Misleading
This game once downloaded is nothing at all like the sample game! If a game exactly like the sample game was out I would download and play it!
Don’t do ads
Did ads for upgrades 3-4 times and it didn’t work not once
Edit: I didn’t complain about too much ads. I complained that I watched the ads for an upgraded 3 different times and didn’t get what was on the ad. Example, 2x speed on trucks or pickups.

Horrible paywall that stops all progress after unlocking composter. Terribly greedy developer. Don’t waste your time.
Stopping progress at every turn
Pop ups everywhere trying to trick you to clicking an add. Very invasive. People standing in the road blocking garbage trucks. Only way to stop them is to manually select orders. Not very “idle” for an idle game.

Fertilizer ruins the game
Game is interesting until you unlock the composter, after that it purposefully stops your trucks and therefore progression. Wish the devs wouldn’t make the game grind to a halt to force you to pay for the unlimited upgrades.

Poor performance
Truck getting stock
Composter is at full while fertilizer hub is empty. Truck wont pick up the bag from composer. The farmer wont pick up some of the bag from fertilzer hub. Now all the cleaners are stack in line across the the street. And so the truck that pick up the trash wont move because of the queue on the cleaners on the street

Greedy Developers
This game is a very simplistic "no brainer" idle game. It would be "okay" if the developer(s) didn't get greedy. There are far too many things that force you to watch ads (if you want to get anywhere), and on top of that... if you want to pay to remove ads (which I sometimes do in games) it is a $15 WEEKLY subscription. It's not one-time price to perma-remove ads... it's WEEKLY. That's a huge **NOPE BURGER** for me. Instantly deleted.
Terrible after farm
Farm requires fertilizer, fertilizer is made quick and easy. But shipping the fertilizer to the farm requires small batches and a long wait timer unless you buy there unlimited room pack or watch videos for big shipments . If you think you can ignore it they fixed that too, instead of making a line around the building they make a line across the street stopping all your trucks. DONT DOWNLOAD
Scam company
Tons of ads and in app purchases. I purchased a few unlimited resources just for them to remove that functionality a week later and require a weekly subscription instead. Company doesn’t reply to emails for support. Do yourself a favor and play something else.
Not happy with new update
I had bought the unlimited power supply along with a few other packages including unlimited composter and with new update it changed it back where I would have to repurchase them. Not happy that after spending the money once it now demands to have me pay again. I did not delete game or get new phone, and I’m not going to spend any more money on this game. It had said one time purchase and now back to the beginning? Thinking of deleting app since I spent a lot on it when I had the money to spare to just have some fun, and now they want weekly fees for a vip membership? No thank you
Idiots stand in the road and block the trucks
I was enjoying this game until the fertilizer plant has the people with wheel barrels who block the trucks. They should go around the corner, not stop in the middle of the road but I bet this problem is part of your plan to get people to spend $. It’s a nonstop problem that can only temporarily be fixed, then it’s back, you don’t allow big enough orders to clear it for very long. It’s sad because I was enjoying the game and concept. Maybe you get a few to pay but most will leave and delete like me.
Waste of time and money
After spending money and time to build my town and equipment up I finish level and moves me to the next level. Game takes every building and all equipment back to 0! Should be illegal to take money for upgrades and then take them away. Needless to say deleted game after losing time and money!

This game is fun but way too many ads throughout the game which makes you want to stop playing.

Just to play for free and with data/ internet the ADS ARE MORE THAN 30mins to 5mins just to PLAY FOR FREE!!!! DONT BE FOOL TO WATCHED MORE THAN 3mins ADS !!! No good makes you phone heated more from the high quality settings.

What benefit does this game have for my country and the people of my country that it is not available in my country? I don't understand why the companies and studios that make it have become political. If you don't want certain people to have access to these games, it's better to restrict that person, not all citizens of that country.
Can’t upgrade port of liberty, because I don’t have port of libery
I can’t move forward because I can’t upgrade this port of liberty and I don’t have a port of liberty. I have a gate and that’s it so I don’t understand how you’re supposed to play a game that doesn’t have the things that it’s telling you you need to upgrade.????
Still stuck on the splash screen
Game crashes on the plashed screen saying that it’s loading the trucks and it never goes anywhere. I’ve let it sit there for 30 minutes and it still just sits there and stares at me doing nothing.

