Hidden racism
It’s a cool game however I noticed a pattern of the melanated people never having high amounts or big prizes for orders. So I start paying attention and screenshot every time they pop up for proof and it has been proven even a game can’t resist racism!

Wtf happened???
Long time, Happy paying customer of this game, however, there have been some repeated issues and I can’t even get through to customer through the app or through the developers website. The app has now consistently offered me rewards that don’t show up in the game once I claim them. I tried to get a hold of customer support through the app and there is no settings to contact them. So I tried the option through the website and when I typed in my email, it gives me an error saying “type in a valid email address.” it is my valid email address that I signed up for this app with and receive communication from. So why can’t I get a hold of this app or developers so that it works in the way that I pay to have it work? If someone from the app will get a hold of me and put the rewards in my account that I have been offered and claimed, then I will update this review and continue to play the app. If not then I’m sorry they have two faithful paying customers in my household
OVERCHARGING AND UNAUTHORIZED
This ap over charges for purchase and would not give you a receipt I purchased for 3.99 and over charged 18 dollars and multiple other over charged transactions as well I’ve contacted apple for refund and my bank however the app won’t give you purchase receipt to confirm. SCAM APP!!!

I used to love this game but now i really hate it I spent so much money on this game to try get my album done at end i couldn’t get anything and the support so bad they send me 200 energy and 4 new card for the new album that just started honestly im so mad and im done good luck on who keep playing

This game company works with scammers
A company called the smart wallet reached out to me and said they didn’t give you $75 for reaching level 36 in the game. Fast forward to reaching all of that and of course, the smart wallet claim it has no information from the company. Which means they hired a company to promote them without the intention of actually doing anything.
Predatory pop ups
Beware of the predatory ad pop ups. If you’re a “fast clicker” like I am, you will lose gems that you’ve been saving when those annoying mid-game ads pop up when you accidentally click one and there’s no confirmation of “purchase”. It’s extremely annoying and all the game developers said when I contacted them was that they appreciated my feedback. 🙄 I’ve lost approximately 200+ gems just in the last couple days alone. An easy fix would be to trigger a confirmation message giving the user the option to say no that this was not intended.

Lots of ads and constantly wanting you to spend money
This app would be fun but you can only play for maybe 10 minutes at a time. It’s expensive to buy stuff which they constantly asking you to buy and ads all the time.
False promises
This app will scam you into watching an ad for promise of receiving free energy. Don’t fall for it like I did. After watching the ad there is no way to close out of it and return to the game so you can get credit for watching it. Usually there is a sneaky microscopic x in the corner to click to bring you back to your game but with this app there are multiple ads that don’t give you a way out. It forces you to have to close out of the app completely so you can reopen it to return to your game. At which point it doesn’t credit you for wasting your time. Disappointed!!!

I have been playing travel town for 3ish years now and I love it. But the new updates specifically the Bazs Quest is getting on my last nerves. I thought it would only be do 15 days like it said. And yesterday I was so excited for it to be over but then it restarted at 15 days again. I also know that there are other complaining. So please, I beg you please go back to the regular daily awards. I’ve been playing this game for a good minute now and as the time passes this game has cost me lots of money! It’s hard obtaining energy and even harder to finish tasks now because they’ve greatly reduced the prizes for this game! Not mention trading cards has also become tedious because they only give you enough to want to buy their items with literally no good rewards coming from it at all! It’s crazy because this app didn’t use to be this way yet it’s only getting worse! If this does not improve I will have to uninstall this app because I spend WAYYY too much money on this game and it’s too addicting for that!
No money, no fun. A $$ sink
After a couple of months, you will find that you wouldn’t achieve anything if you don’t spend money frequently.
Not as much fun as it used to be.
The latest update has taken most of the fun out of the game. You can’t make any progress without spending money, which I guess is the point of the game developers. I’m still playing out of habit, but not nearly as much.
Entertaining but a trap
This is a fairly entertaining and cozy game that I do enjoy but ultimately it is trying to get you to spend money. It dangles challenges and achievements in front of you that are unattainable in the time limit. You will get so close to finishing but run out of energy, you will be tempted to buy gems to refill your energy and eventually fall into a sunk cost fallacy. I unadvised playing this game if you are impulsive or an adolescent.
Great Game but RIGGED
Ive never written a review but I just had to because this game irritates me so much.
I’ve been playing this game for the greater part of a year and although it has been fun it cheats/ rigged ALOT.
Everytime you get full energy and you need something to full fill an order you would use all of your energy and it will give you it at the end but if you don’t need that particular item it gives you a lot of it ( if that makes sense).
For example if you need a cake and the button to give you the cake also gives you a flower it will pop out flowers for 95% of your energy before it gives you a cake but when you don’t need a cake it will pop out about 40% of the time. It wants you to use out all of your energy and buy more it’s RIGGED.
And those silly Small Chest Rewards for completed daily tasks are stupid whoever idea that was to have that needs to change it because to complete the daily tasks and the chest literally pops out 15 energy. In a blink of an eye it’s gone. RIDICULOUS
Even if you played the game every three hours which would give you full energy you still will not be able to do well in it because the game is programmed to be rigged against you.
The developers probably will not see this but you will spend a lot on this game with little result. You constantly feel cheated by this game in a 150 energy level I got the thing I needed ONCE.

I have played this game for over a year and loved it. But the recent changes have ruined it for me. And then they will promise something and it will never show up. Like the 30 min surprise box when you submit orders. I submit but don’t get an item from the box. I’m sad this game is not for me anymore
Taking my credits????
I can have 20 credits and hit my screen 10 times and only have 4 credits left???? I have deleted, re-downloaded, updated, everything I can but it is still doing it??? Not ok when I pay for extra stuff and the game is not giving me everything.
