Honestly, it’s a great app and I like the characters/stories. However, I absolutely hate that you can’t say more than a few things before you run out of gems and then you have do all these different things or pay for more.
I plan to stick with PolyBuzz, they use ads rather than gems and honestly the ads are short and you’re able to continue chatting after they finish.

Subscription rip off!
I paid for a subscription didnt get my gems opened a ticket only for it to be ignored contacted the discord serverand still nothing! It’s been enough time for that! Would rate this woth negative stars if I could!
Their customer support is absolute garbage and nonexistent.
I am trying to sign up for a membership. There are four membership tiers. One is free. The next one is $4.99 a month or you can pay for a year at $3.99 month which would come out to $46.99. The next level is $14.99 a month or $94.99 for the year. The next is $44.99 a month or $299.99 for one year. I am not able to do any of the monthly memberships. No matter which tier I try it will let me do a yearly one but not a monthly one. I want to do the one that’s $44.99 a month and it will only let me do it if I buy a year. It won’t give me the monthly cost. I can’t pay $299 and 99.$9.99 all at once. I have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times on multiple platforms, TikTok, Facebook, email, Instagram, and I am continuously ignored. I also got ignored a month ago when I reached out on every platform when I purchased gems and didn’t get them. Thankfully, Apple refunded my money for those. I want to do chats with a membership so that I have memory and roll cards and the other perks of having a membership instead of just buying gems to chat and not being able to have roll cards and memory and things like that. But it doesn’t let me do a monthly one. I’m trying to get help and nobody respond so it’s getting one star because I can’t even “play“ anymore.

Why do we have a subscription I pay monthly but you don’t even have enough gems to get through that month so now I’m paying a subscription and for gems scamming me for money is what it feels like! I even reached out to them asking why doesn’t the gems recharge the next day which is what the thing said when I signed up for the subscription and paid, I haven’t even received a answers your subscription details are also misleading! I see all these good reviews and I wonder if they wrote them because the subscription is my biggest problem other apps like this you pay for the subscription and you get unlimited chatting I would love the experience were I’m not shelling out my money constantly to enjoy this app!
Overpriced
The amount of money the game costs is a little outrageous. Every action costs 20 of the red gems. It’s a little over $5 for 1000 gems. At 20 gems a message it’s equal to 10 messages costing $1. Which is just crazy because to build a conversation, it’s already going to be expensive. And it doesn’t recharge without a subscription. You have to wait for the daily login. The ai is okay, very forgetful but not incompetent. Not worth what you’re paying for. The gems aren’t easy to get so they should be going further than they do.
Greedy
16.4 gems per message. It’s ridiculous to even have a decimal in the first place but 16 gems per message is ridiculous. I guess the responses are nice (the ONLY reason I’m giving two stars) and make the role play flow smoothly but the amount of gems they take per message is just absurd. Even when you pay for an actual subscription there’s no unlimited messaging, they still charge gems. I’ve seen some greedy AI apps before but this one is definitely up near the top with greed…
I want to say 2.5
I’m having fun.. BUT.. it is so frustrating how fast the “currency” runs out or how little time you can talk to the characters without spending money. I know everyone needs a way to make money, but if you really want people to stick to your app, you need to find an alternative way to get diamonds or make it a lot cheaper.
