All good things come to an end
I the past this app worked efficiently with little need for assistance. Now it has become inoperable and the assistance limited to one line responses from a email only support platform. Too bad for us their paying customers and themselves.

The app complete deleted all my invoices after the update. And i lost access to my account it says my account never existed.

Absolutely frustrating, the app stopped syncing between my devices and now I cant access it! After I email them they tell me to “practice patience” I am paying you the pro membership run a business and you tell me to practice patience! Absolute joke of an app it became and the person responding emails this is not a therapy session just fix the app!

This app used to be free and it was great. Last year they blocked all my access to my invoices of seven years unless I paid $99 per year, I had no choice but to pay. Now, it is nothing but a problem. Crashes and data uploads that never seem to load. Plus, they’ve made it very confusing to use. I will be transferring my data to another app and canceling my subscription to this POS APP!!!

I haven’t been able to log into the app because it needs to complete an upgrade that requires my password. The password doesn’t work and attempts at changing my password don’t work either. I’m currently unable to invoice my customers. I emailed the developer at two different email addresses and received no response.
Declining Experience After Updates
The app used to be much easier to use, but the redesign is confusing and less intuitive. Worse, some features that used to work fine don’t work anymore. The overall experience has declined significantly-hoping for bug fixes and a more user-friendly layout.
After 4 years I’ve had enough
Have used this app for 4 years. Started out fine but increasingly changes and tweaks were made that were not helpful, just annoying. Still I didn’t want to change. Now the app is not sending emails. I emailed the developer and they keep asking me to send a screen shot but how do you send a screenshot something that won’t work. I’m leaving and going to an app that is recommended by a colleague. Run away!

Can’t find my subscription I paid for year.
Lost 7 years of data
I LOVED this app, but recently it crashed on me and I’ve now lost my entire business records and can’t seem to get any of the data back. Super frustrating! The last few updates to this app caused many glitches.
No Support and Some Functions
The app looks ok but some functions doesn’t work properly like Profit and Loss and the cost of products cannot be changed at the invoice. if you pay for a product a little more you cannot adjust on that invoice

I used Tiny Invoice for over five years when it was completely free, and it worked great. Last year, they switched to a paid subscription model, and since the app had been very reliable for me, I decided to pay for the full year. That was a huge mistake.
As soon as it became a paid service, the system quality dropped significantly. The app became unstable, and the customer service is terrible - there is no way to speak with a real person, only email support that takes days to respond.
Three weeks ago, I changed phones. When I logged into Tiny Invoice on my new device, the app showed a blank account - all my data was gone. Over 5 years of records, more than 3,000 invoices and estimates, payment history - everything disappeared. I have no idea who still owes me money or how to recover any of it.
After a week of sending emails, support finally responded saying that I manually deleted all my data. That is completely ridiculous. They also said there is no way to recover anything. I immediately canceled my subscription, but since I had already paid for the full year, they still haven’t refunded me a cent.
Final Warning: If you are a very small business just starting out, this app might be okay short-term. But if you are a growing or established business - I DO NOT RECOMMEND Tiny Invoice at all. It is too risky to trust your business data to them.
I have now switched to Square - let’s see how that goes, but Tiny Invoice is definitely not an option for me anymore.

This app has changed, I can no longer read the print ! It's too light and there is no adjustment , I cannot find anybody to call or send a message to about this problem

So easy
I’ve used this for several years probably seven and it’s getting more complex. When I go back to edit an old invoice or estimate every time I type a letter, it drops my writing all the way to the bottom of the page every single time I hit one backspace one letter it drops me to the bottom of the page which makes it completely unusable to edit anything.

However, I’ve observed a pattern: after certain “fixes” or “updates,” the app’s performance tends to decline, and several minor issues begin to appear that affect its overall functionality.
Currently, I’m experiencing a problem where all of my invoices are showing as “overdue” on the main screen, even though I’ve marked them as paid. When I click into the invoices individually, they correctly show as paid, but the dashboard still reflects them as overdue. This inconsistency is frustrating and makes managing my invoices more difficult than it should be.
I do appreciate the app and its features, but I hope these issues can be addressed in future updates to ensure smoother functionality.
