I wish this app had a Desktop Version because it’s faster and better overall plus it’s better on a computer than on a phone. For example there’s been times where I forget to exit the app on my phone while the online people were still messaging me OR on video call and other people around me can see it happening and it’s embarrassing. Please come out with a desktop app version for PC & Mac.

Spam and fake accounts and “premium messages”
Accidentally opened a premium message which is stupid didn’t want too but it don’t matter it took promo coins and then all the spam messages I belive to all be fake people and it’s just annoying I thought it be cool to meet new friends and it’s just not a good app it’s dumb it’s like always trying to get coins not just let people connect fake people too many concerns

Potentially Fake App
I tried having video calls with different people, and all of the times, without a doubt, they would stare at the camera, not acknowledge my hellos or anything, and after 20 seconds or less they would hang up. The calls seem pre-recorded from their end, and it feels scammy. I even attempted to message after following, and would never get a response.

Rip off
They rip off you in every way possible. trying to take as much money as possible they sit in a call for 1 minutes it’s almost 3 dollars and most of them ignore you, they burn the time. Also they send pictures of themselves and charge 10 to 15 dollars for a selfie, when the people realize that you don’t wanna pay they ignore you and be like oh sorry wrong profile. There is nobody from the US hardly, and if I want to send a picture I can send it free take a selfie and send it don’t charge anything complete pocket emptier. You can’t have a good time. Unless you got money.

Never properly refunds
Whenever i have a call go slightly past the minute mark it the girl hangs up and it charges me for 2 minutes, then when I ask for a refund they say they can’t. Customer service is automated and doesn’t properly help its customers.

Why so fast???
So the app is pretty good you’re able to meet from a long distance it’s nice to talk to them. You have a translator that’s very good and yeah it’s pretty good by itself but then when it’s time to call a person that’s where it gets bad because every few five seconds I’m on a call. I get taken away 120 coins now say that I have 400 coins I can only FaceTime that person or call them for like a few six seconds before I have to get kicked off there’s no answer but coins cost a lot in your app and I can barely even talk to somebody for a minute so if you’re able to like put ads where you’re able to get 50 coins in their spam bowl that would be great and if you’re able to turn down the cost of coins, cause you already have a lot of people in your app so I bet you’re getting money off that please just give us more time to talk to a person like every. How about every two minutes you take away the coins not every five seconds I can barely even get a sentence out, man.

Too expensive
Decent but still trash.
They won’t refund you your coins or money if you answer or make a call if the call gets dropped right away they still take the coins. And I always have a problem putting pictures on my profile 🤨. I’ve put one profile photo and willlll absolutely not let me put any new photos or story’s. App is decent still meet new people but yes needs alot of work especially when it comes to refunding them coins back.
