This app is setup so horribly. I booked an extremely expensive ticket and the app told me to get off at the wrong stop and I missed my connection and was stranded in a city I had no accommodation for. When I went to customer service they blamed me and refused a refund. Don’t waste your time and money!

My ticket was advertised as a direct train ride, turns out there was 2 changes. Great, made things incredibly confusing
No refund
I had very bad experience on my refund tickets TrainPal will keep you waiting for multiple days at end they will say your tickets can’t be refund. I don’t recommend this app
Poor app
Every time when I quit the app, it would maximise my phone’s screen brightness which is quite irritating. I reported this issue previously and your app developer asked me to get in touch with the customer service. Seriously?

Great until they got sanctimonious
Use the app to buy most tickets. However recent transactions have been frustrating.
Just after paying, a pop up screen directs you to share how much co2 you are theoretically offsetting on social media. There is no way to access your tickets or review the purchase at that point without killing the app and relaunching.
Not everyone wants to be a sanctimonious twit on social media. Give it a break.
Going to other ticket sites in the future.
