Very slow and difficult to use
I paid 146 for one month but it’s been 30 minutes I can’t even login and there’s no OTP . I find this app is quite hard to use and also support system.

I purchased a package expecting to watch live matches, but unfortunately nothing works. Every time I try to open a match, it keeps showing an endless loading screen and never starts.
On top of that, the app frequently displays HTML errors and becomes unusable. I paid for a service that I simply cannot use.
This has been a complete waste of money, time, and effort. The developers seriously need to fix these issues because paying customers deserve a working service.
I would not recommend this app to anyone until these problems are resolved.

I can’t watch any of the matches properly. If you’re unable to provide a stable viewing experience, then it would be better to remove the app altogether. This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Trying to watch a match only to face constant interruptions completely ruins the experience. This is the worst app I’ve ever paid. I can’t see a single match through this worldcup . If you’re unable to handle user load why do you have paid subscription?
