After years of playing this game, I can’t continue to play with the new puffy version of the items. What was once enjoyable is now frustrating and miserable. Change back or I quit after over 14,000 levels… what a shame!
Disappointed about new graphics
I used to really love this game. It was my go-to fav but recently they’ve changed the graphics making it unnecessarily hard to play without spending lots of money. I was a top player on a team I love & the last few weeks I haven’t been able to contribute to weekly team heists nearly as much as I used to. Many of us reached out to support and even asked them to make a ‘classic’ game mode but they’ve refused. If the developers don’t care about their player’s feedback, why should we waste our money on their game??
Update ruined this game.
I have played this game for years and genuinely enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the recent update with the new 3D design has completely changed the experience-and not for the better.
The gameplay now feels overly difficult, to the point that winning boards is frustratingly rare. What used to be a fun, relaxing game has become stressful and far less enjoyable. I know I’m not the only long-time player who feels this way.
The classic mode should absolutely remain an option for players who preferred the original gameplay and design. If there are no plans to bring back classic mode, please be transparent about that so loyal players like me can decide whether to continue playing or delete the game altogether.

Too many changes
I have played this game almost since the beginning. You have made so many changes, recently the new graphics. This game is NOT ‘relaxing’ or fun anymore. If it wasn’t for the team I’ve been on for a long time I would delete this game.
Awful UX Design
I’m with the rest of these commenters. I’m especially frustrated that I paid for ad-free and now it’s not the same game any more. I don’t care about your ability to create newer levels that I’ll never reach. I cared about continuing to enjoy the game I’ve loved all these years.
Bored
When you reach a certain level it’s virtually impossible to complete a game without spending money on “lives”. It’s not fun anymore so I’ll find a new brain power game. I’ll delete the app
Updated version…not good!
I was enjoying the game, then…the “new look”! 🤬 If I can’t go back to the original version I’m deleting the app. 😢 In Texas we have a saying, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”. Hopefully you will come to your senses and let us at least choose which version we want to play. If not, well, bless your heart! *google it*
Not vibing
I don’t know why you changed the look. Before there was an option to keep the old or new and now I don’t have that option. I don’t enjoy playing anymore
WAS a fun game
They changed the look of the game. I’ve been playing for at least 5 years. Now, I have to learn the game all over again because the new pieces look so different. I keep losing now and can’t have fun playing this ONCE great game. They ruined a fun game.

New look is AWFUL!
After a year of playing this game which I was totally addicted to, I have deleted it. This new look is truly awful. Totally unrealistic. You took a great game and completely screwed it up. I am out.
It was fun
Thank you for the years of fun. The last update changed the appearance of the game and instead of being a form of relaxation turned it into something more of a cartoon like game. I’m sure your research showed it’s more in your favor-just not for me. I just wanted to leave this review as a thank you for the years I enjoyed with it.

New look is terrible.
I used to thoroughly enjoy this game. Since the apparent June 2026 changes where they have incorporated the new look with the old look, I can’t stand it. The new look is awful. They just lost me as a player & customer.
Another money grab game
The ads?! Not only do they have ads now, but they’re incessantly popping up after every single level. It’s no longer fun, so I am offloading it and finding something else. Straight trash!
Gone for Good due to Cartoon Graphics
The cartoon graphics now seem permanent. They are awful. I’ve enjoyed this game for 3 years and rewarded the developers by making purchases. No more. The new graphics are unplayable. If they don’t go back to the original, I’m sadly done forever.
High Levels = Too Difficult
I originally loved playing this game, as it was a stress-free way to turn my busy mind off. But after getting to a high level and a forced update, most levels are impossible to pass without spending money on boosters. So unfortunately I play much less than I used to and relay the same level 10-12 times.

They basically ruined this game by forcing the new puffy graphics on everyone. One by one the original game pieces are being replaced with the puffy graphics.
The new graphics are difficult to see and blend in with each other.
I’ve emailed the developer and basically have been told that the new graphics will be phased in over time.
Sad that we as players can’t choose the type of graphics we want to use like we did before.

Fake looking items
You guys are great at ruining a good game. I should not be forced to play with bubble items for 24 hours before I can toggle back to the old style. No thanks, I’ll be deleting your app.
New version is not relaxing!
Not liking this NEW version! It is so juvenile. Would like to be able to switch back to the old set of tiles.

Until they made all of the items puffy. If you have any sort of visual disability you should avoid this game.

Unfortunately they forced in a format change and I will no longer be playing. This was my favorite game which I played all the time and spent money on! The new look is not clear and very hard to find items in. It’s like they puffed everything up and don’t have clear lines, it’s horrible.
Can’t close ads after watching
Disappointing. Rewards are dumb. Ads can’t be closed after watching forcing a reboot. Constant reboot needed. Anytime I opt to watch an ad to continue game it wants to share info so obviously NO. Airplane mode does not fix it. Then it wants money. Laughable.

