Not “free to download and use”
I don’t understand why ITunes allows this app to say “free to download and use” when you can’t do anything without first paying. No trial period, no basic function at all unless you pay. Which, I’m reluctant to do without trying it first. Deleting.
Horrible
Repeatedly Says “you can only change your name once” if you try to add anything to your profile, including a picture or any information. Your programmers absolutely messed up. What a disaster.

This is terrible. I paid and got blocked immediately. No explanation. Nothing. Such garbage.
Account immediately blocked?
I signed up for Tourbar and within 5 minutes my account was blocked and I can’t log in. I only answered the initial setup (gender, birthday, location) and when I got past that screen, I went to notifications and my account logged out and became blocked. There’s no way to submit a customer service request unless you’re signed up which I can’t do because I can’t log in. Im not sure what the issue is but the fact that customer service is only accessible to people with accounts makes no sense to me.

Literally downloaded the app just to see what it was about and if it was worth my time and it most definitely wasn’t. I uploaded one photo of myself and filled out my bio a little and literally five minutes later tried to upload another photo and it send me to the login/sign up screen and when I tried to sign back in it said my account had been blocked and I have no idea why. Worst app experience ever honestly among the other I’ve downloaded. Really wish I could log back in at least and delete my account so it isn’t still in their system but whatever, really hope this isn’t just a scheme to get peoples personal info. And whoever reads this, DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I am trying to figure out how they have a 4.5 star when the reviews are so bad. Made a profile lastnight and locked out for no reason today. No support, no explanation. Weird

Terrible app that smells like a scam
I downloaded this app, updated my information, and included my photos of myself… and in less than 24 hours, without messaging a soul, or even talking to anyone, I tried to log back in to find that my account had been blocked/deleted. Initially the app was confusing and was basically just trying to get me to buy things, but now I’m wondering if this app was just a phishing scam to get personal photos and info from people. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
Poor execution - Great idea
For whatever reason the account gets blocked. I have made 3 accounts with id verification.. but account seems to get blocked on its own. Tried contacting customer support - they don’t reply to emails at all. Really disappointed
A joke
This app is a joke. For every real person that actually responds or gets ahold of you, there’s 20 other that are not real and banned by Tourbar.. This app is supposed to have a process to join to show a picture of your identity, but I feel like this is a joke too because how would this many people get past that.
Doesn’t seem worth it
I was planning an international trip and looking for someone to meet who I could do things with in the city. Most of the woman in the app seem to be from Russia and looking for someone to pay for them. One woman expressed she was so happy to talk to me when all I did was say hi. Seems a little weird. What I am finding on the app does not seem to justify $30 a month
This is the worst app I have ever used.
Signed up. Tried to upload photos and set up my profile. I couldn’t upload my photos as other users have reported too, I contacted support via app. Tried to sign back in 45 minutes later. It says my account is blocked. No email or reason provided. This was a waste of time. This is also the first review I’ve ever written. Had to get my frustration out somewhere…
Will not remove my profile
I have been trying to remove a fake profile someone made of me with my as it is the first thing that comes up on Google searches and is causing me to lose job opportunities. Please help.
Terrible app
It wouldn’t allow me to upload several of my photos which were professionally taken and It kept putting my location as somewhere else. Looks like a cheap bumble rip off.
Awful application
Installed app today, met two individuals and tried talking to them but it wanted me to subscribe so I could continue talking to them, instead I gave them my instagram and my account got deleted / blocked, I didn’t receive any warnings prior this.
Not recommended, don’t waste your time on this application, it’s a waste of money and time.

Account blocked after paying subscription
Pretty weak.i paid the $30 for subscription, next morning I went to sign in and it says "account blocked". Looked around for a way to contact them and nothing is listed.
This app is horrible!
This app is horrible! I went through the setup process, set up my profile and went to run an errand. Tried to sign in when I returned and received a message saying I was blocked, with no explanation. Tried to contact customer service, but you can only do so after logging in, which I’m not able to do. Looked online for other options for customer support and there are none.
Garbage
App is extremely glitchy. One minute you’re logged in and next you’re logged out and have been locked out of your account for no reason. Can’t reply to messages even when others message you first unless you pay. Seems it was developed by a C-rated developer who still needs practice creating software.

Former user. Didn’t use the app long. Lots of frauds/scammers on the app/website - far more than real genuine people. Plus the app costs a monthly fee AND was difficult to cancel. There are several free apps out there that provide the same services, some with even better services and more options.

A dating site with a bunch of women looking for someone to buy them an airline ticket, plus very high subscription fees, no phone support, and making it as difficult as possible to try and cancel the subscription. Stay away and avoid the headaches it will give you.

Was on a 7 day trial starting September 15 2018, cancelled my subscription on September 16 2018, after 12 hours and deleted the app was still billed for the first month. I hope I will not be billed again

I am trying to activate this app by text message because the app won’t allow you to text any one unless you activate your phone number or pay money as premium number. But the text message never reach my phone. The other thing is you can’t text anyone unless they like your photos??! Or you pay money as premium number! ... I don’t recommend this App for anyone ..

Bad Tinder idea
Basically, this app just like tinder just in old-scool format,- you don't get swipes, but, they charge you 30$ for 30 days.
Bottom line: this app is another version of Tinder where they want you to pay a lots of money, and take hungry, Russian woman to vacation.

It says you can message others if you ‘like’ each other’s photos but it doesn’t actually allow that. You must pay to chat with anyone. Plus it declined my photos just because my dog was in one with me and my nephew was in another with me.

I downloaded the app, tried to signup for a new account using my email. It keeps telling me that a verification code was sent to my email address, except that nothing is received; neither in my inbox nor in my junk box!
