Needs improvements
For $25/year - I should be able to edit my trip without writing into support. The support area is also not user friendly. Just add a search function. I’m really unhappy with the purchase now, despite being pretty pleased with the overall original advice from a previous trip.
My flight was delayed on the tarmac and had to be rebooked. The time limitations for editing are not realistic when someone is navigating actively rebooking their flight to another day.
I won’t be renewing or recommending to others until functionality changes.

Can’t get it to work on iPhone
I downloaded and installed this app and looked forward to trying it, but couldn’t get it to work. After entering all the flight information it kept sending me back to the start page. Tried closing and reinstalling the app, restarting the phone, but nothing worked. Sent several notes to customer service but never got a response.

Just follow the sleep schedule of the destination country when in the flight.
When you land, get as much natural light exposure. No alcohol in flight. Day one is tough .We recovered from most of the jet lag in 24 hrs.

A monthly fee for this?!?
Totally not worth paying 10 bucks a month for. Shouldn’t even be subscription based at all. I was going to use it for a move and wanted to toy around with it first but there’s no way I’m paying a subscription for a dumb jet lag app. If you want to charge something charge 99 cents.
Contradictory notifications and app advice
I tried the app for outbound and inbound trips for a destination with a 13 hour time difference and a 5 hour time difference layover. Unfortunately, I consistently received push notifications that directly contradicted the app’s advice. For example, I would get a notification that said that starting in 15 minutes I should get light and avoid sunglasses for the next hour, while at the same time, the app told me that in 15 minutes I should take melatonin and sleep for the next 8 hours and that my next time for getting light of any kind was tomorrow morning.
It also impractically recommends sleeping during scheduled aircraft taxi, takeoff and landing (when flight crews especially on long haul flights will keep waking you to comply with safety regulations) with no buffer time and getting bright light at times where none exists, especially during shorter winter days. It also unreasonably recommended less than 3 hours of sleep during a 14+ hour overnight flight.

Pay?
Paying for Ts is ridiculous it should be free it’s not groundbreaking technology to be able to tell somebody when to eat and sleep should be free. I will not remove this review unless I get life free pass .
Probably works but schedule isn’t useful
I entered my flight information for a flight from Europe to California, and it gave me a schedule. But I’m 4 hours away from the airport I need to depart from, and it told me to sleep during the time that I need to use to travel to the airport.
Disappointed
I was really excited to try this app as I am traveling from New York to Sydney later this year. But my flight has a refueling stop, and the flight number only showed up in the app as the first leg of the flight. I tried to explain to customer service that the second leg does not have its own flight number and asked them to manually add it, but then they stopped responding. It’s a shame.
