Ad Rewards don’t work
This game is fun for the 10 minutes a day you are allowed to play without spending any money. Maybe 5 times a day it will let you watch an ad to get a reward. Unfortunately half the time it does not work. For example Novig ad. It runs the whole ad and never gives you a close out button so you have to restart the app and then it thinks you never watched the ad. Steals your time.
Scammers!
They take your money, then when you message support because they gave you outdated product, or the game glitches, they take several days to reply (if you’re lucky enough to even get a response), then act like you’re a child and try to gaslight you into believing the app did what it was supposed to do. It is absurd.

Forced Events/Multiple Popups
I really want to like this game. But it’s has so many forced events that you have to participate in and can’t just merge quietly and have fun. And I have to close around 10 little pop up’s about the little events every time you open the app. It’s frustrating and at times I just close the app and go to a different game.

This game has gone down the drain and they have become so money hungry, it’s no longer fun. Unless you are spending a decent amount of money there is no way to finish the bonus games or any of the side quest. There are too many other merge games that offer better point systems for the average player. Of course some will waste their money for a quick high but if you are sane don’t expect anything outside of making a couple orders a day.
Not as advertised
I downloaded because I played this game as an ad that popped up. The ad I played was the gurl by the water collecting things and working on an assembly line. That is not part of the game at all and seems to be a totally different game.

They will rob you over and over and over again. And here’s the thing - once you spend money, the game becomes literally impossible to even progress, let alone “win”. Save your time, save your money, and save your sanity and stay away from this SCAM. They will cheat you at every turn. They will make orders that are not even possible to complete during challenges. They will try to squeeze every penny they can out of you because you’re just “soooo close” to winning a challenge that you justify spending even more money. Then they pull the rug out from you and make it impossible to complete challenges, even after spending money. STAY AWAY!

Every time I play, I even lose coins, loose tokens, or some of the boys I passed it don’t work so I have to replay the board reuse a lot of coins I refresh it. I play again pass the board with the coins and it still don’t work. I have to restart the game over and over. I’m tired of doing it. I’m tired of losing money. I’m tired of losing lies. I’m tired of you losing I’m about to do just completely delete this game. Predatory monetization and AI assets everywhere
The game quickly devolves into the same predatory energy restrictions you can see across these types of games anywhere. Dark patterns like timers and limited events. Popups, sometimes five in a row, telling you to spend money. And there are blatantly AI generated art assets everywhere, slapped cheaply together. Awful, awful.

I lowkey don’t like
I played it for my moving profile in TikTok and it said to reach level 9, so I did and after that it’s not giving me it

I was thoroughly enjoying this game for months even going so far as to spend my own money, quite regularly, which wasn’t an issue as I was having fun and I’ll never feel bad for spending money to be happy. I was genuinely having fun and one of my main goals was to fully complete the weekly goals, which takes a bit of time, consistency, AND money(just being honest) to do. I finally did it this past Sunday, June 14 and my joy was ended swiftly once I realized I didn’t receive the end prize which happened to be 350 diamonds( a hefty and worth it prize). I immediately took screenshots and contacted support and they responded by essentially trying say that I did in fact receive the prize and going as far to tell me that I had almost the same amount of what the prize was already in my account prior to “receiving” the 350 diamonds. Like I stated I’ve been ROUTINELY playing this game everyday, I knew how many diamonds I had and it was no where near what they tried to claim I had or even remotely close the weekly goal prize. I restarted the game even updated it and nothing changed on my end. They sent 75 energy points to “make up” for the issue which it didn’t. I worked really hard to complete all the tasks, so feel cheated. Especially considering that I reached out a second time hoping if I clarified more they was understand that I simply did not receive the prize at all and idk what their end was showing but it simply did not match what I was seeing. They gave me the EXACT same response the second time. And now I have no desire to play the game anymore. I’ve easily spent hundreds of dollars on this game and while money isn’t an issue it simply sucks when your hard earned money feels wasted and you’ve lost something that was consistently bringing you joy. Anyway it was fun while it lasted I guess.

