Terrible experience and service and food!!!
All of the staff were rude and very unfriendly and unpolilite! I would never go back to that restaurant even if they gave me the food for free!
Please do yourself a favor and don’t go there!!

Rosalie’s restaurant
Have been going to Rosalie’s for the past 25 years and always received top quality food. However, in June, we went in for dinner and both entrées were well below expected level of food quality. We advised our server, but no one seemed to be interested so we sent uneaten Meals back and went home. I wrote a letter explaining the situation to the owner and never received a reply. it is unfortunate that such a Restaurant with a great reputation is now serving poor quality meals! I won’t be going back until something’s done about their kitchen!

Dont use this company
This company is unprofessional and inconsiderate of there customers.. they have no issues taking your money and then make you try and resolve issues with tour agents rather through them where the trip or activity was booked. Then they waste your time transferring you from agent to agent which all are of no help and when you try to escalate it they tell you no supervisor is available. Save your time and money and book with Expedia or any other platform

FAKE RATING TripAdvisor removes removes they don’t like without cause
Trip advisor doesn’t post ALL reviews that are submitted even if they are 100% truthful based on real experiences with a business. So don’t bother using this site as a consumer because they lie. You are not seeing the true rating of places because they are purposely removing bad reviews without reasonable cause. NO FREE SPEECH HERE!
NO LIST!
When searching for restaurants the results were available on a map AND a list view. No list anymore, it’s more difficult to navigate the choices.
App Crashes
This app either locks up or crashes when I’m trying to research something! It’s useless to me! 😠
Don’t waste your money
Had Sunday lunch, chose the roast beef it was tough and tasteless, the roasted parsnips were inedible too hard to cut and it was room temperature, at £25 don’t waste your money,
Terrible customer service.
They don’t care about your safety. They refused to refund me money for a boating excursion despite the severe weather at the time. Clearly not concerned with customer safety.
Worse service ever!!!
They were extremely slow serving, and food was lukewarm warm at best. Three of the servers worried more about cleaning a table next to us rather than serving us dessert even when we motioned them to our table. Do not go to this place if you want good food. Many dessert items were out of stock . Why????

I tried to book a room, there were 6 available but when I tried to get one it sent me to booking.com instead and the price increased by $40 and now it won’t even show me the room.
Removal of list view greatly reduces the usefulness of the app

I have found the app incredibly useful when visiting a new city. Unfortunately the app will no longer show a list of sorted and filtered options. The only way to view results is on a map.
I do like the map when looking for things close to me. Unfortunately this map view is useless when looking for options not near you across a city. This greatly reduces the usefulness of the app and its ability to help you find hot spots when visiting a new city.
Now you can basically only check things near you. Looking for options city wide is now very cumbersome. I now find Google much better for searching across large areas.

Know before Rome
Booked our tickets way in advance for the colosseum and trevi fountain. New rules hit regarding who is allowed as certified tour companies and who is not. I recommend booking through the ACTUAL page to visit. Needless to say our was cancelled and as for the trevi we never received which is checked starting at 9am. I requested a refund but since that am communication has stopped.

False advertising. Trip Advisor knew Royal
Palace was closed but did not communicate this with me prior to booking.
Guide (Ernie) was excellent. You’re very interesting but it was expensive and a major portion did not happen.
