You don’t get a ticket, even if it says ticket. I had to find a lady with an orange flag outside a museum, though there were no instructions. Thanks to museum staff, we did it!

Avoid this service. We got to the location where we were supposed to meet. It took about 20 minutes for 3 guides to organize all the people for the 10:30 tour. They called our names and had us get in a line. My son has to stand by himself separated from the rest of us. Other families were also separated. It seemed kind of random. The lines to get tickets with cash were shorter. Save yourself time and money and don’t use this service. It seemed like it was ther first day organizing.

I was promised high-value tickets to events and venues, but the company did not deliver as advertised. When I reached out, customer service was disappointing and did not resolve the issue. The experience felt misleading and unprofessional. My husband was ill and not able to attend and if I had purchased directly through the venue, we would’ve been able to reschedule. Because I used “Tiqets” they denied my request and I am now out $140. DO NOT TRUST!!!!
Amsterdam Pass Ripoff
Avoid this website product. The website showed 2 museums included in the package VanGogh & Rijksmuseum. When received package after purchase only included the Van Gogh museum. Only have help support with Chat box, they said it was ran “error” on website. They said they would not honor their advertised pass offer. Cannot call a support number, only provide email address. Lack of customer service support and unwillingness to support their advertised offering.
Overpriced middleman
Go to the source when buying tickets, not this overpriced third party. They take your $100 and give $50 to a tourism office, who is then supposed to buy the actual ticket for $25. But if the tourism office screws up, Tiqet does nothing to resolve the issue. Just figure out who runs the site and buy directly from the source yourself.

Don’t buy tickets from them! First of all, we couldn’t find their agent among the thousands of people in the square in front of the Pantheon because he wasn’t where their map showed him to be. When we did find him, he didn’t have tickets and told us to come back tomorrow. Unbelievable. I couldn’t figure out how to give zero stars.

Nos cobraron alguna entrada que era gratis como a la capilla de san Pietro , pagué cerca de 80e por el coliseo básico, foro romano, museos vaticanos y la decepcionante cárcel mamertina(literalmente dos estantes con trozos de botelas antiguas , un agujero el la piedra que era la única celda que había y dos restos humanos expuestos )en menos de 5 m habíamos visitado toda la cárcel , comprando las entradas básicas por separado me hubiera ahorrado unos euros y mucho tiempo de buscar entradas físicas a varias calles de los monumentos . Mi recomendación es explorar otras opciones que este decepcionante pase
Horrible booking experience push off responsibility
I booked Seville Supercombo tour 3 months ahead of time. One week before my travel, I was informed one of the tour is delayed and it conflicts with the other tour. I asked all the people I can reach to from the agent and Tiqet customer service. No one is willing to help reschedule. The only response I got from Tiqet is that I can not do anything due to policy. It ended up I have to cancel the ticket and rebook on other sites. And I do not have my preferred time slot anymore. The booking experience on tiqet is horrible. As a tour service company, tiqet do not have the right corporate culture and spirit to provide the best customer experience.

They are incredibly deceptive and predatory. I bought tickets to the Colosseum through this app, and when I arrived they said I need to go a mile away to another location to retrieve the tickets. Why is the location so far away from Colosseum? Everything is written in fine print but they expect tourists like me to not read everything carefully. Buy tickets from the official website only!

They cancelled me 1 day B4 the tour!
The day before the tour, I received an email stating they cancelled my Tiqets and the refund will be processed. What? Why? I booked 3 months ago a l’m upset that I may not get a tour tomorrow. There is no reason why it was XNCLD. 🤬

This company cloaks itself in a legitimate-looking app with a firehouse of information through emails, downloaded PDFs and WhatsApp communications. But none of it is real. Save your money.
Ferry Boston to Ptown
We booked a fast ferry ride from Boston to P-town for 9/19 at 5:30pm
Got to ticket booth and were told there wasn’t a ferry at that time. But one was leaving P-town at 5:30. They said Tiqets must have booked us on the wrong ferry. So we had to scramble and go to another ferry operator and buy another set of tickets for that ferry so we could actually get there. I confronted Tiqets on this and they said we could not get a refund because they insisted there was a ferry. I sent them the schedule for that date and they sent me one that showed it. It did not exist. I will not be booking anything with them in the future since I don’t trust that it will actually exist.

