Tile - Find lost keys & phone

Can’t replace batteries for the new versions. Old versions die quickly and stop playing very loud after a year even after placing a new battery.

Life proof or Tile or whatever they call it , is only getting worse !
I have been home for 30 minutes and the sound alert just went off for 1 of my many aTiles that sjould of gone off also .
Pathetic !
I presume they have turned everything over to artificial intelligence and they can blame all the malfunctions
on it .
No customer service just an A.I. robot that didn't figure on my question so "it" has NO answer!

I absolutely detest that feedback feature, I just keep clicking on the "other" choice . But I am sick of wasting time doing it .
But if I turn it off, then I will not get my alerts if I actually DO lose my possessions with the TILE !
I keep buying jthem, because I have so many already, and I have money invested them .
But I find my cellphone and tablet better with the Find my app .
I don't recommend them .

I just want to name my tile tracker my dogs name and I can’t figure out how to do it!!!!!!! Should be super super simple but I can’t figure it out and I want to return the damn thing!!!

Now if it’s out of range it doesn’t give a map or anything it just says notify when found

I cannot see a list of my tiles
I cannot remove a tile myself
I cannot rename a tile

If you click (+) it will show a pop up to install the Life360 app. There is no way to add a new tile or QR label anymore.

Tile App iPhone 2.145 drains the battery too much

No alert, you walk round in circles following their map and still no sound especially on Keys. Don’t even get me started with setting up sounds. Total rubbish throw it away.

My tile broke within just a few months and they make it impossible to try file a claim for warranty.

This tile doesn’t always work. I have to reset it all the time.

The updates are so delayed. I don’t see my items in real time most of the time.