I can’t get past the beginning it just keeps telling me I have enough coins to upgrade and doesn’t let me.
Impossible to operate
First off… super annoying tutorials. Over the top forceful in your face tutorials. Also does not seem formatted for IOS properly? Im on level 6 and now stuck on the “click on inventory” button. Which would be great, if the inventory button was on the screen. So now im stuck with a mostly dimmed out screen with the highlighted area to click on that is in the wrong place so clicking does nothing. Tells me to click inventory but a pair of cutlery is highlighted.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I’ve been a player for years but this game is pure trash now! These greedy money grubbing developers and game owners are steadily updating changes for you to SPEND money DAILY to play and meet challenges. And don’t let me start with the non comprehending unprofessional gatekeepers/moderators in Travel Town Trading Group. Developers don’t care about the players. Only the money your spending. It’s no longer fun. Deleted the game. I’ve found a better merge game. Don’t waste your time and dump money in to this STRESSFUL game!
Items
Why doesn’t the actual things produce everything that’s being requested on an order. For example the essential oils are never produced by the herd sack I can only fulfill the order by using diamonds to buy it. The things that are tied to that basket should be coming out at random not the same thing over and over. A major update needs to take place because you can’t level up if none the items are produced by their individual baskets. I’ve been playing for weeks and have never produced a lot of the items being requested.
Trick you into accidentally spending jewels with no way to go back!!!

This game is fun until you realize it’s almost impossible to progress without spending a bunch of money or checking it every few hours to use the 100 energy points (Around 2.5 hours to get). Trying to complete an order can take well over an entire day….for ONE order.
Game won’t load
Was playing the game for a while, the constant pop ups trying to get you to make purchases was annoying but for the past two days the game won’t load, it stops at 36%. I’ve deleted it, reinstalled, tried on different Wi-Fi and nothing works.
Not worth it
I downloaded it because of another app. It was great in the beginning, but of course if you don’t pay, then it slows you down big time. Once I hit level 18 it is a lot harder to move on, so I will be deleting the app in a bit. Another annoying thing is every time you run out of energy then there is a minimum of 2 messages telling you and trying to get you to pay money. It is extremely annoying. This app will be deleted. It is not worth it anymore. It was fun while it lasted though.

Missing Rewards
I have enjoyed playing this game, but 4 separate times I have had diamonds that I had accumulated taken from my account. This last time I know that I had at least 89 diamonds in my account and when I came back to the game there were only 28 and I had not used any of the 89. Like I said before this is the 4th time this has happened, but I don’t remember the specific amounts that went missing the previous times.

Just now: I was trying to get an item for one of their timed goals that come up sometimes, all I needed was one specific type of item in order to fully upgrade and hit the goal, I had full energy so seemed like an easy task right? NOPE! The only item type I needed didn’t come up once and the timer ran out. It seems like any time I need just ONE type of item to drop it goes completely nonexistent, forcing you to either spend diamonds to get more energy…or spend money!

Love game but earn for play is a scam
I haven’t been credited for ANY milestones I’ve reached from downloading through ATM.com. They say they can’t help. Why incentivize download and game play if you truly don’t pay out?
Obsession with pop-ups
The dev(s) have a weird obsession with pop-up ads for in-game purchases. The worst is when you run out of energy and over tap a producer, it throws 5-7 ads up about buying more energy. The devs felt a strange need to throw a pop-up with certain events. These are the merge board events where you get a special event board with special event items to merge. The moment you toss your last event item out on the board, another pop-up. Devs, it’s annoying. I don’t know why. Apple loves money, true. But I imagine Apple’s customer service hates it when a majority of their return requests are a result of apps like this one are misclick baiting users. I guess that’s why they changed it from “automatic purchase” to, “purchase verification” to save their valuable customers from the annoyance of making a purchase they didn’t want and having to contact them for returns.

No other way to gain energy. And all the “Extras are stupid expensive. I’m more likely to buy when it’s $2-5 not $18+

The 17 pop ups of different events that started, that ended, here’s a bundle you can buy, etc etc is getting out of hand.

Not happy that I need to pay to update😳. I’m over level 10,000 and now that I’m totally hooked I have to delete 🤦🏻♀️SMH🤷🏻♀️
Not fun after so many levels
Unless you spend money, it becomes impossible to finish out task around level 30. They put multiple product strains together and I have been unable to close out any task in a full day because I don’t have enough chargers. The fruit assignments are the worst. I one time spent 250 chargers and got zero fruit only cocktails. I have now deleted the app, it was fun the first 30 levels now it’s just a waste of time.
