Once great app. Not paying yearly to block ads
I have been using this app for the better part of 6 years. It been an essential app on my iPhone for as long as I can remember. It worked for just about every thing I could ever need it for.
However I will not be paying yearly to remove ads that I’ve already paid to remove once. Adding a subscription to an app like this is criminal!
This app has been one of the few things keeping me on iOS and not buying an android but with this forced ad and forced subscription trend rising…. I might have to switch.

Possible Scam
I purchased the full version of this app in September 2025. Four months later, it’s asking me to purchase again. I’ve attempted to redownload the app and restore my purchase and it says there’s nothing to restore. I have emailed there customer support for weeks now and no one has responded. I hope Apple looks into this because something is fishy with their tactics.

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to report a serious problem with the Total music player on my iPhone. The app crashes every single time I try to play any audio file, and it happens with every track. Because of this constant crashing, it is practically impossible to use the app to listen to music.
I have already tried restarting the phone, reinstalling the app, and checking for updates, but the issue continues.
Please let me know if there is a fix available or if an update is planned to resolve this problem.

Why does this App still exist in the Apple App Store?
Apparently, there is no Developer of the “Total files” Application. When an App no longer has a Developer; and apparently has become out-dated and irrelevant, and *Abandoned*; COULD WE REMOVE IT FROM THE APPLE APP STORE??

Started getting interruptions after latest update
I have the pro version, which markets itself as not having interruptions, yet I just started getting interruptions asking me to upgrade to pro starting earlier today. Fix this immediately, it’s genuinely ruining the experience.
Update: still happening. I’m so sick and tired of hearing “to resume listening, please open total” just to get an ad for the pro version THAT I ALREADY OWN! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?

Edit 2: Same problem as before. Music being cut short in the middle of the night just to have a big ol “upgrade to the pro version” ad pop up when I unlock my phone. I reiterate: a feature that was free is now being slowly limited to push us, the consumers, to pay for the upgrade. Ruining my sleep schedule yet again… Your “Watch a video or ad to have no interruptions for 48 hours” system is also not working at all by the way. No ad or video pops up and all I can do is accept or save the settings.
Edit: Seems they fixed the constant interruptions with a recent update. Well done. I’m going to leave my previous review up simply as a reminder to any dev of what not to do. Still can’t click on songs/folders sometimes tho.

Givin me a pop up every 30 mins to upgrade to the pro version while I’m listening to music, with my wifi and data turned off, is a big no no. It’s gotten to the point where it’s ruining my sleep schedule. My body is used to having music play all throughout the night but since it’s only every 30 mins now, it reacts whenever my music stops playing, causing me to constantly wake up. This all started recently due to your greedy changes. Why do some of you devs feel the need to tarnish your reputation? I’ve also been having a random bug where I just can’t click on my folders/songs after awhile. Only fix for this is restarting the app.

Pleaser return password on login. The browser has the option incognito, meaning it will delete all cookies and memory upon closing, yet this is not the case. Recently some websites stated that I need to update the browser, but no option to do so.

I purchase this app years ago so I didn’t have to deal with the ads when i had the free version so that I didn’t have to go through ads now everything that I do I have to deal with ads. Why!?!?!
Airplay Not working anymore
App was working fine until i notice I can’t airplay video from the app to my apple tv without having the open. One is lock everything disappear on my tv screen.

The app is phenomenal. However, now you’ll get a random pop up and have to click on the app to continue listening to music. Just for a ton of ads to keep playing. You’re making the user experience worse and worse. Also, features that WERE FREE are now only available on the paid version. Smh

Tabs dont move freely get stuck. Please fix browser. Easier tab management and viewing. Plus browser needs some tweeks. Ex: # of tabs open, easier switching between tabs like a top row of open tabs. Tweek video player, ex: dragging screen to fast forward and back and double tap to zoom in and out. Ad blocker would be a plus. Export bookmarks addon would be good.
