Had promise, but…
If you look at the game screens on App Store, you would think this would be a pretty cool game to play. Well, be warned those cool mini games they “advertise” on here don’t even exist. It’s the same thing over and over - repetitive screens, objects etc. The bugs are many and support is slow to respond at best; if at all. It’s a shame cause it has potential, execution is sorely lacking.

New Game Glitches No Help
We are experiencing some major glitches not allowing at least 6 of my team members, including myself with absolutely no response from feedback for days. Can’t get past a certain game that has 12 missing objects with a blank object fields. WE NEED HELP ASAP!! HELLO!!!
Why make it so hard?
Junk app! Too slow! Don’t download! I guess you’re pretty proud of your game, making it so hard that levels become difficult by level 50. What purpose does that serve? I want to watch tv and play your game. You make it too hard to earn coins so that I could purchase another 60 seconds. That’s by design too. Does this earn you street creds in game app world?? I’ve deleted and reinstalled a couple of times. I’m not buying your stupid packs. You don’t get good review or stats from from me because you put together a game that could be relaxing and fun and then ruined it. I don’t want to be challenged by a phone app at the end of the day. If I wanted a challenge, I’d own a PlayStation!
VERY DISAPPOINTED
I do not have internet at home and I can not open the game offline. I used to play this game everyday. I have played it for a long time. I don’t think I will continue playing unless they make it an offline game again. Also the new cartoon characters are not the greatest. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Funny how the music tour if you’ve got a lot of little balls will cheat and send it straight to the bottom, but when you have one or two it’ll score pretty good fix your cheating issue
New updates are HORRIBLE
I’ve been playing this game for a long time and have always enjoyed it. The updates and changes that have been made recently are HORRIBLE. The games pieces are enlarged and so animated they are hard to identify. The pieces on the board don’t look the same as the pieces on the search bar, not even the same COLOR sometimes. Not sure who’s taken over the animation, but if it doesn’t improve, this game will lose a ton of loyal players. So disappointed.

I have never played a game with so many glitches. At least once a month the game has a major glitch that impacts the ability play and when you email support about a glitch you never get a reply.
To have a decent chance at playing to win levels and win team events you need to pay $10.00 month for extra lives but those extra lives a routinely a waste with all the glitches.
The developers need to take a hard look at how the game works and how much money they make from people buying extra game play that is wasted and offer better compensation for their inability to code and debug

Please fix the disco ball, it has not worked for 4 days.
FIX THE GLITCHES ASAP
It’s not just the powerball that isn’t working, the rewards I earn aren’t actually uploaded. I play this game for multiple hours a day so who knows how many rewards have been stolen from me since the last update (2/15/2026). I’d say 100+ rewards. We all better get our rewards that we earned when the glitch is fixed!
Response time
I Have played game for a long time however the super ball is not working. I use this ball as part of my game plan. It has been over a week with zero response. Using the support page. I am very disappointed that I have not had a response or fix to issue to a game that I really did enjoy
Bomb not working
Reported that bomb wasn’t working on 2/16/26. No response 4 days later and still not fixed. Waisted along of other tools to pass hard levels. Fun game of it worked like it should.

Glitches
I’ve had a lot of fun playing this game. I’m on the top playing team. The developers usually respond this last glitch crickets. My name is MOUSE on the top team Let Go.
Disco ball not working!
Disco ball is a dud. Just jumps up but doesn’t eliminate any objects. Some items are crazy looking, such as bowl of noodles looks like a bowl of something rotten and the Viking helmets are creepy.
Not working correctly
Today, 2/18/26, the app did not respond correctly to the disco ball. No items were removed. Further, the level was supposed to have hammers to collect. There are NO hammers. Pretty frustrated!
Stopped working
I’ve played this game for years. I’m in the teen-thousands’th level and now the app doesn’t open. It’s all updated but just sits at the Home Screen when I touch it.

The game is wonderful until you get to the expert level!
You cannot contact anyone. You are stuck on the expert level until you win it. It is too difficult for me on the expert level so the game has ceased to be fun and has turned into a game you can’t win. That is not fun. Finding 12 dice in 6 colors in a huge pile of stuff is almost impossible in the time given, unless you BUY things from them. I am not doing that. The game has made me feel inept and stupid. Why would I want to continue playing a game that does that?
Boring
The mini games have never been offered in the two years I’ve played. There are players who can enter your team without joining to steal and ask for helps. Support has never done anything to fix this problem after repeatedly begging. Very boring because nothing changes. Hard to keep teammates.

