I can no longer sign in, and it acts as if my account isn’t registered even though it is. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, but nothing has fixed the problem. Face ID no longer works, and to make matters worse, the app won’t send verification emails or text messages, so there’s no way to verify my account or regain access. I rely on this app to monitor my vehicle remotely, and it’s disappointing that such basic functionality is broken. Please fix these login and verification issues as soon as possible.

I got a 2026 Toyota and love the car, but this app sucks. It’s always prompting me to login and change my password despite having logged in the day before. It’s always prompting me to approve the connection to my phone. It just feels like old tech being forced on me for my car. After a year, I believe I would need to pay over $100 a year to have the app be able to unlock my car. This tech is ridiculous and overpriced.
Worked Great, not it won’t open
The app worked really well and now it won’t open. I’m not sure if the last update messed it up or what.
Not good
This app works when it wants to, only connecting after a few minutes of standing next to your car. And then when you get in your car, it’ll take a few minutes of attempting to start your car for it to actually recognize that your phone is in the car and then when you actually do get to start the car, it races all of your CarPlay information so you have to go and reset that up. While this app could be very useful, it lacks the true connectivity that is required to make this possible.

Cannot get past log in
This app worked for maybe a month before it permanently logged me out. Each time i successfully log in, I get taken back to the sign in page. It is a never ending loop no matter if I uninstall the app or what.

Please fix this ASAP. I love this app. It’s so convenient to check the status of my doors, windows, trunk, etc. but the app won’t work anymore. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It won’t let you register, although I am already registered . It won’t let you sign in and Face ID won’t work

This thing sucks. The remote barely unlocked the door. When I took my kid with disabilities out to go sit in the car with me, the remote wouldn’t work. So I sat there with a kid who can’t walk in 100 degree Texas weather jacking around with an app that would do anything. Good thing I didn’t leave us out there too long or we’d have died of heat.

Not a lot of options, no location setting for home, so I get notifications when the car is in the garage. Cumbersome app. Free trial ended and $15/month is too much for what you get. My Tesla is only $10/month and app is WAY better.

Not worth the cost
The connection with the car is too inconsistent and paying $15 a month is ridiculous. It’s frustrating to be using CarPlay for maps and the system disconnects and I cannot reconnect without stopping and restarting.

Found the new up date saw the new feature ,but can’t download the app. my IOS is too old so can not use the old app now to check the car I really do not want to buy a new device just for the car
So many issues
Firstly, why on earth does the app keep crashing, signing me out, and refusing to allow signing back in? This happens, of course, when the situation is closer to critical than routine. Also, many features are lacking. If the app can track the status of the windows, why can it not also control the windows? Please fix the login issue ASAP!
Not great
Three days into owning my Toyota and the app has just been full of issues. Yesterday it was showing that my remote access wasn’t available anymore. Had to call Toyota and they had me cancel my subscriptions and reactivate. Today the app shows it’s having issues logging me in, even after signing out and trying to sign back in. Aside from that, the app is slow to load things.
A lot to be desired.
This app feels like it's in beta. If you attempt to start the vehicle, doors unlocked, it just fails rather than locking doors and starting up. When you first download it, you have a pop up to set the temperature, but once it's set, you can't adjust. Very inconvenient when you have seasonal changes. And it doesn't really offer enough to justify $15/mo.
Can’t pay
I’m experiencing some kind of bug in the app where I can’t pay my car loan. Luckily, I set up auto payments, but I wanted to make extra payments when I could. I can’t do this anymore, however, because I’ll get a “try again later” message every time I click “select payment type”, and the “choose account” tab won’t load. Please help

Your App BLOWS! 4th Toyota vehicle, I don’t think I had an app with the first one but the second one and it blew then and the third one also bite the big one, and this new car bites the big one too blows double big the app the manual and stuff won’t even load the little icons that you want to see what they mean doesn’t load it just spins around endlessly! This app Blows!!! Always has!! The only thing is telling me now is I didn’t have in the first two versions is how much air is in the tires. I can see that. Tire separately that’s kind of cool. Nothing else works. Everything else blows.

When I use this standing beside the car, it says something went wrong. I got five bars on my phone and 5G. It sure would be nice if it worked when you wanted it to.

What happened? I was able to select the app and it would open reliably. Now, I have to swipe up to close the frozen screen and open a 2nd time.

Won’t stay logged in
This app is insanely frustrating. Annoyingly, it will not let you simply remain logged in or connect automatically when you get into the car. It asked you every single time if you want to connect the app and then it makes you re-login every single single time. That is, of course, ridiculous ridiculous when you’re driving. And unless you pay an extra fee, it’s a minimally useful app. I am not at all happy with it.
