Whenever you come so close to finish a mission it logs you out new update sucks
Unlocking surf ranch
Well I finally decided to start playing this game again since they finally added surf ranch. Only problem is they did not fix the game crash on mission 2 at cloud breaks. Everytime you try to do mission 2 it crashes and boots you out. Developers have still not rolled out a fix. The developers should just make surf ranch available since they obviously can’t fix this issue and by compensating players due to unwanted stress trying to pass a mission that is almost impossible because this crash issue, due to developers negligence on this issue. Was all excited but for now I’m just gonna stop playing this game again for a couple years and hope one day the game may decide to fix or compensate players for a unplayable mission or may delete the app due to this depressing issue.

This game is so bad and they made the cloud real quest impossible so no one can get surf ranch. Absolute trash.
Dev team: update
Recent update brought new waves and challenges which is great. The surf sim is generally feeling pretty good, still one of the best if not the best surf game currently available
Buuut, some of the new challenges don’t match the waves like the new wave in China which has a 5 x 5s barrel requirement in a wave that barely barely offers a 3s barrel
Surfers will return to your game because it’s one of the best, but the game overall needs thought in how to balance the in-game economy (not the micro-transactions) to ensure that players actually feel rewarded for their time
Not the devs breaking each level into 5/6 segments expecting us to surf 250+ waves to gain a single segment & repeating it 5/6 times to get the level if 250+ waves full of well timed tricks & nicely surfed little waves is even enough

Unrealistic mission expectations
The second mission specifically on Penichè is unrealistic as it requests a 6.0s air. Even with a perfect storm activated, completing it is near impossible and is unrealistic for being only the second mission at that spot. I have been unable to progress through the game because of this and I cannot unlock Rincon.
False surf
This game is such a scam. The surf forecast never reflects the size of the waves. Why are 10ft waves shorter than my surfer? The only way this game is fun is if you buy perfect storms. Pay to play or delete the game.

Proposed Changes (Please read!)
Game is often fun to play without wifi but after a while gets very dull. I would suggest:
1. Make a career mode (game often feels boring with nothing to look / work towards)
2. Make challenges easier (eg. The impossible “air time” challenges)
3. Make clams easier to obtain (they are very hard to obtain off rip and in general)
4. High airs automatically kicking you off
5. Rating system is trash, basically impossible to get a 10
6. Make it so bigger waves are harder to turn to make it realistic
7. Levelling up is way too hard
And the “truesurf clip of the week” is a joke because I:
1. Make post of my clip
2. Tag your insta account
3. Can‘t dm because messages to your account are blocked
4. Use the specific hashtags
5. And instructions are not clear
6. Most weeks there is no competition (whenever the devs feel like it)
Even after I have done all of these steps on several different occasions during many weeks I have yet to get any confirmation of its been submitted or not, or if it’s even been considered (ZERO communication like I’m talking to a brick wall 🧱.) From first glance its seems like a great idea by interacting with the community. But I’ve come to realize that they maybe using the submissions / posts from participants as “free promo” making users make posts with nothing in return, almost as if the winners are secretly the DEVS 😡. It all seems too fishy to me with things including: no instructions how to enter, not even able to dm the “truesurf” account, the “clip of the week” competitions are only on selected weeks, winners having small to no followings (1-20 followers 🤨, almost as if they’re burner accounts), and the clips being belowpar if that.
I hope to get answers and my ideas to be considered! Thanks for listening lol!

Upsetting
Needs first person pov, and needs more perfect storms. Also impossible to level up past 15. Launch a perfect storm and get 300+ points on every wave and you get half a level, which is 1/5 needed to level up. I want the puzzle board but need lvl 18 which will take years.
Could be great but isn’t.
So many bugs, the worst being most often you cannot see yourself during the first halt of the ride basically making the game pointless.

Fix the bugs PLEASE
Im so sick of wasting Perfect Storms because of a silly bug that has been present for at least one year, probably two years. I’ve written to true axis support about this, a long time ago. Sometimes, when I try to open settings to change something (usually intending to turn off auto drop-in, or change the control sensitivity), rather than settings opening, a tutorial begins to play. When I choose to exit the tutorial (by saying yes, skip the tutorial) my Perfect Storm has ended. Even if I just started it several seconds before. This isn’t the only bad effect of this bug - it also resets my HUD settings, and other settings. Not ALL of them. It’s always the same group of settings that are reset. Im #%@!ing sick of it. I’ve even deleted the app, hard reset my phone and reinstalled it, which destroyed my progress, and did not fix the bug. iPhone 11, iOS 18.5. (But this bug has persisted since at least 17.0, maybe iOS 16 even. Im on the latest true surf update. Please help!
Great game with NO SUPPORT
Love the game , but no support. Email support several times and got no response. Was hoping to sync with iPad and iPhone but got no support.
Level up not leveling up
I have been playing this game for way too many years. Recently leveled up from 21 to 21… idk how this happened but the game is broken , worked mad hard to get to level 22 and now I have to redo level 21 . Fix the game cmon guys…

Too zoomed in while surfing
With the new update, it is too zoomed in while surfing and you can’t see any of the sections in front of you to be able to set up properly. This makes it difficult to get around sections and it’s not even worth playing anymore
No credit for certain moves
New update is good, but it’s not giving me credit for my 360 airs. If you read, im not the only one.
Live conditions suck
In theory, the live condition aspect of the game is a cool feature. In practice, many of the waves in the game suck most of the time because of the live conditions. Some of them are never good. It’s a video game, why I am suffering through a flat spell in real life and in a game?
fix the air challenges
I love this game. and i loved when they added challenges they added a new reason to play the game and a fun challenge. the only problem now is the air challenges just simply don’t work. its a small bug that seems like it would be an easy fix but this bug has been there for months at this point. just seems like they dont care about the game. a bit more effort would make this game awesome.

I was enjoy in it , but you slow down tournament , the wave of ranch you only surf it twice a year ther not more great surf spots we need more wave and diferent part of the world including the caribbean

Great game but when it tells you to do a 1 ft or 6 ft air in a task and you do it it doesn’t work and say you completed
Fun, bug tired of the Mission Bugs
Air height doesn’t record on the missions. I’m trying to progress in the game, but I can’t because the air height doesn’t get recorded. Please fix or advise!!!!!
Big air missions
Please fix the glitch that does not count landed big airs that you complete. So frustrating to finally hit the exact 1 foot wave for it not to even count.
Leveling issues
Fun game but I can’t level up everytime I’m about to level it goes back to the same level so I have level up for example level 17 3-4 times before I get to level 18
