We will close this account immediately. You have to ask yourself why use this app that costs more and is slower than a normal bank.

It won’t let me getnotifications from till
I was trying to get my account back bc I transferred phones and I don’t remember my password so I tried to reset it but it wouldn’t let me.

I got paid and my money didn’t come in till three days later and it wasn’t my job it was this bank holding my money

While creating another account I typed in that same email and it sent me a verification email. I clicked on it and started the process to set up a new account. When I got to the section to type in my number it said an account was already associated with it. I only have one email and one phone number. There’s no customer service number for me to call to get this resolved. Only email.
Inconvenient. I have already received emails from till from when I initially set up the first account. So why would it recognize the number and not email?! If it can’t handle my login info correctly I’m not very confident in it handling finances.

Horrible app design , no support
We were forced to use this app for our daughter on a school trip. It was a nightmare to link the parent and child apps for funds transfer. And no help (no response at all) from customer service.
Going down hill
App was recommended by a student travel company we partnered with for my kid’s first international travel. We liked that it was a Visa card. Since then, it has been a struggle to move funds. Deposits from my bank are getting canceled by Till. And when I tried to send the remaining balance back to my bank, it would not process the request. After a quick Google search, there are plenty of other folks experiencing this issue and it’s clear Till is not taking the time to correct it on a global view. You are much better off having an account through a local credit union than a third party app. We plan to use up the funds and cancel.

Do not use this app. They will not give you back any money you don’t use that’s in your wallet. Customer support only gives you the documentation that’s outdated.

BEWARE!!!!4.8 average stars is a Joke
DO NOT USE THIS APP!! My daughter has never been able to use her physical card only when making purchases online. Also when uploading money there is no instant upload it is a lie. You can only upload $200 at a time with a $6 fee each transaction. I made 2 uploads today one for $200 one for $100 because I told my daughter I’d give her $300 for her birthday. Long story short it said it went through and would show shortly. 30min go by and it still doesn’t show. So I reach out via email. And they say it is under review. lol so I have to message back how long does that take because they still didn’t tell me… why would I have to reach out to them about a payment I was told was received. FIND A BETTER FINANCIAL INSTITUTION FOR KIDS THAN THIS!!! I could have given her cash and not charge $12 for this junk!!!

Application “review” process
This process is a joke. The card works fine, but the app clearly needs management. I cannot access my account through my phone to add saving, or even check my balance. I open the app and all it says is “Application being reviewed”. Like it takes MONTHS to look at??
Horrible
App did not work and was super glitchy, I entered the wrong phone number and it wouldn’t let me go back, there was no button. The software was very poorly designed. I couldn’t delete an extra account I made on accident and the app was super confusing.
Do Not Use - They Will Leave Your Kids Stranded
We got this app and the connected card so that our daughter would have money on school trips, etc.. We have money in our account and we sent money to her card and it said it loaded it and then it declined her transactions when she was trying to buy herself food -she was stranded with no money and they have no way to contact them for support other than email For the safety of your children I would avoid using this at all cost!!
Worst useless app
Over the weekend there are zero ways to contact support. I needed to send a traveler money and the app wouldn’t allow the funds the transfer.

This app is a nightmare don’t believe the instant funding by debit card option it doesn’t exist. Also if you’re child is international and you need to send money expect 1-2 business day delay. What a JOKE to use for your child. Definitely look at other options

i haven’t received my child’s card it’s been over 13 business days when it usually takes under 10. they took 4 days to respond back to my email. now they said they are going to give me a new card with the same time frame, this is horrible app! this is not okay, fix this app! i would not recommend this app as you can transfer money to your card, only a bank! i would choose another app for your kiddos!
Having errors? Till doesn’t doesn’t care about issues you have with their app
My son is traveling with EF Tours and Till Financial advertises and makes offers with parents if they use their teen account. I bought into it, and was able to deposit ONCE to the parent wallet. The next 4 times all I received was errors telling me to contact my financial institution, and I did. They said it wasn’t on Till Financial’s end. I have contacted Till Financial via email, they have NO other way to contact them. It has been 3 days and no one has gotten back with me. Bottom line, they don’t care. I would look elsewhere when setting up a teen account. If not, your child could be in another country with no way to get money!
Not the greatest- Kinecta is better
You have to pay for the no fees and they charge you five dollars for every withdrawal other than the ATM owners fee and the app is hard to navigate through and the savings part you have to pay for the premium option just to get interest and it’s only 2% not a high-yield. It’s only a 2% interest that you have to pay five dollars a month to get kind of not worth it.
Or my first or second choice
I was forced to install this app and set up an account due to it being used by my kids school. Capital One offers a far superior set up and more features, along with other Banks, and I question how well TILL can protect customer data. Verifying an account was a challenge since I use electronic billing and notifications. For those who have purchased a home and have it paid off, the challenges increase more as Till requires a mortgage or rental agreement be in place to use your home as verification. Once my kids are done using this for their school trip, I will contact the company to remove all of our data and close all accounts immediately. I have serious concerns on their ability to keep personal data safe, and the data they requested seems excessive and of high risk for a child’s basic account. I will be speaking to the school about not using this company going forward for school activities due to these concerns and the challenges of setting up a basic child’s account.
Great when it works
Unfortunately, I could not transfer any funds to my child’s account for over 2 weeks now as it keep saying “failed”. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, updated the app, emailed customer service and nothing. Since the app is useless now, I’ll have to close it and have the remaining balance mailed to me. It was great up until it stopped working.
