The worse
I downloaded the app and deleted the same day. Went through all the steps to make sure I had no substance they still end up charging me $3 for something and $59 for something. Been trying to talk to a human for 4days now. I do not recommend this app.
Don't buy the subscription!
I recently tried to subscribe and the message said $5.99 for a month. They ended up taking away the yearly subscription, which is annoying and unfair. At that moment, I asked for a refund and they sent me an email saying it's not refundable. Why isn't it refundable? I haven't even used the app and they also have misleading information. I'm very upset. They can't play so dirty.

We loved tiny tap a yr ago. But now that our child is growing and using more interactive games on the software, the app freezes. I’m talking within the first ten minutes and every other minute there after. Whether we’re using an iPad or iPhone. Same issue.

Oh and their initial primary customer service agent is a bot that gives out the same tired responses regardless of the issues you will definitely go through. Please if you want to be considered a good guy with the little ones, find a different competitor of theirs and try them instead.
We are now forced to use this application for a whole year, Completely Unsatisfied with it and the company behind it.

The app keeps failing or freezing. This has been going on for months. We used it for a whole year then renewed for another year and this started happened. Bummer and would like a refund.

I just downloaded this for my almost 2 year old and when I try to make an account it won’t allow me to set the age? Not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but I’m glad I didn’t get the subscription.
I don’t recommend
The app freezes constantly and the sound/voice randomly does not work so my toddler has no clue what they are asking for the task. For example, the color puzzle works then the next slide it doesn’t; there are no color circles and no sound. Another example; on the instrument slide- you can hear and click all the instrument sounds but the next slide/quiz part where it asks what instrument makes this sound, there is no sound. This was only the trial part and would not purchase. This app would be great but it needs more work if I were to spend money.

Cannot even set up child profile
Downloaded the app to test it out for a free trial period. So far I haven’t even been able to create my child’s profile to test it. I can enter in his name, but when I click on Age the screen turns sideways, then turns back, only offset and with no keyboard. This has held true despite app updates, app, restarts, and phone restarts. I have tried to reach out to app support, which I had to scour their website to find since the app support button from the App Store links to a file not found page. I have never heard back from app support. I’m inclined to think that the app is buggy and the developers must not care much. I will be deleting this app after I cancel the trial.

No way to talk to a real support person
I tried this app for my toddler. This app is not age appropriate. It’s more for older kids. I tried to contact support team to cancel subscription. I never received a notification to cancel. Not happy with the support. Instead I had to speak to “Eve”. Who told me I would receive a cancellation and refund confirmation. And I still haven’t received anything. I even asked for an email to write to and “eve” said they don’t have one.

No refund BEWARE
1st charged full price the day I signed up Not the monthly payments I was expecting after the week trial.
2. Have had trouble logging in from the start. Contacted them during the trial period saying can’t long in, gave a suggestion as to what to try. Still didn’t work. My DIL tried everything on top of what they suggested and nothing gets us in. I contacted them again today saying can’t get in, just send me back my full refund $77+. I get a message back telling me that after 7 days can’t refund. Really! Haven’t been able to get in to the app from day one, and won’t give me a refund. Totally a scam. Beware!!!

It is overwhelming
There no limit to the kind of lessons the child has access to, even if you choose which ones you want them to do, it allows them access to eveything, this is not eefective with smaller children. I was really disappointed i signed up for the yearly subscription that has access to all lessons, and now a couple months they want to recharge for lessons , when i was under impression that was the reason i paid the yearly subscription.

Can’t do anything in settings because you have to touch the two dots. Well no matter how many different directions I try touching those dots it doesn’t work. Waste of time. Also prices are a lie to get you in. It said $7 for a year and then changed to $90. Jokes on me huh.

We were initially hopeful but found the app's quality disappointing, especially for my daughter. Despite canceling the subscription on the same day of purchase, I still got charged. Requesting a refund proved difficult due to their PayPal payment policy. I had intended to reconsider the app later, but after this experience, I won't. I advise parents to be cautious of this app's inflexible refund policy and suggest exploring alternatives like Speech Bubs.
Scam! App does NOT WORK! Refund requested , & denied!
This app does not work! I’ve downloaded it, deleted it and downloaded it again. I paid in full and it does not work. I requested a refund from Apple and I was denied. I sent another request and I was denied again this is ridiculous. I am so disappointed in the service and the fact that I won’t get my money back and the app doesn’t work. What a scam!!!!
Won’t let me cancel
Last year I got charged the full year subscription of $50 and I never even use it. My daughter is 9 and I think I probably tried this out when she was a toddler. I’m almost sure I canceled it two years ago because my daughter doesn’t use it. They hope that you forget that you canceled it and then after a year goes by, they charge you again. Now I know that I canceled it last year and even deleted the app from my devices. Yet I just got charged another yearly subscription for $50. This is ridiculous! They are stealing peoples’ money. Someone needs to hold them accountable and refund all of us our money. I see that I’m not the only victim here.
The worst educational App
First of all, upon purchasing, they trick you and make it seem like you’re paying $4.99 monthly. We were surprised with an outrageous $53 charge for seemingly the worst children’s app out there. They claim that it is one of the best educational games, I’m here to tell you otherwise. This app is full of terrible homemade games by other users. I feel like I have to monitor what my daughter plays on here due to that feature. She was playing what looked to be a my little pony game, it ended up being a terrible homemade game of someone with a horrible accent you couldn’t even understand. If this app is claiming it helps with speech development, they’re clowns. Tried to resolve with customer service but they’re refusing. Don’t waste your time and money with TinyTap.

Was charged over $50 for the App but it is now saying my account is not a linked paid account and can’t access the paid parts of the app. Seems to happen to many people. This is a scam.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Buyer be warned… We had this app for a while and I didn’t realize because it was charging me once a year on a credit card. This time I caught it the morning that it charged my credit card and I contacted customer service to cancel and get refunded. I was told that if I didn’t request cancellation in the very first seven days of when I originally signed up they won’t give me my money back today. This is absolutely ridiculous! We have never even used the app and I contacted them with an hours of seeing that they tried to charge me another $29.99 renewal fee. They absolutely have the ability to refund that money back, but refused. Beware!

I canceled before the 7 day trial but they still charged me. Now it shows the subscription is good until 2025 but won’t let me play any games. Nobody is responding about my refund and my kid can’t even ply any of the games on the mean time because it keeps saying they reached their max of three games per day even though they haven’t played any. Freaking hassle!

The app is great with the curriculum. It’s just full of glitches. The pausing feature doesn’t work. The typing feature is glitchy, and you can’t move on if you don’t complete that part. But the keyboard doesn’t pop up correctly to use it. Hope this is fixed within the next update.
Glitchy and bad customer service
Signed up for the free trial, the games were ok, but several times froze and would not work. I forgot to cancel the free trial, and caught it literally hours after the deadline, the customer service team tried to refuse my request to get a refund for the yearly ($60) fee even though I caught it almost immediately. I get that I missed the deadline but I’ve had this happen many many times with free trials and EVERY time whatever company I am dealing with always issues a refund as long as it’s pretty soon after the deadline. Tiny Tap seemed to try and rope me into $60 on a technicality instead of being reasonable. I would’ve even laid the $60 had the app been good and not frozen more than 6 times in 7 days. Eventually they issued a refund but it took over a week and back and forth emails. Do not recommend.