I keep getting missions to level up buildings in new town that I don’t have unlocked yet, that I can’t build, because the cement factory and iron&steel factory are locked. There is absolutely no way to process but watching a ton of ads for gems or straight up buying them. Very disappointed I’ve been wanting for the new levels then it ends up bein unbeatable without spending $$.

I was enjoying the game, than I moved on to the next chapter and all the hard work I did upgrading everything was reset to 0 and you not only have to reestablish levels but you have more area to clean up.
Boring would be an improvement
Super sonic games are anything but! This is the THIRD game I’ve uninstalled by this developer. Boring beyond compare for an idle game. And no matter how much you upgrade, it’s never enough. Seems like nothing changes. Add families, add equipment, hire trucks. 😴💤 It’s all a snooze fest.

I paid 9.99 for the unlimited energy manger “thing” but it never worked. It gives me an error but took my money. I want my refund
Lost Everything
Been playing at least 2 months. Game shut off yesterday and when I opened it up it went back to the beginning of the game and I lost all my progress.

I’ve been playing this for a few months and I was playing and watching stupid adds to get ahead about an hour ago. Now I go onto the app and it’s having me start all over. I did not start a new level I was finishing up my last one. I’m mad.

This game was super disappointing. I was really enjoying it and looking forward to playing. But my upgrade amounts on building keeps glitching. I have never had over $10B at once and somehow all my buildings are up to almost $100B per upgrade. Not sure how that’s possible because the last time I went in to upgrade them, it was in the hundred millions. Because of this I can’t progress at all in the game.
As others have said, the offline earnings is pathetic. I’ll be offline for an hour and when I go back in, I’ve made as much as I would make in the game in one minute (not an exaggeration, it’s that bad I checked) - my earnings per minute are more than I made in over an hour offline. You also do lose all your gem upgrades each time you level up, and there is almost no way to get gems without buying them (I will not be doing that, but seems to be the only way) so it’s just a waste of time.

You have way to much stuff you have pay for in order to play a cheap game
Devs should be sued
You purchase upgrades with real world money that they claim last throughout the whole game. Then as soon as you level up you lose those upgrades. I then realized, there comes a point where you have to purchase tickets with real money to be able to make certain upgrades. This is a cash grab, with false advertising. Quite literally stealing money from people.

This could be an excellent game if you didn’t have to watch an ad every time you do anything to advance the game.
Terrible with UPDATE
For some reason the game has completely reset and all of my purchases are gone. Complete ripoff. UPDATE-Developer responded with sorry you are having issues. No resolution, no game fix. Think carefully before spending $$ with a company like this.

This is a pay to win game. You purchase certain items during the course of play only to find everything you have done or purchased is gone. Doubt the developers care or are even willing to read. Uninstall better yet don’t waste your time.

This causes the pedestrians to block the streets, effectively shutting down the rest of the game. They want a full $9 USD to stop this from happening. Add together all the unlocks and the game would wind up costing as much - if not more, than a full PS5 game… when it is nowhere near that level of fame. I’d maybe pay $3 for this one unlock, which makes this game effectively not worth it.

It's a fun game that doesn't hound you with ads like other games. You can use ads to get multipliers and such but you have the choice.
My only complaint about the game is the street cleaners (wheelbarrows) block the road stopping the garbage trucks from doing their job and it's frustrating. I don't know if it's a bug or what, but it makes me stop playing. Which is a shame because I genuinely enjoy the game.
I'll remove this complaint and adjust my star rating when this issue is resolved.

people cleaners lag and hold up game, it’s rough and pressures you to watch adds pay cash a bit in order to get where you need to be on storage, really love the game overall but this makes me consider deleting
