Awful customer service
I have contacted them multiple times over the last few months asking them for help with canceling my subscriptions. It takes them at least a week to respond and then a form letter type email is sent. The app always gets stuck when trying to open it and it doesn’t allow me to cancel any subscriptions. It allows be click back but not cancel subscription. Beware for those of you using it. If you get involved with them, be prepared to not be able to cancel anything.

I paid for subscriptions. Their update messed it up. Their support doesn’t answer and yes, I checked my spam folder if y’all even read these reviews. What a scam! I loved this app until this mess.

Why no app store subscription?
This app is great and I used to use it, after returning from some time I am shocked that the subscription for unlimited deliveries cannot be purchased through the App Store, but can only be done through Paypal or the in-app card information which always fails. Fixing this would make the app much better and more users would subscribe if it was easier like that.
Get rolls watch ads “Hearts” won’t exit or give you credit
Horrible ..great concept fails to deliver on free rolls kept playing ads that kept on trying to have me install and not provide any credit kept have to reinstall app to get back on the board this. Time consuming I’m glad to do something in helping a pup but the app fails and we know app creators make millions in matter of time and place it pathetic in how much lack of is in this app your welcome
love the idea but super laggy
the game kept freezing and i had to exit out and reopen the app and then it started to freeze up my phone and it would take a sec to load. i tried multiple times 😞
Keeps crashing
Get app for a great cause. But what happened? My app keeps freezing. I’m going to loose my current new dog and I don’t want to.
