The offline raiding system is one of the worst parts. You can make progress, log off, come back, and get violated while you were away. Instead of feeling rewarding, it creates stress and makes the game feel like a second job. It’s basically fabricating problems and then selling you the solution through packs, boosts, and nonstop monetization.
The progression eventually turns into:
* who spends the most,
* who buys the newest heroes,
* and who can afford to constantly keep up.
Free-to-play players can participate, but realistically you will hit a wall unless you’re willing to spend heavily or treat the game like a full-time commitment. Skill and planning start mattering less than wallet size.
There are constant popups, bundles, timed offers, and pressure tactics designed to keep people chasing power and rankings. After a while, it stops feeling fun and starts feeling manipulative.
I had heroes and put effort into the game, but eventually realized the system is built to keep players trapped in an endless grind/spend cycle. If you value your time, peace of mind, or money, be careful with this one.

I’m a former player of this game. I played it for over a year. Although it was fun and I’ve made some solid friendships from my time playing, the game can be really addicting. The community aspect of the game was a nice feature, but it also depends on the players on your server. In my experience, the top two guilds (big spenders) on the server were very controlling and had tendencies to bully smaller guilds. Even putting in a report of the bullying to game support would often go nowhere with minimal repercussions since their code of conduct was weak and minimal. You can play for free, but those free to play players will often not be able to keep up. Oh, and the false advertisements of this game don’t show how the game actually is. I’d suggest looking for a different game to play in my honest opinion.

All these ******* changes, every day they’re making ******* changes. Why didn’t they make sure all this **** was good to go before they released it. They should’ve just had everything on strife. The first day it was up they took it down because they had stuff to fix. When they brought it back **** was still messed up. Like y’all get your **** together. Whoever thought of this I hope they fired them. This is ******* ridiculous.
Worst forced update ever
They ruined the game with the last updates, forcing two servers at once making everything you have to do take too long. It’s supposed to be a game for enjoying not a chore. If it continues much longer I will have to quit altogether

Liked it enough until strife
I’ve been playing this game for over a year now at least. Am in a good guild and was having fun. I don’t have a lot of time to play but it was enough for everything I needed to do daily.
Then came the new strife season. It’s like playing 2 games. Takes over an hour for each daily event if you want to get full rewards or even partial. I gave up trying to get full rewards now. Way too long (core boss and carts). And now I am losing my legion boss because it’s in the original land. I don’t even enjoy the game and am probably going to quit playing.

Stop putting everything behind a paywall
Great game but everything is hidden behind a paywall, they make objectives and events pretty much impossible to accomplish without spending money to buy packs or gems
Bait and Switch - bad game
They used false advertisement to convince you it’s a fun game to download. Once you start the game, it’s nothing like what you saw in the ads. The gameplay looks like it is something coded overnight or made with AI. Just 30 seconds of gameplay and you know it’s going to be a bad game. I uninstalled the game before wasting anymore time with it. Already knew they are using similar game mechanics to other games to get you used to the rewards systems in a way where you will want to spend on micro transactions to get your daily dose of dopamine.

To be honest, I just started playing this game and have loved every minute of it. However, this gold bar business is a bit much, unless I have it wrong. $500 for 525 bars and it costs in game 750 bars for 1 weapon?👀 if I’m wrong, I’ll gladly change my stars.

The developers have made a new game mode “Land of Strife” and it only benefits the whales of the game-the biggest players. Most of the normal players in my server are selling their accounts, quitting, and protesting this new mode. The developers do not listen to suggestions, nor will they change their minds-why would they?

I have seen the game advertising plenty of times and I know every other game has done this at some point, but it should not be allowed and if I remember correctly it’s called false advertisement. I personally right this moment had the advertisement for the game and what is being shown as the game is completely false. The advertisement they are presenting is misleading/false. Again every mobile game does this now, but it’s a crime itself to falsely advertise. So idk how there’s have been nothing done to stop it and to prevent it from getting like this again. Also if I knew how to report it I would but I don’t have the knowledge to do so, if anyone does then please let me know. I know I won’t get far with anything but I do want to at least the minimum of making a report. Thank you🙏🫡

If you’re a masochist…
Your gonna love this game. It starts off as a fun, world-building experience, but then quickly devolves into a sewer of abuse by a couple of very strong players. The last couple of days, I’ve watched 2 level 100+ players go scorched earth - literally nuking everyone - from level 15’s to level 60’s because of a perceived slight over unwritten rules and secret agreements. In a nutshell, there does not seem to be many emotionally mature folks here, just an over-abundance of children with delusions of grandeur who relish throwing tantrums as if mommy made them their eat broccoli…

I gave this game a try but it nothing like the advertisement show here everything is ai generated to get you to try this game when you do it is a poorly designed game at most riddle sign micro transactions just to convince you to buy something every mobile game is designed that way it a shame game design lost it way.i guess indie games are now the new aaa companies that why I play pc and console better selection

They Nerfed research. Now it’s nearly impossible to conduct research to advance your skills. I bought an extra research slot so I could speed up my progress. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything in this game because you don’t know if the developers are going to render your purchases void in the future.

As promised, I have removed my prior review because I have finally stopped seeing all of the fake adds. My intent was to give a neutral review or raise the star limit from one to at least three however, after spending a little bit more time within the app, I realize that the one star rating is still appropriate. This game is hollow there is no adventure. You will not feel the need to delete any other game except for this one don’t buy into the hype. The game is not as it appears.

The New Update
I can’t find the survey again. However this new update is not it. Activity Chat and individual chat was swapped. Why? Then you gave us a quick access button for things we don’t need quick access too. Why? Because now it’s gonna be a red dot there forever because we can’t always use every items when we have to wait for events. And really adding runes to quick access…lame it’s in the profile. So much more could have been worked on especially for the amount of money players put in the game.

It was a good game until I purchased the “Hot sales pack 12”, and then found out the game charged me twice. Then when I requested a refund for one of the charges (not both)… the game disabled / blocked my login until I repaid the amount. That’s a shady way of doing business.

The game is only playable right at the very beginning; after 2-3 weeks, it becomes unplayable. Ultimately, if you want to keep playing, you have to sink money into it-and I mean *a lot* of money. To stay competitive, you end up needing to spend $500-1000 per month. For a mobile online game, that is simply excessive. If you choose not to spend, paying players will constantly attack you, preventing you from making any progress in the game. The entire game mechanic is built around this premise: strong players bully the weak, thereby forcing the latter to spend real money. It is virtually impossible to level up your characters and castle without making purchases. More than half of the items in the game cannot be earned through gameplay; they can only be bought with cash-and the minimum purchase amount is typically $5-20.

Account Sharing Scam
Do not spend a dime on this game. Several guilds on one of my servers are about to quit and report all our spending as fraudulent because we discovered a tyrannical whale is account sharing. We have reported the issue repeatedly to the developers and they have don’t nothing more than mute the player. Not allowing account sharing is such a fundamental, core principal of the game. How are you to stand a chance if the largest account on your server is always on and has 7 different personalities. What a disappointment because I met a lot of wonderful people and really enjoyed the game up until this point.
Devs Enable Harassment
The devs/customer service does not care about its players unless they’re spending massive amounts of money. 4 months of constant threats and harassment with reports by many people with no action at all. Likely because the perpetrators are top spenders. I’ve played for over a year and a half and to see this complete lack of care and support for the wellbeing of its players when they are clearly violating the community guidelines.
