i’ve had this app for a few years now, all of sudden all the tiles are not being displayed, batteries replaced numerous time and still my house keys is never displayed in the app, it’s frustrating and the. the app keeps asking to refresh background, but it’s not high lighted in the app. i have no idea what tiles has done to the app buys it’s frustrating

If I were to actually loose something it would be useless
No accurate location. Says tile is in neighbors when I know it’s in my house. Can’t activate or hear the alert unless you’re within a 25ft radius. Tile is upstairs and I can’t activate the find alarm from down stairs. If I were to actually loose something it would be no help

Used to be great. Not anymore.
Tile started off really great. I have ADHD and it helped me keep track of items that I lose often. They stopped working so well after a couple of years, so I bought new tiles, thinking that the batteries might be low on the ones I had. The new ones don’t work any better than the two-year-old ones did. I can be right next to my wallet or keys and it’s about a 30% chance that they will activate. I even pay for the monthly plan. I was trying to support a smaller company, but next go around I will go with the behemoth that took Tile’s idea and made a usable product.
invasive marketing
I think my first review didn’t go through because I had a swear word in it ha ha. But I bought this thing. and it works in it’s basic function but every time you open the app, you are constantly getting marketed to upsell options. Usually when you are using the app, it is because you are in a bad situation. you have misplaced something important. And it’s not at that time that you want to navigate a bunch of pop-ups. enough with the customer hostile user interface.
Genuinely horrible
Just horrible connectivity and failed when I needed it. Might aswell take it off.
GET AIRTAG NOT THIS
they make it extremely difficult to cancel any membership or tría subscriptions and it’s almost like they do it on purpose. It’s taken a week for them to respond. Everything is better when you pay for it and unlike this product AirTags don’t ask for money or deceive their customers.

Either the battery is dead , and it didn’t notify me, or the app turns off somehow. After replacing battery it still says to replace battery.
Tile never rings
Tile never rings and when its lost it has an issue gaining strength of signal to even find it ive had 3 different tile with a bunch of different wallets and it still has not fixed this issue
They suck
Everything other than where within 1000 yards is now a charge. Knock off brands are better
Invasive, yet Useless
The app would like access to your location Always, your health and fitness info, has to give you push notifications (no option not to), wants you to create an account with secure password, all before telling you that to find your lost fitbit, first set it next to your phone to sync the app with it.
Works on and off
after trying to get it to work for 5 minutes by the time it starts locating item, I’ve already found it. Sound doesn’t work all the time either.
It can’t find my keys when they’re in my hand
Will tell me my keys are down the street part last known address while in my hands.

The tile in my wallet in my purse does not ring loud enough for me to hear when I’m trying to find my pocketbook
Pay for help remembering
I lost my phone and tile with my keys, the keys showed up as in the house. The web app would not ring the tile and customer service wanted to guide me through “where exactly did you leave the keys?” Not what I purchased a tile for- I have a mother for that conversation
Tile only lasts a month
I used these years ago and they were great, but the new ones don’t last. Very expensive, I got the biggest strongest one for my keys and the battery is fine but they can’t be found. And I’m looking right at them!
Worthless product
The thing needs to be within bluetooth range of my phone to give me a location. How is this supposed to help me if I lose it?? Also, there does not appear to be a way to play a noise on the tile from my phone??? I have been lugging this thing around in my wallet for years, and now that I need it I find out it is completely useless.
Let down
I had used tiles for years with them working wonderfully. Mine died and I bought brand new one. Let down is an understatement. The new ones only make my phone buzz instead of ring and does nothing when I page my wallet and keys. I have been late several times since I switched. Disappointed in the change to 360 the used to work great.

Tile is great when it works but very often it won’t ring my phone even if it’s only feet away, and even when I can ring the tile from my phone app
Location not accurate
Forgot my wallet at the park, location said it was at a house near the park. I knocked on the door, whole family came out and tried to find the wallet. Luckily a very nice person left a note saying they found my wallet with a phone number. Thankfully I got my wallet back but, I’m second guessing why I bought this product if it’s not showing the actual location of my wallet???
Nerfed
They don’t work nearly as good as when I first bought them. Disappointed is how I would describe my thoughts on them
Deteriorating
Main button labels are off for several versions now which confirms my suspicion that the Tile’s software quality is going downhill. The app was always wonky and had its own issues but instead of getting better it’s going in the opposite direction. First the Windows app got shutdown and compatible devices are now without any support. The iOS app is plagued with consistent ads and quality control issues obviously lacking.
Wallet doesn't ring
this thing hasn’t worked since the week I got it. The Keychain works 90% of the time
