DreamCloud ads
You should pull the DreamCloud ads. 50% of the time the screen freezes and then goes black and all progress is lost. I’ve had to start over from scratch so many times and it’s frustrating

The game was mediocre at best. It froze up a lot, and took rewards. They came out with a new version and it’s sucky!

Recent update is awful
You completely ruined this game with new update. Colors are blurred and obnoxious, like made for a preschooler. Part of the challenge pre-update was finding the thunderbolts and more-time clocks, which now just jump right out at you and nearly smack you in the head. I hate this update. I would like to go back to previous version.
Too many crashes
Have played this game for months and enjoyed it. Recently the ads are running really long - am at level over 3400 so am seeing the same two or three ads, which is frustrating. Now the game crashes at the end of each game, so no longer get credit for winning - instead same game pops up again. Too bad as it was a fun game but now its just a bore .
More ads than game
Don’t waste your time. Spent more time watching ads than actually playing the game! Since the update the ads freeze and you lose your game and have to start over.

Mistakes
The advertisement for other games have loud music. Even with music turned off in the game you are playing. There is a sound icon to stop it but it is covered by a rectangle with another ad. Also the x to click out of ads doesn’t work. You have to click on multiple x marks but more keep coming. Please tell advertisers that they are only annoying tryout customers.

Not what I signed up for!
I downloaded this app after seeing an ad while I was playing a different game. This game is NOTHING like the game that was in the ad. This game is boring and the ad was misleading.
Close to Deleting
Update December 2025…the game still has bugs and no fixes. Freezes so that I have to turn ipad off and back on. I would delete but just bought $15 of points. If the bug isn’t fixed when my points are gone, I’ll delete for good.
I have played this game for ages, and occasionally purchase too. But…a bug in the game has developed that freezes it up and you have to get out of it, wait twenty minutes and then return. The ads are way too frequent as well…maybe use some of that ad revenue to do bug fixes?

Loved the game, but ads are too much
Loved this game, but in the last 2 months, the amount and length of ads is absolutely ridiculous. I am not spending 40 seconds or more to watch an ad. Loved the game but I will not spend idle time watching games ads or prescription advertisements

Glitchy spammy
Love the game but it’s way too glitchy. Very often doesn’t load properly & you lose booster credits when that happens. Even worse, ads in the middle of the game also cause it to freeze so you lose hearts and boosters. Garbage.
Seems like a sell out
I have been playing Triple Find multiple times daily forever. Recently they have started interrupting the game to run advertisements which all too often make the app freeze forcing the player to close the app and restart. This forces the player to lose their progress for that board - along with the power-ups used. This wouldn’t be so upsetting if it didn’t tend to happen when a player is close to completing a difficult board (again, losing much cherished power ups). I think they’ve sold out for the sake of revenue generation. Shame on them.

Game freezes up
Getting tired of your game freezing up. I’m on level 1000 and have dealt with it hesitating in the middle of a game. The clock continues to count down but the character I’m tapping on freezes. Then hard to re-launch. Sometimes I have to completely shut down my computer to start again. Only to have the same problems.

The ads freeze up or the screen goes blank,by the time it comes back up (5 minutes later) you have lost the points or rewards so I think it’s for me to take a break. I have only been playing about 2 years.

If long ads continue, I’m done playing this game. You’ve successfully driven this customer to similar game that isn’t as challenging as this one but no ads after every game. Only short 5 seconds if I choose to receive booster. More games are moving in this direction …

All the long ads!
I’ve been playing this game for over a year. Made it to level 5615. Over time the Ads get longer and longer. The last couple weeks the ads went from 30 seconds plus the additional 15 seconds on the last screen before getting back into the game to 120 seconds. It’s crazy to wait almost 3 min for 15 seconds of game time. I refuse to spend anymore money in order to not wait minutes for 15 seconds. I deleted the game. So many other choices these days. There’s no ad free option either so you’re stuck watching ads for other games. The “game” where the mother and baby are in horrible conditions is one I get often. How can anyone think this is game? So glad I deleted this game. Now I’ll get on with life.
