pop ups when opening app
I’m a paying customer and rely on this app to quickly check my remaining minutes and data, but the experience is frustrating because of constant marketing pop-ups. Every time I open the app-whether it’s later the same day or the next-I get the same promotional popup again, even after closing it.
This makes it unnecessarily difficult to access basic account information. As a paying user, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly dismiss ads just to view my own usage.
Please consider reducing the frequency of these pop-ups or giving users an option to disable marketing messages entirely. It would greatly improve the overall user experience.

A few days before it expired, I received an SMS from the operator suggesting that I download their app to top up my balance and continue using my internet connection without interruption. I followed their instructions and added funds.
However, on the day I was driving to another city, they suddenly blocked my number and mobile data, leaving me completely without connection on the road. I couldn’t even call their support because they had cut me off from their system.
After arriving at my destination, a kind local woman helped me contact their customer service from her phone. The operator told her that tourist SIM cards are “one-time” only and cannot be topped up - and advised me to visit a company office. The question is, why did the operator themselves suggest that I download the app and top up my balance in order to continue using the internet, if, according to their own explanation, internet access was supposedly unavailable at that time?
I visited TRUE’s office, but the staff there (who were polite and helpful, to be fair) told me the same thing and redirected me to another operator’s office (DTAC).
At DTAC they repeated the same message, didn’t apologize, and even said that a refund was technically possible but extremely complicated - basically suggesting I forget about the money. When I said it felt like a scam, the employee smiled and admitted, “Yes, that’s how it is.”
Has this happened to anyone else? Tourists should be warned - this feels like a deliberate scheme to take tourists’ money through misleading messages and the app.

Worthless app
If you’re really lucky, you might be able to pay your bill here. But if you have service problems of any kind, forget about it. Customer service non-existent. Almost worse than going to True stores where queues are always 2+ hours.

I previously could pay my internet bill in two taps but now, because sales is obviously handling the design of the app, I have to wait until my internet is shut off and pay through my computer browser because it’s impossible to find the internet bill payment screen anymore. Thanks idiots.
All ads no service
The app is 99% ads, no useable customer service, and no way to fix THEIR mistakes.
Update breaks multi account management
Before version 10.4.2 you could log in with your “main number” and see all your accounts as long as they are in your name and matching ID card number. Since the update it only shows my main number and I cannot see any of my other prepaid, postpaid or fiber accounts.
Impossible to Pay Bill Online
I have a pre paid true SIM card and home internet. It’s ridiculous how you cannot just pay your bill online. With the app, you can only login with your phone number and it only shows the sim. Home internet cannot be found. Support does not know how to help. True is a mess… what a joke.

Useless for servicing
First off the home internet service of True is very unreliable and flaky. Should go with other providers whenever possible but given the monopoly friendly policies it may not be possible. This app is slow and takes a long time to load. Also when using it to report the frequent problems with the internet it’s always completely useless. Lots of loading times and errors, with useless information. When it comes down to trying to schedule an appointment it just fails and I end up having to call customer service anyway after waiting a long time for things to load. When I do call they almost always offer additional data for phones without checking I’m already on unlimited. Given the amount of money paid the service level and dependability is a complete joke.
Nothing works in this app.
I try to transfer eSIM to new phone and the app doesn’t work. I am true move H customer and already using eSIM on my phone. The app says I’m not member (even though I already logged in using my true move H number) and that my sim is not currently eSIM (which it is). And the chat doesn’t work. It ask me to logged in when I already logged in. 0 star if possible.

Приложение спустя год использования выкинуло меня и не дает войти в свой аккаунт, в поддержке порекомендовали обновить iOS , затем удалить и переустановить приложение, что мной и было сделано, увы, результатов не дало. Сим карта привязана к банку, что вдвойне обиднее

Don’t ever use this true SIM because not only the connection is so bad, the internet line suddenly went down like it even show the internet service is not available.

You want to login and pay your bill fast right? WRONG! There is no quick pay and true doesn’t store any of your info.
Step 1: tell true your phone number.

3: Tell true your account number … Yes. They can’t even link your account number to your account. True feels it necessary for the customer to provide this EVERY TIME YOU LOGIN!
And you have to either memorize all of these numbers or write them down because if you leave the app to look up a number, it resets to step 1 within 3 seconds of leaving the app.
I wish I could give this rating a negative number for all the time I wasted trying to login.

It’s a new look but deleted all my settings and data from previous version. I will like reinstall the previous version. That’s True for you doesn’t consider the customer I’m still upset with True for discontinued H-Pack

Terrible App
This app is one of the worst mobile service apps I’ve ever used. The app is slow, the chat feature is just a bot and you can’t access your data in English. When in the chat, it specifically asks you to press the button for English and it just responds to you in Thai.
Crash on iPhone X
It was working fine until I updated to this version. Crash on iOS11.2 Got black screen and the only remedy is to delete and reinstall the app. Have to do that every time I use it. Please fix.

Needs Improvement and Bugs Fix Needed!
It's great to finally have this app downloaded on my phone, the thing is, it displays your current bill but I still don't have any breakdown of my usage for that specific bill on a previous month.
I have tried checking the "WiFi Coverage", when I search for my location, it's showing that WiFi is in my area but what's going on? I have never been able to connect for over 5 months now! It didn't even show as an option when I search it on my phone!
When I tried to chat from the app itself, it says "You will be served, you are in the 1th place" Seriously?????! Who the hell is your designer of this app? Shame on them! They can't even speak English! It's not 1th but it's 1st! You guys are ridiculous!
Consult someone or hire a Copy Editor so that someone can review whatever text will be used on the app, you're funny as hell!
