I clicked the free trial and they charged me $534.99 immediately. Disputed it with my bank and apple and got a provisional refund. Contacted the app maker and told them I didn’t want it because I didn’t get the free trial to at least try it out before being charged. They canceled the subscription. Here we are November 18th and I just got a $534.99 charge back on my account from apple because the app maker never refunded the money yet they canceled my subscription. Fraudulent company. DONT DO BUSINESS!!!!!

My first time using this app I wanted to try it out with the 7 day free trial. When I submitted all my information to move further on to see what this app had to offer I was charged instantly on the first day. I tried reaching out with a contact and a email, I received no response or my refund.

This app will take your money without warning, you join for little or nothing and if you forget to cancel they’ll take your money, and they will not refund it. I thought I joined just to see how it works, I should’ve never downloaded this app. TOTAL RIP OFF !!!
How can I get my refund?
I bought this app for $109.99per month, monthly membership. During several months I determined the app isn't for me. I didn't use many of the features, I decided to stop using this software, and made stop paying the member fee on my mobile phone, but it continued to deduct money in the next month, and I emailed them to explain the situation and they didn't reply. I find that there is no any other way to contact them except email . So how do I get my refund?
Filters Don’t Work
Updated app still having issues setting a weight limit. I place my weight limit and it just ignores it cus literally only loads OVER that limit shows 😅 pretty useless cus it shows loads I CANT get. I forgot to turn off the free trial and now I paid for this app I can’t even use for a whole month

I tried this app on a 7 day free trial. During the 7 days I determined the app isn’t for me. I didn’t use many of the features, at one point it planned a route with a U-turn on a 2 lane road, and I didn’t feel, for me, it was worth the annual subscription.
But on the 7th day I was charged for the annual subscription. Not after I’ve had the free 7 day trial. But ON the 7th day. I didn’t get a chance to cancel.

Needs more filters especially rate per mile. Put all the info on one screen. Don't make me click on something that can and should be displayed. Need dark mode. Professional subscription fee of 49.99 is good versus the market.
