App crashes and loses my streaks
It keeps crashing right in the middle of my streaks. I’ve lost a bunch of Golden Compasses to the game crashing in the middle of levels!
Just today, I was 8/10 in a Card Streak and then the game crashed! I lost both my card streak and my Golden Compass. So I wasted boosters trying to keep my card streak and get the Wild Card! If the app didn’t crash, I would’ve finished my streak!

False Advertising
The game is not like the ad. I am on level 968 and I have not seen any puzzles like the one shown in the ad. Very misleading.
Dice & rewards
The game will be more interesting if you wasn’t giving one dice for every game we play the rewards are to easy to receive, it should be challenging not given away and as we progress in the levels like 1 dice until we pass the 100th 2 dice for the 200th board and so on, switch it up look at Royal Match this is the only puzzle game i play and is willing to pay top dollar play because it’s challenging and fun

The game itself is fun but it has some issues that have caused me to lose money and prizes due to glitches. There is no customer support for this game. They do not answer message requests or fix their mistakes. Would be a lot higher review if they cared about their users.
Lost game
I was well over level 100 when the game froze. I closed it and reopened it and it opened as if I’d never played before! Have messaged support.
Loading issues
I would’ve given this game a 5 star but I have gotten pretty far into the game and now it won’t load.

Latest update prevents game from loading
Still no response from developer and apparently from reading other reviews you will never get one so this game will get deleted. I updated to the latest update and the game stopped loading, was stuck on the title screen. If a game doesn’t have support and they can’t be bothered to troubleshoot their latest update what is the point?

Regardless of how much you invest, the system may freeze, leaving you locked out and forcing you to start from scratch. This is a frustrating cycle you want to avoid!
Secretly pay to play
If you must use a power up or 10 to get though a low level it’s pay to play . Bait and switch stay way . Disappointed

I want to start by saying that I love this game. I have played daily for more than a year. However, I have to reduce my original rating from five stars to two because the developers have not released an update for the game in more than a month now. Two “new regions” in a row have just been repeats of earlier regions. The release of the updated version of the Explorer’s Club has still not been rolled out to every player. Emailing the developers or sending feedback through the game garners no response whatsoever to questions about these issues. Maybe this review will help. I worry that eventually even new levels will stop being available to play. I understand that programming a game is a complex issue, but players deserve answers to questions.
Meh
It’s an addicting game but not really a fun game. I understand they want you to spend real money to play but they don’t give you enough moves or coin and you will end up spending hours on one level.
Deceiving add
Average user interface but what drew me to this was the add and there is nothing like it in game play. I don’t like liars
Stingy
The game isn’t bad overall but they are stingy with the coin rewards and some levels are ridiculously difficult. There is no way some of these levels are random.
The worst part of the game is there is ZERO SUPPORRT. There is never any response when a problem is reported.