Lost all my coins, twice
I have been playing this game for about 9 month. I have purchased items in the game. Twice now, I lost all my coins. There is no way to track purchases or see history. I am done.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!
Don’t download this game as it is a waste of time and eventually money! Support is unhelpful giving what I call a canned response. A response they use every time a player sends support a complaint. The message board is a prime example, we used the board as a way to send and receive lives a critical everyday part in this game if you are to level up and survive in the challenges. But now this key part of Match 3 does not work 3/4 of the time, our requests for lives disappearing after a quick minute or not showing up at all. I give this game a -100for overall game play, but a 100 for all the great people I have met there. But now even our messages are disappearing. So I have suggested to my team to scour the App Store to find a game we can all play together as a team of 50. I will stay on the game until my team has found a game we all like.

Game wont open
I just updated and the game wont open so I can't play. I just get the opening picture of the farmer, dog, and lots of pumpkins. I am using an Ipad with IOS 26.0.1

This game has overcharged me on my purchases and also failed to give me my 1000 coins on one of the new feature games on this app. I have reached out to them three times and have gotten no response. I have spent plenty of money on this game but no more. I’m done being ripped off and will be deleting this game and using my valuable time towards more important things.
Money grab
Played to level 836, gladly bought play packs and bonus packs, and played in every quest only to lose everything in two days. The coins earned is far too little, glitches cause items to be selected when you clicked on something else so you lose vacant spots, and infinite hearts mean nothing if you lose bonus items you played for and accumulated. Why would I care about having extra lives if I lose all other progress? The timers are also a joke, in this game and their rope game that I’ve been playing for over a year. I don’t know what happened over the weekend, but both games have been awful. I love a challenge and I loved these games, but I do not love feeling as though I’m being cheated out of my money.
Fix the glitches!!!!
I used to love this game but it now freezes after almost every round and I have to close it out and restart it. And worse, when it freezes it doesn’t always accurately track all of my progress so cleared levels don’t yield the appropriate rewards. Fix it!!!!
No fun any more
The game was working great to the last couple of days. Now you have to close it out and open it back up to play one time. Then you have to repeat this every time you win. And yes I did the update. And that has not solved the problem. So when you get free spins you lose them because you have to close it game down and then reopen it. To only play once. Then repeat

Upset
I have finally reached a point in my game where I’m winning and now the app won’t even open! I’ve tried everything! Shame on y’all!! And the joy I’ve had to reach 186 days playing in a row for what? I can’t even play!
Game Problem
In May 2025 I had to replace my iPad related to water damage. I received my new iPad and proceeded to complete the set-up. I was ready to play my game. However, my game did not download what my previous game reflected. Mainly my game level was completely wrong, I could not receive messages nor send, I was in two different player rooms. I sent my first message and received a reply from someone with a reply that they see the issues and will forward my message! This reply from the game “employee, bot” or whoever responded to my message, was the one and only message I received. To this date I have yet to receive a message from this game. I begrudgingly play the game at times, knowing my level is so completely erroneous! I truly believe there is not a sound standing by to respond effectively, problem solved, type of employee!
Sold out to Match Factory?
I have no problem with spending a few dollars on a game. However, I have noticed recently that Tile Match has gone Match Factory style. But, I will not pay my hard earned money for every third or fourth level of 90 seconds of entertainment. I am looking for a new match game. Now read the company’s cookie cutter response.

1) the phone screen is to small for this game. You’re constantly fat-fingering the wrong items. 2) Levels are impossibly difficult without purchases (unlike Royal Match). Even early on. 3) Little to no opportunities to earn more time (again, unlike Royal Match). I could be stuck on one level for a couple weeks.

Updates STINK
Played this game every day for over three years. For some unknown reason, the creators felt the need to attract toddlers to this app. This app requires far too much finesse and dexterity for a toddler, yet they insist on using exaggerated, cartoonish objects. MANY of my team members have quit. This WAS a great game, not sure why don’t admit it was a bad idea and revert the app to its former glory.

Just played after the new update and wow what a disappointment! The graphics and items look horrible. I used to really enjoy this game but I don’t think I’ll continue.

5 Star Game no more
I played this game for two years and loved the challenge. Just this week I had to enter the game on a new device and the graphics had changed. Radically. What used to be smaller, more realistic images are now puffy, cartoonish images with unnecessary embellishment.
I hope you know what you are doing but this “old generation” user can’t stand the new look. Why did you dumb down ?

No one’s getting back to me
I have an issue about my disco ball and been leaving messages in feedback and still no one is getting back to me to fix it I pay so much money toward the game to get stuff solved and now I wish i didn’t waste my money on it
