I downloaded this to prep for a trip and the app isn’t even use able. If you select one park you have to close out of the app and reopen to go look at the other park. Once you do select a park the map starts flipping around like crazy, you can’t control it, can’t stop it, can’t select anything. It makes me not even want to go to the park if this is how they run things.
Barely usable
Why QR codes are so small? They’re extremely hard to read. Why I have to scan my own ticket to buy premier access?? Map gets rotated on its own.

Slow, drains battery
The app is very slow to load content. Anytime you want realtime data or try reserve something, it has to reload. I feel like it drains my battery easily. Given most will use this at the park they should make it so that it uses the least amount of battery as possible.

Multiple steps must be taken to access everything. Unable to load credit card prior to having a ticket scanned in, and ticket must be for the day. Mobile orders/reservation times go insanely fast at the park due to the limited amount of foods available at the park. Terrible experience.
Garbage
Absolutely horrible app. Takes forever for anything to load and on the second day we couldn’t purchase ANYTHING on the app. It kept erring out. Which is extremely problematic in Tokyo DisneySea because you *have* to mobile order food- a lot of places won’t even let you walk in without a mobile order.
Buggy & Slow
Constantly throwing errors, endless load times and syncing whether it’s on initial load, into map, menus, DPAs, etc, etc. i don’t know who the developer is but this has vast room for improvement. I work in Product so would be happy to provide more specific feedback if requested.

Worst app for any Disney Park
It’s slow. Confusing to navigate. Having the home buttons and panel slide up on modern iPhones results in closing the app far too often. Booking attractions and dining reservations errors out far too often. For a resort with such excellence in show and innovation, this is simply embarrassing.

Makes everything more difficult with dining, even then had issues! What happened to jus sitting down ordering and eating

Outside of using it for fast passes and seeing the wait time for lines, this app is abysmal. It constantly does a 180 turn while trying to view the park you’re in and there’s no search function for rides/food stands. After we booked our fast passes we only used the app to access the passes for the rides.
They also don’t do military time correctly on the app, 00:53 is not 12:53pm… we understood what they’re trying to say but that’s just another example of how poor this app is

Accessibility is broken with VoiceOver screen reader
I hope someone at Oriental land company looks into adding voiceover support to the app. It is currently full of unlabeled buttons and a user interface that doesn’t make sense when using VoiceOver. I would highly encourage the oriental land company to go to Apple‘s website and look at the various voiceover accessibility guides they have published for software developers.

Log in Issues
I can’t even get through the log in screen. After I enter my code, it just stays on the login screen and can’t get in the app. This is useless
Terrible & crashing
The map auto turns when you’re trying to pin point an area to view. The app also constantly resets and you have to choose between Disney sea or Disneyland (takes forever to load after load) I’m surprised Tokyo Disney has such a trash app
Horrible
Paid so much money to come here on a vacation package and did a ton of research beforehand so I knew I had to reserve premier passes and whatnot, but the app consistently crashed and gave me error messages, or just simply would never load the page. Now all the passes are sold out. I’m surprised Disney put out such a horrible app.
Incredibly frustrating user experience…
The amount of hoops I have to jump through just trying to register in the app (which barely functions) is insane. I have had to verify my email over 6 times just for the app to freeze in the middle of the purchasing process. Do you not want money, Disney? I was under the impression you would do anything for money but I guess an app that actually works is where the line is drawn. Also, stop requiring your customers to make accounts and give you their personal information just for the privilege of giving you their money. I will never visit another Disney theme park if this is the barrier to entry.
No way to log in
I have a MyDisney account and it immediately recognizes me but then wants to send me a one time code. When I enter the code, it just goes back to wanting to send me a one time code again. I can never get logged in. This app is broken.
Useless App
Very poorly designed. If you want to submit a negative review, the app does not accept your nickname. Censorship.

There is no app support. Trying to start it, getting “URL SessionTask failed with error: The request timed out”. Tried reinstalling, restarting phone etc. Nothing works. Iphone 17 pro max, newest software.
Fosters a 200 minute wait culture due to their bad efficiency. A reflection on society
Not worth it. One of the worst theme parks in the world. Ultimate greed by Disney and the Japan subsidiary. They let in 10x people compared to even LA Disneyland. So you are lining up all day. All the rides quality are like the 10-20 minute wait time rides in LA but the lines in Tokyo are 200 minutes.. no joke. Food is cheaper and passable and that’s all you have time for since every decent ride is 200 minutes. App is just bad and that’s why it’s a 2 star.
Terrible app
This app really needs a redesign. It is so hard to navigate and just plain hard to use. I’ve been to Disneyland and Disney world in the states and used their app which was way more user friendly, so I’m not sure why they can’t just use the same design.

Worst app Disney has ever made
Call it a skill issue absolutely nothing worked on the app everything about it was confusing won’t allow you to add any card I tried 3 different ones from 3 different banks. It’s better to go in blind than to use this absolute monstrosity of an app. Even the workers themselves couldn’t figure it out.
It’s as bad as they say
Constantly rotating; slow; plus how do you switch between parks after picking one? Hire someone to redesign and rebuild from scratch
Priority Pass Booking Can Disappear
We booked a ride with the 40th anniversary priority pass. It was in our “My Plans” section of the app and later disappeared/removed as we were headed to the time we booked the ride for. We also had a screen shot of what was planned and employee wouldn’t honor it.
Cannot Register / Login to purchase tickets
The app is worthless; there is an error when I try to login and register before purchasing. I can login fine on the regular US app.
Terrible design
Create a separate tab entirely for the 2 parks. It’s is infuriating getting the border of one park and then the map rotates. Update your restaurant menu on when beer is or isn’t available at a location.

The wait time is inhuman, to have to wait 3 hours for a game and can’t even buy fast access is crazy
Terrible and annoying
For a fabulous resort that spares no expense for quality this app is so bad. So many screens to click through to do anything, non intuitive, constantly resets so I have to watch an annoying intro animation 50x a day, and slow. I wish they would invest in some product management to make it better because it unnecessarily subtracts from the experience of the parks.
Can you just switch to another maintainer?

Can’t log in
I’m stuck in a loop where it requires me to log in, but keeps sending me back to the text code verification screen after I put in the code it sends.
Annoying
Used the App because it is the ONLY option. Was difficult to navigate, having to click multiple times and not having an obvious way to get back to Home Screen. Screen would turn when I didn’t want it to. Having to have it on to navigate the park and attempt for fast pass ate up the battery and caused phone to get hot often. Not App related, not being able to pre purchase fast pass park ticket of even individual ride tickets is ridiculous. Spent most of our time staring at our phones navigating the system instead of being able to enjoy sights of the park.

Welcome to frustration
They have a skip button that punishes you for skipping. Why do I have to choose a park before I can go to my profile or buy tickets. And get with the times and fix your horrible payment processing system. I shouldn’t have to play credit card roulette to be able to find a card that works with your system. 🙁

Slow. Fails. Useless.
WiFi is only in the park at the entrance, but even that is so slow that load the ticket takes forever. Purchased add-ons fail to go through randomly with no notice. Staff on site has no way to fix or update any issues with tickets or fast passes. No WiFi in the park means the app goes from slow to standstill.
Completely unusable
The app continues to reject any form of payment crashes constantly through out the whole process then will not let you buy a ticket as it’s in your cart but it’s actually empty
