They’ve slowly added more and more gate pop-ups to using the app. Hard to trust a company that’s gonna interfere with its own app just to be able to advertise to you.

I’m also sitting in a fatality and losing time because truckerpath said the accident ahead was cleared, and it’s not. Thanks Truckerpath.
Overall function
I apologize for giving it one start. I pay for it every month and use it but the only reason I’m still using it is because of CarPlay. This app has so so so so so many bugs that it has done me more harm and troubles than good. Stops speaking all of a sudden, says to go right exit but it means left, you take an exit for a Truckstop and the stupid thing reroutes from the longer way instead of putting me back to the same highway that I took exit from, taken me to places where I got stuck and needed help, cruising on the highway and suddenly it thinks I’m driving on the side so it puts me out of highway then puts me back in the same highway for no reason and in the beginning it made me cry cause I was stupid and trusted it fully thinking it will take me where I need to go knowing I’m paying 30$ a month for a gps subscription but now after suffering from it almost everyday I have learned to understand its vague language that used to sabotage me before. Please guys I know you guys can fix and make this app better. Make the pinpoint accurate so when I’m driving in the morning after a reset it doesn’t think I’m somewhere else and tries to take me through some wrong street. If these bugs can be improved it will be such a Great App! You guys may say if it gives me so many problems might as well buy a truck gps separately but for me I like to use my screen that’s already in the truck instead of having my dash full of screens and since there’s a app like this that can work why not just stick with this. Please take this as a honest constructive criticism/ feedback. As a customer I have the right to give honest feedback and I will stick with your guys app. Just please fix these bugs if possible 🙏.
WHAT GARBAGE!
This doesn’t provide ANYTHING my load management app and/or Google provides… was looking (and searched for) an app that will calculate the time I should leave not just give me the the time in hours! There’s no way to default to a 10-hr break, when I should stop, nothing!
No support and stole 1yr subscription
Many times change my chosen route on its own without notification; routes me out of interstate to secondaries and back to interstate a couple of miles later; a few times routed me through a weight restricted roads luckily I noticed b4 too late; at renewal time sales person called me offered me a $30 discount which I accepted and paid over the phone, a couple of days later my App stops working, I had to pay Apple again but with no discount for this App to work again. Trucker Path never answer my called, texts, emails and web requests. I reported it to my bank and they ruled against me; I pulled all my savings from my bank.
Absolute trash
Tried it 3 times. Money demanded for next to nothing in return. Same glitches as hammer but much more complicated to use. Even downloading maps offline doesn’t help you route in low service areas. I’d rather pay $4.99 for better quality than pay $19.99 for a shiny turd

I’ve been using this app for 4 years
In the beginning I loved this app it helped me avoid low bridges and roads that are not semi friendly and it never steered me wrong. I’ve been doing the updates, I’ve reset my phone, I’ve turned my internet on and off but I’m still running into the same issue. Every time I try to look up an address on the main screen it will pull up the address and when I select directions, I get a pop up that says “something went wrong.” Then I select the trips option and the app will work long enough for me to get 3 or 4 addresses in. I’m having to type them really fast cause suddenly the app will stop working and I can’t type any more addresses. I use to be able to put 9 addresses and now I’m rushing for some reason to get 3 or 4. Then it just stops. I think it’s the app cause I will shut off my phone, reset my phone, check for app updates, turn my data or WiFi on and off and this issue won’t stop happening. I hope someone reads this and takes the feedback serious after all I’ve been paying for this app for 4 years going on 5 now. This use to never be a problem and I’ve had the same phone iPhone 13 Pro. It shouldn’t be the phone.

It’s a 1 star take my word for it, it takes you in the longest route for no reason and will lead you into impossible Turns . Use copilot instead
Not worth $275
Many addresses don’t exist & many addresses the app fails to route to truck entrances… I believe mine was hacked as it would constantly jump into rerouting & show movement of vehicles that are not mine but nearby
Too many issues
This app is the worst trucking app I’ve ever utilized. It takes me in circles, tells me a truck stop is x amount of miles away and there isn’t one , brings me to the wrong location, and there’s so much more

IT Problems
Always zooms me all they way out so it’s hard where to see I make my turns always freezes and when I try to search up gas stations nearby it will show me some 800 miles away haha always have to resort to Waze
Love it but I hate it. It’s super buggy.
This app gives a lot of useful information but it’s super buggy when it comes to CarPlay. I would usually have to delete it and reinstall it once or twice a week for it to work. And normally I didn’t mind that much. But this time I did that now my trucker path on car play isn’t working at all. It says “trucker path CarPlay integration coming soon” doesn’t make sense when car play integration has been a thing for a long time now. It’s officially gotten on my nerves now.
Constantly does not load addresses
This app has a horrible problem loading addresses before starting the route. Happens at least 3 days a week and lasts all day most times. I end up having to rely on Google Maps and road signage to get to my destinations without going down the wrong path. Fix this issue “Trucker Path”!

Too many errors for use as auxiliary navigation.
The navigation design is terrible it frequently miscalculates routes and travel times. I regret paying for the premium membership.
So So. It's nothing special, in my opinion.
- It often routes me via a detour along US roads.
- It has led me into a dead end in a residential area.
- It tells me to turn left, but then immediately says the route is incorrect and asks me to go in the opposite direction.

Too slow and not zoom enough to see where you turn
This app was working fine for a couple of months now start having some issue. It’s too expensive for having this slow, not zoom enough to show you where to turn I almost make a wrong turn South Florida following this app
