Congratulations devs. You have successfully ruined a great game. I’ve played this game for almost 10 years. Slowly you have taken any fun thing away from the players and now with the latest update you can’t get a reward for the new task unless you spend money. The value of things have gone down the toilet and everything is so expensive now. What was a great fun game for so long has turned into a Bernie madoff scam. It’s almost like the game was acquired by another company cause almost over night you took a dump in all of our hands. I applaud the intentional destruction of a once beloved game 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Greedy Saboteurs
I would really enjoy this game if it weren’t for the money hungry developers making it impossible to progress without spending an unreasonable amount of real life cash. It’s a freaking mobile game! They don’t even try to hide it with the animation of the pig rubbing his little trotters together and smirking when you make an in app purchase. So distasteful! Don’t even get me started on the sabotage. It seems the closer you are to beating a match level the more your pieces mysteriously move the opposite direction of where you actually swiped them. And the combo dynamite/helicopters and such go to places where there aren’t any important things needing to be taken out. Overall I find this game to be disappointing and disheartening….
Not like ads. They don’t have games like the ad. It is a lie like the cake.
This game is all about getting you to pay for ad one. Not worth playing. Avoid.
Frustrating
If you accidentally tap the button to spend money, there’s no confirmation so you waste your money on stupid things. They only support is AI and it will not reimburse you for any mistakes you made.

This game has no ads, but it is nothing like ad. Trust me. I’ve had this ad for more than one year and I don’t even play it because of how bad it is I do not recommend this game. I I do not like this game this game it it’s horrible. Just do not buy this game. It is not worth it.
Money Grab!
They have changed the game so much from when it first started that you have to pay into it to be able to win anything. You have to pay at least monthly to make any progress. Do not download. This is a scam.
Nothing like the ad
Too much going on. Trying to be monopoly go. Too many extras. Too many pop ups for gifts and bonuses. Not enough actual strategy to building. What’s with the slot machine? More monopoly go rip off. Just let me build a wood mill or a farm and collect the money like your ads on other games.

Failed the loyal players.
For the last few years they have shifted this entire game focus to the life sucking regatta and side games. No more “puzzle” items like the town cake. Never any land expansions. They need to add about 25 at this point as there is nowhere to put anything. Why work toward getting more houses, community buildings and decorations if you have no where to put them? If you wanted to spend real money for a special perk or maybe some gold. Forget it, got rid of that. The gold ticket thing was really cool the first time they rolled it out. I guess too many people played it and loved it because they tightened that up like a vice immediately after. I’m in year 6 of playing. I just want to grow and decorate my town. I hadn’t bothered opening the game for months hoping I’d come back to some new land, another ship maybe, nope. So, it’s a great game until you hit level 100. After that it’s just a drag. Maybe choose a game that doesn’t abandon the loyal players.

This app includes witchcraft and subtly in the treasure hunt section of this game It is not safe to play for anyone until they remove it completely from any of their agenda.. I do not endorse this app for anyone!

Needs update BAD
I’ve spent the last 4 hours organizing and rearranging my town, only to have my progress erased 3 times simply because i received a notification. The first two times, my screen timed out so i unlocked it and all progress was GONE. The final straw was when I received a low battery notification, dismissed it, and all progress was erased. I’ve been playing this game for years and this makes me want to delete it and not even play anymore .
False advertising
This game is nothing like the advertised version on other games during the ad. You have to build a city and you can’t bypass anything nothing really happens until level 15! I deleted this app.
Ad better than game
I like the ad better thsn the game.
Restricted Play
Don’t get too excited to play. At level 25, you might get to play one of the best parts of the game, the Zoo. Or, the developers just don’t give it to you at all and will tell you it is only for random players. Some say it is the best part of the game. I wouldn’t know since I am locked out of it with no options to get it just because. Random team members don’t get to help with certain things going on in the game because again, the developers say it isn’t for everyone and it is random who is left out. Why should anyone be left out of anything if we have done everything to qualify. I am waiting for a real developer to respond to my questions but only get they will be with you shortly and so far shortly is 24 hours and counting. And if you aren’t on when they do ever respond, they close the chat within 15 minutes. Don’t bother downloading this game. You don’t know what you will actually get to play.
Ai ad
Ai ads are just so lazy I know there’s no reason to download it just cause of that
Horrible game development.
The game constantly loses the levels of your builds, takes away land you’ve cleared and takes away the in game money you earn. I currently cannot play because the game disappeared several levels of barn storage capacity I had built it to and now I have so many more items in my barn (31) than its stated capacity that I can’t collect the items I’ve manufactured so I can fill orders which is how you advance in the game.
Scam
Love township and no ads! However, it’s happened twice where I purchased a VIP access for Jewel Journey and it doesn’t allow you to redeem the rewards and just closes down despite having the most updated version of the app.
Frustrating
There use to be a confirmation before purchase but they’ve removed it knowing there would be accidental purchases. Over the last few months the purchase of things have skyrocketed and it takes even longer to advance and for products to be made.
Lost me
Since the last couple updates I can no longer get the pass completed . The value of the cash has been extremely reduced and I’ve lost the enjoyment of the game. Very disappointing, I loved this game and now not so much. Stopped spending any of my cash and barely hit it up anymore

I don’t understand why these companies hook you with the intro ad game and then bait and switch you into a game that is nothing like the game you played Initially. The intro game of gathering items to sell and collecting the money to continue to build on was fun and what I originally wanted to play. The actual game is nothing like that.

