I upgraded y first outfit to level 3 before the game made me and now every time I open the game if makes me try to upgrade my outfit without the relics and I cannot get passed it, even when trying to redownload the game. Otherwise the game was pretty fun and unique. I cannot even access app support!

I'm stuck in the tutorial. The system is forcing me to upgrade my clothes, but I don't have enough resources to do so. I can't click anywhere outside the highlighted area, and every time I open the app, it forces me to upgrade-but I have no resources!

HARD
How am I supposed to beat the huge spider monster at the Andean Mountain Caves? It’s nearly impossible to not get hit by it and suffer a total loss of health. I really want to play this game because I LOVE Tomb Raider but this is making me so angry that I don’t even stand a chance at this game.

I see what happened. It looks like the devs had a deal with Netflix where you just play the game. No ads, no in game purchases. Just all in game currency. It was great. Then all of a sudden, you couldn’t load the game. Stops at 48%. I figured I’d go to the App Store and see what version I have. Turns out, it’s a whole new app unrelated to Netflix. So now it’s the same game but with in app purchases. The old app I have has the Netflix “N” logo in the corner. This new one doesn’t. So it seems like the devs saw a lot of players and interactions and said… we can put in game purchasing in and make a killing. All while saying, forget the current players and their progress. I had gold guns, insane progress, upgraded outfits, tons! Yea.. this sounds on par for the gaming industry. They must have old Ubisoft devs here or something. Greedy. Of course you hate your fans and players. Looking forward to seeing you all fail like many others in the gaming realm who forget that players make you who you are. Give you one guess where you can shove this app :) Cheers! Keep up the bad work! (uninstalled)

Unfortunately I was also stuck at 48% loading. I was enjoying the game but i guess my progress is gone if interstellar’s review is correct. :(
Great game, but steals your money.
The second time no that it just freezes onbthe first loading screen. And specifically at 48%. Last time i didnt really mind deleting it losing my data that had hours of game play and a few bucks thrown in.. but it happened again

I literally can’t even tell what I’m looking at or how to start the game because there is so much clutter on the screen. It’s like they’re trying to trick children into purchasing something. Gross.
Frame Rate Capped at 30fps on Newer iOS Device
Played this a good bit on my old iPhone 11 last year, it ran at a smooth 60fps with zero issues. For some reason the game now runs at a capped 30fps on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, with no options at all for game resolution or frame-rate adjustments.
Even with some aggressive monetization, the core game is still fun to play. Please fix the capped 30fps issue and this can get bumped up a star or two 😎

This game was really fun until chapter 3 started. From the very beginning of chapter 3 , and for every level its pretty much a boss fight. Absurd money making scheme. Deleted immediately.

Game will stop responding to inputs if you pause the game
Whatever you do, don’t pause your game. Any input will not register after resuming and Lara will die and you’ll lose all of your progress.
Super-Fun, Addictive Game. Lame Dev Team.
This game is super fun if you love to grind and build up characters and equipment.
But what ruins it is the seemingly-non-existent development team, the lack of new content, the same repeating events with no updates, and the amount of bugs that have been there for a very long time despite being repeatedly brought to the team on Discord, and the teams lack of communication-particularly, useful communication.
The team refuses to provide any useful update on what is happening with this app and the fan base is frustrated and starting to give up and talk about leaving.
Fun concept with a development team that, obviously, bit off way more than they could or were willing to chew. But hey-I guess they get ad revenue for a while longer. 🙄

I have been playing this game for a while and now it won’t load up
No landscape mode. Bummer.
No good for me right away because it does not play in landscape mode on my iPad.

This game is riddled with bugs, but there is no customer support and no game developers that have a clue what they are doing, and they have no idea how to fix anything. Not worth the time!

To whom it may concern, the game tomb raider that i was play got stock at 48% and can no longer open for the past 3 days
Event tickets won from dungeon not being awarded!

Game stuck permanently
Well, I was rather enjoying this game since it’s release date in February 2023, however nearly a year’s worth of progress will be gone since the game just randomly decided to stop loading and get stuck at 48%. No fix.
When you click on the support link in the Apple App Store you are taken to the developers webpage, which has absolutely no contact info. I tried to report a problem to apple directly and I can’t. It won’t let me select the game when I go to report an issue with apple. The only direct support is in the game and I can’t get to it because the game won’t open. How convenient for the developers.
I’ve also tried contacting the developers via their discord server, and there is no contact in there either, and no one in the server who is a so called moderator has a fix for iPhone users or contact info for developers. Only option is to delete and reinstall, which means I will lose all progress so I’m left with a dead game.
The developers need to take responsibility for their bugs! I can’t even contact them and I have heard that even if you can, you will need your tomb raider reloaded game ID. Do people actually have the time to write down a mobile game ID? Very poor on the part of the developers! So mad what a waste of months of gameplay.

Stopped loading
This game was fun, it just stopped loading after a bit

It all good until you get to the 5th Level. Close the app go about your day….. then try to play and it gets stuck in 48% loading. Also, cannot listen to music (have to close it on carplay) while the app is on. Nasty bugs with this game.
Loading Screen Freezes
After playing and paying for this game for over a year, now the loading screen freezes at 48% every time I open the app. Haven’t been able to log in in over a month. I guess the developers have gotten their money and abandoned the game. DELETE!

I was really enjoying this game. Been playing for several months now on a daily basis. Have actually spent real money in this game. Then this last update came and it worked for 2 days. Here you give 300 diamonds for “epic” but the uncommon and rare are included and actually you open 20 crates for 5800 diamonds(like I did) and you get 1 epic!!??!

Builds up in the levels poitnless(0.4 damage up for hp loss, 0.3 dodge chance….?)
Tombs levels…..you get to the end and the big epic crate gives you ALWAYS uncommon or rare.

Almost every game where you have a hero, after the lvl goes up, the hero gets higher stats for hp, power, damage etc.
Here you get nothing.

Horribly optimized. Lagging gameplay. You can’t take a breath without this game asking for money. They soft lock you at certain levels trying to make you pay to level up. Terrible blatant rip off of Archero app. Don’t waste your money on this game.
