Can’t reset my password to find my old music bc it keeps closing every time I try and enter a new password I remember this being an issue when I first used this app always shutting down on me and again same issue years later😐
What is wrong with this app???
Every time I open the trending app and select my playlist, one music selection begins. But at some point an ad starts and never stops! There’s no X, there’s no way turn off the ad, it just continues until I shut down the entire Trending app and start again. When is this gonna be fixed?

I’ve been using this app since 2020, and, like many of the reviews on here, it hasn’t failed me until earlier this year. The app just will not play the music I have downloaded. I even tried the free trial of the premium thing and it solved nothing, so the app actually working isn’t even behind a paywall or anything, it just doesn’t work! It’s definitely because of the weird updates and changes to everything, and the AI DJ thing cannot be helping these horrible issues. Trending just needs to change it back. The only thing I like so far is the Album update so that I can listen to an entire album in order if I want to, but that was added way before any of the weird stupid things were. I just want to listen to the music I have downloaded and have been able to listen to all this time until now.

Can’t make or sign into a account on my new phone
I just got a new phone and already have a account with you guys but when I go to sign in it say wrong password and it won’t send a code to my email and it won’t let me make a account with my email because it says it’s already in use help please

This app is not letting me get me songs back, an addition to that my email does work. So I’m give this a 1 star.

Had this app for over 15 years and all my music keeps disappearing this is the 4th time I got to download everything back.

For some reason, after the latest update, my downloaded offline, Music is not playing it. Just pauses After the song ended the app freezes and I have to re launch the app. What a Hassle please fix this. Don't turn one of the best apps into one that sucks
Can’t listen offline anymore
Why is the option to listen to your favorite songs offline not an option anymore. I will be searching for a new app and deleting if this doesn’t get fixed asap. I’ve been using for yearsss and I’m very disappointed.

Best worst app ever
I’ve been using this app since middle school, I’m now in college. There are times when the devs release updates and the app works perfectly fine with not issues at all and the UI needs no updating. Then the devs update it and sometimes the app completely breaks. I can go into a full breakdown of my experiences but as of now the app is completely unusable. The devs couldn’t have QA tested it as the app completely freezes after it plays two songs. If I’m connected to internet the app will play random songs that share a similar name to the song I listen to. The app also replaced a DOWNLOADED song with a different version, idk how that’s possible when I used the app offline. Currently the app will freeze if you do the following: skip too many songs, play another song, pause a song for too long with the phone in sleep, or open the app. By far the worst update they’ve released. I really want to love this app, but too many untested updates is making me hate it.

This app is alright honestly because, every time u have headphones, AirPods, etc on it won’t let you skip your song, it always pauses the song and if you try to skip it won’t let you, you would have to refresh the whole app and it’s annoying. And second and most of all, the app always deletes your music like almost 1 time each 4 months, it’s so annoying and you have to re download it, even worse when you already had lots of song already downloaded.

The app give me so much trouble now. I use to really enjoy it till it stopped loading music and just kicks me out. Can’t even get in the app anymore it just kicks me right out. It’s a shame how poor this app has become.

App is inconsistent in working
I can’t log in it says it doesn’t recognize my email to create an account so I try to an it says there’s an account already under that email and I’ve tried contacting support and it’s useless too I wish someone from support would reach out
All my saved music is gone
I had this app since 2019 and I loved listening to music from it but for some reason from it’s last recently update it deleted all of my saved music and it’s telling me I have to long in to a account but the app hasn’t asked me to make a account when I got it back in 2019 and I tried contacting customer service but they didn’t help me… I just want my old playlist back.

I don’t know but as of the new update this app has been causing MAJOR issues it’s crashes constantly and songs disappear and reappear at random even when offline it doesn’t work this app used to be so good and now it’s broken please fix this I’ve been using this App for YEARS I’m talking before COVID was even a thing please fix these issues

This app is going down hill
I’ve been using this app for almost 8years now with it working almost flawless with a couple of bugs here and there. But ever since they updated and redesigned everything early this year I have nothing but trouble with it. For example, when I am offline playing music and try to skip to the next song the whole app freezes. Also it has recently been deleting a lot of my songs. Kinda disappointing 😕PS yes I’ve been updating the app frequently and there is still no fix.

I prefer the app when it had so many less updates, I can’t really control my music how I was able to anymore but I guess it good for traveling. I just wish they didn’t change it as much :(
