I pay a membership a $15 a month and I’ve never got a pay advance. I can’t even get into my account. There’s no way to reach anybody to help you. Stay away because there’s no way you will be able to get into an account.

Completed an offer and for no appreciable reason they put my account under review. When trying to get this mediated I am being told by the AI chat bot that it will be minimum 48 hours to speak with a human agent. Criminal, worst customer support ever.

My plan was supposed to be canceled and inactive, then they charged me for the next month. I don’t know how to get ahold of them to dispute this

So , they’re saying I owe a repayment for April 17th of $30. Mind you I made a payment May 1st of $30 and on May27th $30. I have contacted support and they are saying I still owe for April17th mind you I never got a new advance !!! So I just spent $65 and now I have to pay $30 more !

They make you pay 6.99 to get a 10 advance. Their excuse is access to credit monitoring, budgeting, income opportunities, etc but you can get all of those for free. Be honest the goal is for them to get the subscription fee, and access to your data to sell. These apps are predatory to start but you don’t even really get the advance after paying for access to tools that are already free. Create a my plaid account to disconnect your bank from these “lenders” that connect through plaid.

This app is terrible! If you are looking for a cash advance go somewhere else! They charge you a $5.00 subscription upfront even before knowing if you are eligible! Also if you have paid this subscription and want to cancel.. make sure you cancel the subscription not just delete the app. Make sure you request them to delete your personal and banking info

After putting in my banking information, I was approved for a $25 cash advance, which is lower than any other cash advance app I’ve used before. Then because they didn’t like the card I used they didn’t approve me for the $25 after I had to waste my money on 6.99 … and I couldn’t try again until the next two weeks.. why not just let me choose another card. Why do I have to wait two weeks?

Tricks you every time to pay $6.99 to say you’re approved and then deny the cash out. It’s done it more than 3 times.

I pay monthly for my text now phone service unlimited. And it’s a great service. It’s not a big 3 network service but I use it and I never have any problems. It’s not fair that I can’t get True account because of my phone service
Predatory and Misleading”
Predatory fees and terrible value. I paid $6.99 for a “membership” just to access a $10 advance, and then they added a $1.99 instant transfer fee on top of that. After paying almost $9 in fees, I only ended up with about $1 of actual usable money. The app forces you into a subscription before showing any real eligibility, and the amounts offered aren’t worth the cost. This service used to be helpful, but now it’s just a paywall designed to trap people who are already struggling. I won’t be using it again.
