Please bring back the old look
I’ve played this game for several years, and love it, but HATE the “new look” that was optional, but is now being integrated, whether we like it or not. I will stop playing if the new look is enforced. Part of the charm of this game is the realistic quality of the objects. I’m really disappointed that some levels are “new look” while others are the old look. This game is on the verge of being ruined. Please make “old look” a permanent feature. (Otherwise, best game ever)

What’s with the balloon looking match pieces?
It has gotten so hard to distinguish what the match pieces are supposed to be. They look like balloon characters. No way to switch back to the version previously either. It’s hard on the eyes. After playing this game for 3 years looks like it’s time to quit. Used to be fun and relaxing, no more. Between the look of the pieces and some of the extremely hard games that sometimes take several days to finally get through, guess I am done and will look for something else.

Awful
I have been playing this fun game for a very long time and reached level 10750. The stupid puffy lmages are extremely hard for my 79 year old eyes to focus on ! Very annoying! So sad to say I am deleting the app! Hopefully I can find a better one to replace what was probably my most played match puzzle, it won’t be easy. Judging from previous comments I’m not the only one unhappy, you can now join along with( Bud Light) on stupid decisions !

I been playing Triple Match for a long time and I loved it but now with the new update I don’t :(. One thing is looking for the same items to match and another is to getting confused cause the colors blend too well making it hard to choose, they are too cartoonish. Not only I have to match 3 items in a timely manner such is great but I have to also match the colors that blend too much with others items. I’m in level 6373 and It make it frustrating where I don’t want to play this version anymore and I know I’m not the only one with the same issue. Please bring the old version back …Thank you 🙏🏽
Scam don’t play
They keep changing the game to make it harder. You finally get good at it and they change the items from classic to cartoons. It is like starting over.

Horrible Update Today!!
Just got hit with the new update and drawings (4/7/26). They are awful!! The items all look alike, fat, bloated and very “cartoony”.
Have played this game for years & enjoyed it a lot - through many, many updates.
I am at level 14,000+.
Was fun spotting the tiny differences of items piled on top of each other - no more, the colors are too similar and the fine details are all gone🫤.
Would love to know if there is a way to install an older version. This update is lousy, you’ve removed the fine details and many color variations.
Hope you re-do this one day so I can enjoy & play this again.

Graphics suck!! Forced to upgrade to latest version and it sucks! Graphics are awful. Put it back the way it was!! Why change something that wasn’t broke?
GRAPHICS RECENTLY CHANGED AGAIN - HORRIBLE!!
This game was so addictive and enjoyable, and quickly became my favorite for the last few years. But very recently, the graphics have completely changed, with NO OPTION to switch back to the normal/original graphics format. Each item on the board is rounded in shape & “cartoony” & very hard on the eyes. WHY DO YOU KEEP CHANGING THE GRAPHICS TO THIS UNBEARABLE STYLE? It is much harder to differentiate amongst the shapes and colors, bc the items have a more homogeneous & distorted look. PLEASE BRING BACK THE PREVIOUS GRAPHICS/DESIGN - or, at least, provide the option to switch back. I am finding that I don’t want to play the game anymore, bc it’s so unpleasant and annoying. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE go back to the last design - it was so fun - but this current version is awful.
Most recent version forces object change updates
I love this game and have been playing for a few years now. The game required an update, which has happened several times over the years I’ve been playing. The new version is half classic shaped objects, half of the objects are the puffy new version. It’s very off putting. Since it still has the pop up to “try out new look” I wonder if this is a bug? I really hope so and the classic objects are restored on a future update, as this mix is very weird and disjointed looking.