LIES! Reviews are lies because so many bad things happen such as you’re in the middle of a game and have all your extra boosts (like the time one) and an ad comes up, you click on the ad, then after reviewing product you go back to the game and it’s reset itself and you’ve lost all of your boosters. It happens all the time so stay away from advertisements. Actually don’t download the game. This one also has so many advertisements and if you look to find out if they’re legit or not you’ll find that 95% are not legit. Many reasons why you SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD!
Not for kids! Has guns and weapons for matching

Wish items were larger - need original graphics back
In addition to the small graphics referred to later in this review I can’t distinguish the new cartoonish graphics. Return to the originals! (I wrote the following review a while ago and must not have submitted. I am now adding to it.) This game has been fun but I get frustrated on the levels that have lots of small items. I constantly select the wrong item and then the tray fills up. I wish I could zoom the display to make it easier. Also I wish we could use an undo when we hit the last slot on the tray. The ads are annoying but I work around them. Keep improving this game. Unfortunately with the new graphics I have to discontinue this game.
Update
I loved this game so much that I paid for no ads. Until last week I would have given it 5 stars, but the update brought new items that have a cartoonish look to them that I do not like. They are hard to identify. Sadly I will be searching for a new triple match with regular looking items. Hey developers- how about providing a choice of cartoonish or regular items for those of us who dont like the update.
Awful new graphics
They are now forcing the awful new item style on the players at least before you could toggle it off and just use the old style. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised they ignored all the customer feedback that most players hated the new look and went ahead with it anyway. I don’t think I will be able to keep playing which is really disappointing, I really loved this game.
How to change back to the original look
You tricked me into clicking on something that forced the puffy look to appear. So I’m asking this on the review because the app support doesn’t work. How do I restore the original look of the pieces?
Used to be a great game
I’ve played Triple Match for around 3 years, but the latest forced update to puffy items has destroyed my love of this game. It’s confusing to the eye and no longer fun. I’m sad to say it’s a no-go for me now. The star rise was a great addition and the makeovers are a lot of fun, but the new look is just terrible. 👎 I gave it two stars simply because it used to be terrific. What a shame.
New look
I don’t like the new look. It makes it more difficult to find matches. I thought you could go into settings and change it back but I can’t find it anywhere.
Where’d The Fun Go?
I’ve been playing this game for quite a few years. My level is somewhere in the 7,000’s. I still get easier levels, but most of the levels are nearly impossible unless you spend money, which I don’t often do. So I wait. I play my five tries and any free tries I get from other players. Then I come back later and do the same thing. Often I’ll be on the same level for days. That snowballs into my missing out on certain side games. Face it, you can’t find clams if you can’t play levels. This game used to be fun and relaxing…challenging too. Now it frustrates me to pieces. I’ve tried to reset the game and just start over. Can’t seem to make it work though. Developers: bring back the fun please!

Don’t like the new update
Have loved this game a lot. Tried the new designs a couple of times. Hated them. Tried other games but always came back to this one because I liked the design of the objects. Now you are forcing the new object designs. Can’t get used to them. Too bubble looking. Will look for another game soon because this is no longer relaxing to look at.
Money/info grab
This last update made watching commercials for extra time only available if you let them have access and share all of your data. There is not a game out there worth that.
Downhill Fast
This was a beautiful, fun game when it started. Then the items started becoming blobs. With each progression the items become more blob shaped and less recognizable.
Locked
The game said I wasn’t connected to the internet and wouldn’t let me play. I turned the WiFi on and off and it still didn’t work. I restarted my phone and it didn’t help. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and started from the beginning. I did this two times because when I got to the 12th game it asked me to set up a nickname. Despite trying several times, the nickname kept saying there was an error and I was unable to play unless I had a nickname.
Connection problems
I’ve been playing this game for several weeks and have enjoyed it. But today suddenly it’s saying there are connection problems. My Wi-Fi is working fine. I tried powering off my phone and turning it back on, but that did not resolve the issue. I deleted the app and reinstalled it which meant I had to start from level zero again. Then after playing 10 rounds, a pop-up, asked me to create a username, but every time I tried, it keeps saying something went wrong. And I can’t get out of that pop-up. Very frustrating.
Hate the new look
I’ve played this game for a while and really enjoy it. I opted out of the “new look” that was introduced this past year. I hated it. My eyes couldn’t figure out what I was even looking out. But now they’re doing these pack level things and forcing the new look on us. I cannot stress enough how much I hate it. Literally hurts my eyes. I can’t tell what’s what. If they keep forcing I’ll have to stop playing altogether, which sucks because I really enjoyed it for 2 years.

The new 3-D graphics make objects harder to distinguish and slow gameplay. The previous flatter style was much easier on the eyes and made matching faster. Please add a Classic View option.

I made it to level 1041 and now everything is the same color. Us older folks can't always see the differences in the items. You lost me as a player and $ spender.