When this game pops up in ads, it has crops you grow or animals you harvest to sell your products. This is absolutely false advertising. The only honest thing about their ads is that there aren’t ads in game play. It’s a matching game. And if you aren’t willing to spend money on it, it’s near impossible to build the town. It’s fine if you like matching games, like candy crush, but don’t believe the ads. They’re lying to you.

This game is a total scam. I got it because i thought i was going to get the same thing as the adds. But i didn't i got something totally different. Corporate Greed
I’ve been playing this game for years. Over time I have seen how this game has deteriorated into a space where you have to pay to play. At one point you could achieve a lot in this game without having to buy into it. Now, the only way to achieve the goals that are set is to purchase something. They have cut off most options for success. I used to be obsessed with this game, now I’ll occasionally play if there is nothing better to do.
Love the game
Love the game but hate that I have to buy stuff to play. Every month it seems to be more and more hoops to get thru and money to play. So sad, I’ve played this for years and now your taking all the fun out. Greed will get you no where.
Not like the add at all
I watched the add and it was not even like that I did the thing you did in the add once it was even shorter than the add and the game is really hard. THIS GAME IS TERRIBLE!!!
Barn storage reset 🤔
I have been playing this game and was loving it until this morning. I have spent money on this game and my storage was 370. This morning it was 285 but i had to buy ANOTHER futuristic pass to get it back to 370! That’s highway robbery! If i have already spent money to get it to 370, why in tf am i paying again to get i back to 370 because you reset it to 285!? I’m deleting this game.
Money grab, not concerned about player’s experience
Over the last year they have taken all the rewards we love and replace them with activities that cost money. They took out all the fun and don’t even address cheating from the hackers
All they want is your money
A new pay wall gets added literally every week. Weekly challenges are impossible to complete without paying money. Takes all the fun out of a “game”.
Event Pass Rip-off
I just came back to this game, bought the event pass and started playing. Now, I see that hours later the pass is invalid and you want more money for the new event pass. You need a cut-off time for event passes or continue it to the next event within a certain time limit. Completely disappointed.
Barn space loss
I tried to contact support but I guess that’s not available, after the new pass dropped I went from 1053-858 in barn space which is ridiculous.
Barn Capacity Down Graded.
Not happy, how in the world did my barn capacity suddenly went downgraded after already been upgraded? Are you guys that money greedy? I spent a lot of money in this game. Now it is time to leave.

Recent changes make the game less fun
It feels like every week there’s a new change to the game and it’s never in favor of the player. It just keeps getting worse! I’ve been playing for years, probably at least 4 years or so, and it just never ends of making the game less fun. They want to force you to pay to hopefully have fun. Terrible

As several other players pointed out, the “confirmation when spending t-cash” option setting was removed which has since resulted me in UNWILLINGLY spending t-cash when I had zero intention of doing so. (Ex: adding additional crates in a factory when I literally have no need to 😒) it’s too damn easy to accidentally press something for t-cash purchase and playrix has done this on purpose to take our hard earned t-cash which is bought with REAL money. I contacted support about this and the bot response was:
“In the new update, the T-cash spending confirmation setting was removed. We understand, this change may be disappointing, especially if you found this feature useful. Even though this option is no longer available, the team continues to improve the game and introduce new features to make the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. We hope you enjoy the improvements and new features added in this update.”
Everyone who plays this game will tell you this is NOT an improvement nor does it make my game more enjoyable. It’s malicious gameplay targeting and frankly just plain bull shxt. Of course I still haven’t received an actually customer agent reply since I contacted support over a week ago. I’m sure they are ignoring all our complaints. I will not be making any purchases until the t-cash confirmation feature is returned and will be looking into grounds for a lawsuit.
Not only was the spending confirmation removed, but the t-cash structure changed as well and whatever this new conversion is does NOT equal how much we paid for / earned before the change. Every update literally gets worse and worse. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS.
Ps. Yea you should also listen to all the others complaining that the ads for township are nothing like the actual gameplay, because it’s not! That’s how they got me too. The ads you see are only the “mini games” you play in township, not the actual township game. IT IS DECEPTION THROUGH AND THROUGH.

Your mental health will thank you.

WAY Overpriced
Played for about a week before deleting. Using game cash to pay for “complete now” is like 10x more expensive than what it should be. Game puzzles become impossible without power ups and by level 79, it’s impossible to pass without spending real money for power ups. WAY overpriced. Lost me. Gamed deleted without spending a dime of real money.
