TK-App

Die Gültigkeit und das Kalenderjahr für die Erfassung startet im Monat der Zustimmung zu den Datenschutzbestimmungen der App, nicht mit der Mitgliedschaft oder des Kalenderjahres. Das ist nicht nachvollziehbar und bedeutet, dass alle die später zustimmen keine Bonipunkte bekommen, wenn die Maßnahme zwischen Starten t der Mitgliedschaft und Freigab der App Bedingungen liegt.

For the past year, app submission of sick notes has not worked, leading to enduring administrative hassles. When I try to submit I get an error “Your entry contains invalid characters”, no matter how many times I retype my information (on a standard keyboard).
I tried to fill in their tech support form, but their online tech support page just errored when I submitted it.

Wherever I submit an invoice the app fails to detect the necessary information.

I had to restart all challenges, and my progress was gone on switching my device. I would rather switch to other insurance companies like AOK, whose bonus programmes are fair, and don’t delete your progress.

It wants a login and password, but I never got one. I only have an activation code for the TK-App in the mail. This app is frozen in this state and consuming 400mb of precious phone memory.

The app itself is very solid, but every time there is an update, I have to log in again and enter the activation code that is sent by regular mail.
This is awful and means that I have to look thru my mail every time I open the app and want to use it.
