By design, you get limited and restricted with calculations in the game simply based on which platform you play on. Same account, you think your progress and abilities should be the same for YOUR ACCOUNT, but it’s not and you’ll work harder at times to do things in the game. Making your purchases, bonuses, materials, etc., all less valuable if you play on the “wrong” platform.

Pathetic customer support
I was having trouble getting game to load. One suggestion was to delete app and reinstall. I did this but upon opening the game it didn’t recognize me. It’s supposed to send me a code to complete the login process but code never arrives. I email support for days with zero resolution to fix it. I spend months building up a city only to be locked out and lose my progress. Probably kicked out of clan by now for inactivity. All because game froze and customer support is worthless to assist.
Waste of time
Unless you join a clan or spend a lot of money to buy supplies etc expect to get attacked and lose all of your supplies you built up. Not worth it in my opinion.

Game is not friendly to new players. within a kingdom there are restrictions as to who can attack who. But ever since they opened up kingdoms to attack each other, everybody is a target. this is extremely discouraging to new players as resources you worked hard for are taken in seconds by players 100x your strength. Additionally the game is pay to win, although buying things is optional, you will never become the strongest or make it through the tournaments they put up without payment. Each tournament is designed to force you to pay $10-$20+ if you want to collect all of the rewards.
Get ready to spend money
I started playing this game in November 2025. The game is fun, very interactive, and the players are awesome to play with. To level up in the game quickly, you will be required to spend a substantial amount of money. I recently spent money on some game enhancements and was overcharged. I asked for a refund which Apple gave me promptly. But then the game blocked my account and would not respond to my inquiries. After spending a large amount of money on the game in over the six months of using it, I have lost everything and no longer can play the game. Be aware of your purchases because if you’re overcharged, they’ll drop you. Again, the game is fun. Support is garbage and they will double charge you and then block you when you asked for the refund.

Support is a complete joke if you ever run into a bug, it’s always the users’s fault unless you can prove otherwise i’ve been trying to get help for a month now it’s a joke all they want is your money they don’t care about you at all!!!!

What is going on? My game updated this morning and now stops loading at 81%. I have not been able to get on for over 12 hours.

Bad changes to fundamental game play
NO ONE WANTS EPICS THIS STRONG. A fundamental aspect to growing in this game was growing large enough to make epics die quickly. After two years of diligently growing, our clan was very close to realizing that potential until devs just randomly decided they were going to x10 their strength. This ruined the game. I can’t believe that the goal posts can just fundamentally shift so significantly without any care or thought of the repercussions to the player and all the time and effort we spent growing for absolutely nothing. Trash.

This is not the game in all the ads. This is a typical city building strategy game.
The city building a war strategy game would be a fine game but the developers don’t sort out the obscenely high power players from newbies so you have pay to play players crushing brand new players all day long. None of the controls on these massively overpowered players work.
I liked the game for a while but it’s no fun getting bullied all the time.

Once a player or clan gets over a certain strength they should be promoted to a higher league (like the different levels of English Football) so that they can’t just terrorize new and small players. If a high strength player wants to do a lot of PvP they should be fighting similar strength players and not literally someone 1/100,000th the strength.

Scam Game
If you don’t spend more money than anyone else in the world, then you lose. Chinese scammers to subvert humanity and turn your kid or loved one in to a zombie. Have fun!!!
Manipulative
You play for the first few days and you have access to many things so you think ‘cool game’. Then about the third day they ask you if you like the game and is it fun. So you say, yes enjoyable and go on to play and everything you could do is gone … EVERYTHING …unless you throw money at it.
Farm Game
The developers have destroyed the game transforming in a farm game. There is no more Battle and they have been able to unpleased all players removing silver from the Clans. Used to be a fun battle game now transformed in a tedious farm game
Game crashing
The game forced me to update it, and now the app won’t even open, it just crashes immediately (besides saying on the app store that the update is supported by my iphone).
Otherwise I really enjoyed the game, but because I’m not even able to PLAY IT y’all get one star.

Battle Groups
Battle Groups have been a terrible addition to the gameplay. While initially beneficial, after a month they make the kingdoms stagnant and force players to spend more money in order to make gameplay feasible. It’s unfortunate for every kingdom that gets stuck in a battle group instead of getting to experience the full game by being opened to all kingdoms. Incredibly disappointing.

Fun but pay to play
The concept and overall challenges of the game a creative and fun. What becomes very restrictive is the need to pay money for some of the most basic things in the game to make this playable for more than an hour. The cost of goods and other boosts, are excessively expensive, making it financially impossible to commit to.
Don’t do it
It’s not the game you start off playing. The developers are slow to respond or correct anything that may have glitched during play. No matter what anyone says you must pay to play if you want to grow and participate in real play. This game asks for wildly too much money. It’s the good people in the clans that get you to stay. My best advice is SKIP this one. And side note, the generic attention responses the developer gives to these reviews is giving ChatGPT.
Game changed - no longer PvP
They made a terrible decision that drastically changed the game from PvP to PvE by eliminating the means and motivation for player combats. They surveyed everyone because complaints were so wide spread, and refuse to revert to a PvP environment.
This is a very expensive mmo where you now can only effectively battle in game monsters. PvP has died, and so is the game. All the real players are leaving and remaining are bots and a no competition PvE element.

Fun, clickable game. Will come to standstill if you don’t pay money. Disappointed and deleting.
Misleading Advertising and Sales
I wanted to try out this game because of some ads that I had seen on Duolingo and on other games, but as other reviewers have mentioned, those are not really a common part of the game even the screenshots that you see here on the App Store aren’t even actual things you can do in the game and ultimately after they hook you in, the game becomes more about waiting and managing timers than anything actually fun.
Good game ads are a lie
Only the last like four pictures are actual pictures from gameplay. The rest are made up. It is not about building your math skills at all. Still not a terrible game but I wish they didn’t lie in the ads!

Fun game. Needs better support asap.
This is really such a fun game, there’s lots to do and learn and is even more fun when you find a good and active clan. Support and moderation needs to get better asap. In our kingdom we have people being harassed constantly with threats to cause harm outside of this game, sexual harassment, racism, and more. Many players have reported these things and nothing has happened. For a game that does not even allow you to type certain words, it is unacceptable that some of the disgusting remarks that are made are not dealt with properly and quickly. TB do better.

Not much to see here. Same as most other battle games. You’ll delete after a few hours.

Development seems to drive the emotional core of this game, to make money. It’s almost impossible to advance without investing real life money. It’s addictive and unethical. Dev obviously has an unfair advantage in Pay to Win strategy
