Honestly i really love the game itself but all of the micro transactions and also this new energy feature is awful. I PAID for the ad free version of this game and its asking me to pay a subscription to be able to actually play the game?? Its actually ridiculous you have 25 energy and its very easy to use up. I just cant. I wish they would remove this because they have genuinely ruined the game.

Tons of new game modes! Neat! Until you are unable to turn off notifications for the ones you are not interested in. Causing the matches with your friends to be buried in slop notifications about whatever amusement park mode they want to sell coins for this week.

Used to be good. But after they added all the adds it’s basically unplayable.

The app has been frozen at the loading page for almost 24 hours. Every time I open it, hours after closing it, it still stays frozen at the loading page.

Becoming a Money Grab Game
This past update, where they took away the ability to buy powerups with coins that you earned is crazy. I have not played since. I will not pay for bombs or right answers. As if there wasn’t enough things that you have to buy on the game already. Very disappointing update, I’ve loved trivia crack for years
So many ads
You have to watch or play some dumb game for ads between every turn which lasts about a minute each turn. It’s not free you pay with your time watching ads

There’s so many ads that it takes the fun right away…unless you want to actually buy the game, I wouldn’t bother. You get an ad after every single click.

Now we can’t use the coins we bought and collected to help answer questions? No fun anymore and I will delete if it doesn’t change back…

AFTER EVERY QUESTION I ANSWERED THERE WAS A 1 MINUTE AD.

Too many senseless changes, especially the latest. I’ve played this game every day for a few years with friends and family keeping streaks alive and all that. No more. Deleting the app. You’ve ruined the game.

Totally ok with some level of adds in the free version but the length of them is often much longer than you played the game and often you end up in the App Store is if you showed interest in the app being advertised which seems iffy….

I’ve never been more annoyed at a game in my life than I have been with this one. If you want an ad to pop up after every single question this is your go-to. It doesn’t make me incentivized to buy an ad free version, it just makes me stop playing it. Also if you just force close the app you can get out of having to watch the full 90 second ad.

This game used to be fantastic, but now it’s filled with ads for literally everything you do from booting up the game, to answering questions. On top of it I’ll get into the question and it’ll automatically hit an answer and fail then make me watch an ad. This game is also filled with bots now too since ya know nobody plays it anymore. Hence the ads cause they’re trying to scrounge up any bit of revenue

I love the trivia questions but you cannot join people if they are in the same room! It is so bad at doing it and my girlfriend and I ended up having a terrible night because yall can’t decide how to make it easy for people! This sucks

It is very fun very active. I love the game so much but the reason I’m giving it one star is because. Done a review twice no one has responded. No one has tried to fix it so I will tell you the problem. Try again and no matter how many times I click on it. It says that please fix this where you will keep getting. Reviews sorry if I need to talk with friends talk with family hopefully read this. Thank you.
The App No Longer Works
I used to love this game, the app was reliable and worked great for years. However, after updating my Iphone, this app is not compatible with the newest version of IOS and it won’t even open.
I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, cleared out space for more storage several times for weeks now and it still doesn’t work.

Nothing but menus
You have to tap out of at least 4 menus after every question. Last time I had the app it was fun and I could play all day but now I can barely stand to answer 2 questions which takes a full 5 minutes including tapping out of menus and waiting for adds to run

The mini games seem out of place, and one of them seems heavily inspired by Monopoly Go. The sections for specific trivia are a nice addition but the negatives outweigh the positives. Bummer.
Fun game - Annoying app
The game is a lot of fun to play, but the amount of forced pop up screens, random battles, purchase requests, notifications, etc. is completely out of control. Needs to go back to being a simple trivia game.
The ads are outrageous
I’ve played TC on and off for years now and the ads are so aggressive and long. I redownloaded the game today after a couple years away and I’ll be deleting once the games I’m playing are finished. I’m so over subscription culture and I get that it’s how apps make money now, but count me out. What used to be a really great game is just an ad farm. I even got a notification that they would suppress ads for an hour so I went to play and that was a lie. It’s a shame. I really miss the days when you could pay a one-time fee and actually have a fun game without a bunch of bloated mini-games.

Ads ads ads ads. Finish a round. Ad. Breath. Ad. If you fail a question, the next question that if you watch an ad to answer is clearly easier than the question you just got wrong. It’s so silly. It used to be awesome.