Changed for the worse
I’m at level 20,100ish and these new graphics are mushy and babyish, and just realized there is no longer an option to revert to old graphics. Sad, this used to be a favorite go to. Likely deleting
The new graphic style is a disaster.
It’s now just visual mud. If there is no way to change it back to the old display style, I’m done. At least that will save me time and money. I play games to relax, not to be annoyed. Whoever thought that reducing contrast, changing all icons to roughly the same size and rounded shape and narrowing the color palette improved anything?
Bad upgrade
This used to be my favorite game, spent many relaxing moments playing it. The artwork has recently changed and now it’s got dark ugly colors and shapes, so unpleasant to look at that I’ll probably delete it.
Hade the new graphics
I have been playing this game a long time and really enjoyed it. I’ve reached level 6204. But recently I accidentally clicked on something that allowed the new graphics. It’s awful! Like a bunch of mush!!! I can’t distinguish the different items. No longer any fun and I can’t find a way to revert to the original graphics.
Used to be fun
This game used to be fun but every time you turn around they keep making changes, like literally once a week. You used to be able to build up your supplies like your coins and your timers and your fans and things but they give you more extra hard levels with less time so your forced to use everything that you built up. I used to have hundreds of fans, clock stoppers and the magnet. Now I’m down to less than 5 on all of them and I refuse to use my own money to buy that stuff.

Don’t waste your time
This game USED to fun. Don’t let the 4 stars fool you. I guarantee they are a rating of the older version, and over time this rating will plummet. The new graphics are horrible and extremely difficult to differentiate, they have made changes that impact support, sending lives, basically anything that helps the game player but clearly are an effort to glean more money from players and not have to answer support questions. Again, find another match game and leave this one to die off.

Awful graphics
I’ve played this game a lot, too much likely. But the most recent update destroyed the graphics. Absolutely hate them. Preferred when the game was less cutesy.
Item update impossible to differentiate
The new item update changed the graphics in a way that is impossible to differentiate with no way to opt out. I purchased the game originally and loved playing but can’t get through a level without multiple tries which makes it very frustrating. A challenge is fun but not this.

I cannot believe after the mishap last weekend and the bad feedback about the size of the cartoon items that you’d bring it back AGAIN the very next weekend. Why? There are timed challenges on the weekend. Why?? Please just stop offering it as a pop up. Ppl are clicking it by accident and then stuck w these cartoon shapes for 24 hrs!! There’s only 48 hrs in the weekend 🤦🏽♀️

Ads don’t close
Game is good but after I reached around level 280 ads started popping up after each level and are impossible to close. I have to close the game and go back in to play. Looking for a new game now
Frustrated
I’m so over complaining about this game. It’s been months since I’ve played. Only to return and have the same issues that stopped me from playing. Losing lives, but not using lives. I’m clearing & completing the board, yet I’m losing lives. Also, the latest disgust. Collecting keys during team heist, but keys are not being applied. Tonite I played & cleared the same board 3 times. I need 120 keys. It stayed at 115. This is after collecting more than enough to complete my portion of the team’s heist. This is ridiculous. After all the updates, one would think the issues would be resolved by now.
Current update is awful
This new update has brought a very juvenile appearance to the game. It is truly awful. Makes the whole playing experience so much less enjoyable. Is there any way to get the older appearance back? I’d be perfectly happy to revert to a prior version if it’s possible. This sucks.

This used to be one of my favorite games, and it used to be fun. Then, they removed the option of ads for extra time or to empty the spaces. Now, it’s 100 coins to do anything. Turned into a money maker.
It also got impossibly hard. This used to be my stress reliever, not it’s a stress causer.
There are so many match 3d games to choose from. I’m deleting this one. I was on level 17k+.

Please stop changing graphics!,
I was very thankful when you allowed us to change back to the original graphics and gave us a choice in going to the new graphics. I always choose no. The new graphics are very difficult to see and decipher what they are. But now you are slipping the new graphics into my games and I wish you would just stop and let us play the original game.
Boring but a little fun
When you start it is challenging but when you play it for a long time it gets boring
Too much busy going on!
Such a frustrating game. Too busy of a game…keeping one eye on timer and the other eye on open slots. Not nearly enough time to play the hard/extra hard games. Prizes are small. Bummer!
