fixed. With the frustration of needing to see this information, I feel I need to delete it, but I don’t want to, if it can be fixed! I have the Team Phoenix and other players on my team are having issues that are the same. Can you do anything?

All was well until I passed level 100. Then it wasn’t possible to complete the puzzles without buying expensive power ups. Save your money. Just say no.

No adds BUT
Ads do not show up but interruptions happen by tring to get you to down load other games or just to get you to up grade by force for you to continue the game you are playing. It is usually not an up grade of the game you are playing but another game that has nothing to do with the present game .
Scammers
While I love this game it’s already frozen and glitched on me when I’m about to win. The board says there’s no more tiles but there’s a single clover left over and it lets me use the magnet and back space perks but it doesn’t do anything I’m forced to quit the hard level, which you need to beat in order to maintain your streak and keep getting awards. Then once I quit and used my perks for that level it all goes away and I have to restart again. This is annoying I’m on level 685 and spent money on this game. Why is it repeated glitching whenever I’m on a winning streak? I’m having to use up perks I’ve earned or bought and the coins just for it to keep glitching and leaving one tile on the board. There’s no way around it. I honestly want my money back. It’s straight theft at this point.

I like the game, the problem is you get one minute of game play for ten minutes of the same boring & useless advertising. Either a cat watering bowl or a machine shop in Florida. There are better games with less ads.

Most recently I tried to sync my iPhone and iPad together so I can play the game on both devices and the game synced up but I lost all of my levels as I was on level 27 on my iPhone but I was on level 2085 on my iPad. I have submitted several requests to fix this and not only have they not fixed it but they did finally take the time to send me an email to let me know they were working on it…but issue has not been resolved

I loved playing this game and in fact was on level 6977, up until the latest update took the option of either using coins or watching an ad to continue the game. Now all they do is want you to use coins so you have to buy more. I am ready to delete this game.

Glitchy Game!!!
I used to really love this game and I even spent actual money on it. Not just a little bit of money but a lot. I was constantly buying packs and stuff for this game because I loved it that much. I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now, but all of a sudden not too long ago. It started glitching really badly on me. Now every time it restarts, I lose all of my progress and I go right back to the beginning and it gets very frustrating and very boring. I even wrote to support and told them about this and I never heard back from them. I will never spend any more money on this game again. Not one cent. I am so disappointed. I made change my rating in my review if they fix this glitch, but I highly doubt they will do anything about it for me. Don’t waste your time on this game. And especially do not waste your money on this game.
