I paid 8.99 to receive fax and it showed there that I had a current plan paid for “send and receive” but the “continue button” appears gray and once I try to get my fax number it says go go to managed subscription and same thing it says I have a current plan. It also asks you for an area code I put all codes none worked

I use this app in the past and it worked fantastic. Currently it does not work properly. I have purchased points. I’ve tried to fax two pages every time I hit send it asked me to purchase more points and I’m not able to send my documents.
It’s very frustrating. I continue to purchase points, and I can’t even see the total points that I purchased. As of right now I consider it a horrible app.

Signed me up for a weekly plan, and have no easy way to demand a refund
I haven’t sent a fax since the 90s, but somehow got enrolled in Tiny Fax’s weekly plan. I do love Tiny Scanner, so that must be how it happened. Anyway, when I saw that they charged me for months I tried to request a refund, but it only took me to my Apple’s subscription page, which was no help. I’m writing this review because the company left no other way for me to request the refund.

I’ve had ZERO response from app maker and no assistance on purchase or “Get Fax Number” that I paid for. What a downer
Paid and didn’t receive a fax number!
I am not sure why it would not produce an incoming fax number. Followed instructions to “restore” about 25 times and still did not work. Cancelled subscription. I don’t have time for apps that don’t work properly - waste of time and hopefully my money will be refunded. If I happened to do anything wrong, it certainly did not have any solutions to check besides “restore” which does not work!
Abandoning TinyFax due to subscription model!
Used to love TinyFax for the rare need to send a fax. Had purchased credits before to cover the expense. Now it requires a subscription plan which I discovered after scanning an 8 page fax. Sorry - not going to pay monthly for something I use rarely. And whatever happened to my credits?? I’ll be deleting the app and switching to another app that lets me use credits and seems to work even better,

I had purchased $25 worth of “points” that would last at least a year in the past. The developer decided to go to subscription based service and now I’ve lost the money and the points. I’ll be using another app for the rare times that I need to fax something.
Cannot receive fax but paid
I’ve paid to receive faxes. I did not receive a number and it’s been days. I’ve paid for this because of the time sensitive business situation I have and had to receive a fax. This has cost me greatly financially because I have not received the service I paid for with this app. I now have to find another app, pay for it, and get a refund from this one. Exactly the problem I didn’t need at this point in time.
Paid to fax & wouldn’t send
This used to be cool years ago and I never had any trouble faxing. I paid $3 today for 50 credits to send ONE fax and I couldn’t send it! All I kept getting after was AD wanting me to pay a stupid expensive subscription price when I don’t fax enough to be worth it! We used to be able to send randomly w/o subscribing and buying or earning points. Deleting and find other fax app
Steals your money
I bought 50 credits for $2.99 to send a fax. My account showed no credits, so I bought 50 more credits for another $2.99 and still couldn’t send the fax. I have to then pay for a weekly subscription to send the fax for $4.99. All 3 charges posted to my account, so they basically stole the $6.98 from me with the 100 credits. Other than than that issue, the fax service works okay.

The app doesn’t work they allow you to pay 10$ a week for a subscription then doesn’t allow you to receive or send faxes… no number to call for support. Don’t waste your money

Your service is virtually impossible to CANCEL. You deliberately make it difficult… in order to steal money for subscribers who want to cancel

The best you’re going to get is 75 emails that you have gotten a fax and to check the app. Open the app. Nothing there. I even checked it by sending one myself. Says delivered, got 40 emails saying i was sent a fax. Nothing there. Also have been waiting for an answer from customer service for days. There are better options out there
Is this legit
Downloaded the app,wasn’t hard.Sent my documents over and got my confirmation,easy going.But confirming if the actual fax was received ,heartbreaking because I was told it was never received.i even confirmed the number with the place I faxed the documents to and I’m being told it never came through.I just want a refund and I think I might just stick to the regular fax machines.

This used to be a good app. Now it is very user unfriendly. It kept charging me more and more, and then not allowing me to fax something from it. I am hoping I can cancel the subscription that I was forced to do, even though technically, you don’t need to Have a subscription. Find a different Fax app.

I used to use this app all the time to send and receive. Now I can’t receive faxes at all. I renewed the subscription, tried to restore the number and it wouldn’t restore. I even updated my password and it won’t recognize it. Tried to email for help and the email does not work. Find another app.
LACKS BASIC FUNCTIONALITY
This app is a SCAM. First the developers trick you into paying (a lot) to send faxes, then you discover that you have to buy a different subscription to RECEIVE them. If like me you are foolish enough to fall for that, you discover that a simple thing like PRINTING A FAX FROM YOUR INBOX is too much to ask. Despicable.
Beware
In the old version you prepaid deposits of $20+ and got points - credit you could use to do faxes as needed. The new version charges by the week etc. In this new version, my credit (points) are gone. My credit has vanished. Looks like the app stole my money. I still needed a fax so I paid AGAIN. Then the app didn’t function. Beware.
Great price… limited abilities
Would give this app 5 stars because the price is amazing, the use of the app is easy and it’s nice that you can separate files to be sent. The only problem is, it has a memory capacity at 20 MB so I was unable to use this app after paying, to send legal documents to the courthouse.

You cannot send a fax without paying for the paid version of the app. I downloaded it and set up a profile, only to find this out. It is a scam.