Hard to Know what are tickets and what are “vouchers”.
First, the tickets I bought through here were double the price you pay when you just went to the attraction and bought tickets on site day of. Second, my tickets were rejected as they were just “vouchers”. The tickets in the app, AND the tickets sent via email weren’t real tickets. That was a third email from a different company. So it’s massively over priced and deceptive and customer support is not helpful.
Cancelled our tickets at the last moment
We booked tickets for Reunion Tower in Dallas. When we reached there, the tickets were cancelled. On asking the receptionist, they said they are fully booked and they can’t help with third party tickets. Tickets were confirmed and then cancelled later by Tiqets. We did not check the email as we were driving to the place. Probably, the place was swamped by tourists so the Tower people cancelled random, third party tickets and ours got cancelled. If Tiqets cannot guarantee tickets, they should not offer one.
Rip off app
App promised fully refundable tickets, which is a joke. They hide exceptions in the fine print and then hide behind it in the chat. I bought tickets to the Denver Aquarium the afternoon before we went, knowing a member of our family might bail. Rather than be without a needed ticket, I bought the refundable ticket. Not only was the purchase $30 more expensive for refundable tickets, the app didn’t tell me the refundable option was only good for a few hours after I purchased. Lost the $30 and the price of the ticket. The chat was useless. No worthwhile customer support.
Ticket invalid
The Seville Cathedral would not let me in with the confirmation and I never received an actual ticket from this company. Response from chat was just a bunch of copy and paste from their website. At least I am only out $30. Lesson learned.
DO NOT USE!! You will wrongfully lose your money
I had plans to see two attractions and bought a ticket through this app to do so. I had only intended to see one of them, but the only way I can go was to get tickets for both. It cost me $15 more. When I went to my assigned time at the first attraction, the other attraction was already closed. It was labeled incorrectly on the app. I contacted them because I wanted a refund and they refused. I’m very disappointed with their service. I will not be using it again. Please do not use this app!

Platform does not vet their suppliers. They leave this up to end users. We got scammed in Rome trying to go to collect the tickets and there was no ticket office.
Also be aware, very aware, that “skip the line” services in Rome require you to go to ticket offices to print tickets.

don’t use
This app is absolutely garbage. They don’t have customer service by phone, only a chat. They have a bunch of ridiculous policies where you can’t even change your tickets, you can’t get a refund, nothing. After you buy, if something happens at the park or something unexpected comes up, unfortunately you’ll lose your money - basically just throwing it away. I lost $143 today, and the customer service person, useless as always, couldn’t solve the problem. So don’t download this app, don’t buy anything through it, and better yet, don’t even bother trying.

I bought 2 tickets March 6 , 2025 for the Capitoline Museum. At the entrance I was told to go to the window for ticket purchases, where I was told the price had been raised last month and I must pay 2 Euros more for each ticket. This is unacceptable. I will not use this app ever again.

I bought 3 tickets and when I got the aquarium it would not load up my tickets on my phone. It kept giving me an error. So I stood there like a fool and still had to buy 3 more tickets at full price. I lost 30mins trying to get it to work. Plus there is no phone number to customer service to help you. There are other people saying the same thing. I will NEVER EVER use Tiqets for anything! Used once and arrived for my tour at the meeting time as told, but my guide left me and another couple. I only lost $38.00, because they wouldn’t refund my money or give me a ticket to enter the venue without the guide, which the venue would have aloud. Avoid this company and disregard the fake reviews. Less expensive to buy directly from the venue anyway. Deleted and lesson learned.

We paid for 2 full priced auto package for my wife and I for different museums in Florence. None worked because you can not connect to the website and wi-fi. It should be zero star and we should get fully refunded. Terrible service. Don’t waste your time and money on this useless app.

My first experience with this sub-par ticket re-seller was a poor one and I will NOT be using them ever again. I purchased “fast track” tickets for Les Bassins des Lumières for my family of five during our trip to Bordeaux. I even paid a little extra for them to be cancellable/changeable, just in case we had any unforeseen circumstances. A total of 53€. The description for the event stated that the tickets did not include the Le Petite Prince exhibit. It did not explain that Les Bassins des Lumières was running as a split exhibit (that is, one exhibit in the morning and the other in the afternoon/evening). My assumption, then, was that there were different exhibition areas (as in a museum). When we showed up at 5pm on the day of our tickets, we were turned away because from 2pm each day they were only running the Petite Prince exhibit “during the school holiday”. And since we purchased tickets through a wholesaler (Tiqets) there was “nothing they could do”. To be able to see anything that day, we would have to buy new tickets to the tune of 40€ (which was not in our budget). So, after the hour-long journey of hauling the family of five to the outskirts of Bordeaux by bus and on foot, we left the exhibit empty and 53€ poorer. Tiqets customer service basically said this: 🤷🏻♂️ “the policy states this so there’s nothing we can do”.
Shot in the dark
I made a concert booking without knowing time, thinking that the voucher would specify. It did not. Next I spent at least an hour on the internet trying to find time. No luck. Then I spent too much more time trying to find out how to contact Tiquets to inquire. Finally I was able to connect through What’s App. After much back and forth, I learned that 10 pm was the concert time, too late for me. When I suggested the time should be disclosed on the website before booking, the response was “not necessary because only one time slot.” Silly response because the time is not available online anywhere I could find.

All we were interested in hearing was the Boys’ Choir. They sang exactly for 10 minutes. There was no warning about the difficulty in walking the grounds at Montserrat: hilly, uneven pavement.
Our directions called to meet at Estacion de Nord, Platform 17, 18. To Americans that meant “train station”. Our taxi took us to the big train station.
The tour was way overpriced and a huge disappointment. Lunch was on our own and very pricey as well.
